Went to PBR in Waukesha. Met my son there for lunch. Was skeptical, but everything was terrific, beautiful interior, friendly fast service. Even made a pot of coffee just for me. Had the Cubana, very close to ones in Cuba! Go hungry!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Jackson's Blue Ribbon Salmon Burger. The menu description is as follows: A delectable hand made salmon patty served with a zesty sriracha mayo topped with lettuce, tomato and an onion on a herb Foccacia roll. My favorite part of this meal was the Maui chips that accompanied this tasty sandwich. To make it a meal I added a nice cold glass of Blue Moon (with orange) the only way to have this beer is from the tap. ps. if you wish to eat light try the amazing fish tacos.

Jackson's is my new favorite wing place in waukesha. Last night I was there for 50 cent wings (wed) and beer with friends. They have 5-6 flat screen tvs, a long bar, a handful of tables and a few booths so it is great for groups or meeting up with a friend. It's a block or two south of the main drag in downtown and parking isn't bad. I have been here three times and can also recommend the large pretzel and nachos. Seriously, great bar food at a decent price and a casual and welcoming environment. Oh and as far as other reviews I should probably mention I usually drop by at less busy-late evening times.

The food is great, the hand battered cheesecurds are dangerous, only 2nd to the State Fairs curds. Good food, reasonable priced, nice staff & the new garage door/ window seat at a nice touch.

I am a huge fan of Jackson's on Bluemound so I decided to come here with my family since we were in the area. The food is horrible and is truly a disgrace to the Jackson's in Tosa. The wait staff here are rude and do not care about the patrons. I ordered the turkey ciabatta and it came with turkey lunch meat and not actual thick turkey pieces that you get in tosa. My husband ordered his favorite burger and it was burnt. The cheese curds were cold and not done. We told our waitress and she said that you some so it could not have been that bad. We actually ate the top 4 curds because they were done. We will never cone here again and I plan on letting the Jackson's blue ribbon in tosa know how bad this restaurant is because this gives them a bad name.

Good atmosphere, and love having the juke box there! Fridays are Karaoke, Thursday nights have specials for the ladies - $2 rails, I believe. The fried cheese curds here are really to die for and I enjoyed my fish fry one Friday night. Once service improves (a bit slow and not very attentive, as another reviewer mentioned) and they work out the kinks of this new establishment, I hope to be able to increase my star rating! Overall, a great addition to downtown Waukesha.

Been sitting here for fifteen minutes waiting for the check and the bartender seem more concerned with throwing dice and talking to the regulars and giving them all free drinks all night. Probably could have walked out without paying and almost considered it but I couldn't do something like that. I have watched employees standing around all night socializing amongst themselves or with the regulars. I watched other patrons leave from lack of service including one who was waving and yelling at bartenders and didn't get served. The food is OK and this place was fine when I came here before. As I've written this I've gotten my check and now still can't get someone to take my money: downgraded another star. Really unimpressed.

Recently re-visited the place. It was a mid-day Sunday and slow. The nachos weren't as memorable as the first time. I doubt I'll be heading back anytime soon. Sorry...

They used to have the best potato pancakes we've ever tried...after they closed down for a few weeks they changed the recipe and now they're awful. The fish is always good, but the potato pancakes made the meal perfect. They're such a lower quality that we don't want to go there anymore. Too bad!

45 minute wait time for our food during a time that was not crowded. Waiter did not come by once to see if we needed drink refills during our wait (we did). Ended up having to get all our food to go because we had somewhere to be and didn't anticipate such a long wait. The waiter did not apologize or anything, just gave us boxes.

We went there for their fish fry. I'm sure their regular menu is great, their jalapeño poppers are spectacular, but the fish fry was not. They do have good potato pancakes. We are going to try them again soon.

Love the food, especially the fried green beans. The staff is great, especially GM Tim! They treat you well!

My family and I went to Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub for a Friday Fish Fry. We have eaten there several times before and liked the food, atmosphere, tap beer selection. This past Friday night was a different story though. The service was slow but we expected that since it was a busy Friday night. When our appetizers arrived, we did not have any plates. We politely asked our server for plates to which she stated "There's one over there but I'll get you some"...ok no big deal....Then our Dinners arrived and there were no utensils or napkins. My husband went to the bar and asked for utensils...again no big deal. Then my son found a grey hair in his food...my husband pointed this out up at the bar. The manager then came over and comped a pitcher of beer and 1 dinner. We were fine with that. Then, out of nowhere a woman who was eating at a table near us came to our table and berated my family telling us what an "ass" my husband is and tells us what a poor example we are to our children because our server was crying. WEIRD!! Mind you, my husband never swore or raised his voice, we just wanted an evening out after working hard all week! Anyhow we spoke to the manager and come to find out the waitress was the manager's daughter and the patron who yelled at us was the manager's sister! I would have been fine with everything but I will never go back there for fear of manager's family members giving my family and I the stink eye!

Just visited for the first time. May be the last time. I have to wonder why 2 servers repeatedly passed our table and ignored us. I made a point to try to look the in the eye as they passed to get to the wait station , and I noted that they were intentionally averting their eyes. The manager finally came over and took our order and covered a round of drinks to make up for the lack of attention. We never has a server come over to see if we needed anything. It was left to the manager. Why was our table the only one treated this way? I had plenty of time to asses the situation while we waited and waited and waited. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I have one final thought - when you are a server in a restaurant/pub, please serve the patrons. You only deserve tips and return visits when the patrons are made to feel welcome. The food was fine, the service will keep me from coming back or recommending this to others.
