Came for the hot cocoa promotion we got in the mail. Too bad the machine is out. "Sorry it is down for maintenance now." No attempt to say do you want to try a coffee or something instead? Maybe I will be back to try again.

Disappointed with this location. I swing through here twice a week. This morning was my final time. Rude service and a long wait. Guy told me I worded my order wrong....huh? So is that why I got the crap I was given BC I didn't explain it to your specifications. Order was beyond messed up. Poor customer service and from the looks of these reviews I am not the only one to experience this. Oh well. Starbucks is around the corner.

Don't come here expecting them to actually stock donuts or bagels. Stopped by here at 5 PM and they were nearly sold out of both with no plans to restock today. Next time I'll hit up Big Apple or Panera when dinner plans rely on bagels as an ingredient.

I promised I'd go back and try this again, after my less than exciting coffee I had here last week. Well, I'm suitably impressed. If you didn't happen to see my review of DD coffee in Woodstock, Illinois, I had this to say: " I would categorize DD coffee as a medium blend with several complex flavors to it, not easily identified. I would almost say it has cloves in it, but it could be something else that resembles cloves. There's a hint of chocolate in it, too. (And it was better than the DD coffee I had last week.) I can see how people have come to regard this as their favorite coffee." Well, the same applies at the Waukesha store, in fact, the coffee might be a little more flavorful in Waukesha, due to the excellent water that is uniquely Waukesha's own. (Did you know that Waukesha was once known as "The Saratoga of the West" for it's mineral waters and spas? And that Waukesha was home of bottling companies that sent Waukesha water all over the country? That's all gone, but the water is still as good as it ever was.)

Wow is this place slow! I've gone here since the opening and since then the wait times at the drive through have gotten incredibly long. 10 minutes is way to long to wait for a cup of coffee. I've seen more cars pull away, obviously frustrated, than cars get served. I don't think this place will make it in the long run if service continues like it has. Time for me to start brewing my own Dunkin...

Great restaurant. Not the best selection of donuts, but in a pinch, it's still great. I've enjoyed that other's love it when I bring a box of Dunkin' Donuts to work.

Remember those really annoying "it's time to make the donuts" commercials where every hour on the hour the monotone baker trudged to the back of the store to whip up some fresh batches of tasty donuts? If not, don't feel bad because this location doesn't either. I went there at 10:30 this morning (a Sunday no less) and the only donuts they had left were 2 bins of plain powdered sugar ones. Not even jelly filled mind you, just those nasty things you might expect to find at the back of a meeting for recovering addicts who are there by court order. When I asked how long the wait was for fresh donuts I was informed they don't even make donuts at this location, they are shipped in from the "central bakery," so maybe tomorrow, but definitely by the next day. What???? How do you run a donut shop that goes multiple days without donuts? Sure this explains why I've never seen a cop parked in front of this location, but seriously. It's a donutless donut store for God's sake! The only thing that met expectations was the monotone clerk, but then I admit to being one of those obnoxious people who actually expects clerks to at least pretend they're happy to help customers or can at least fake it enough that I don't wonder about the spit to coffee ratio in my cup.

The coffee! I need one in my kitchen! My problem...the service. It never fails, one person is helping the person who is buying donuts for everyone in the world and must hand choose every single donut and the line grows and grows. The rest of the staff are there and they see the line, but no one else comes around to help out. If they could just get their service together, I would give them a higher rating.

Its just like a regular dunkin donuts it has good coffee and good donuts but it's always crowded and there's like not enough counters for people to order!

I can't believe how many people flock to this place... Show up and wait 25 mins in line to get my order taken, then when I reach the front counter, they are out of just about every donut they have. Good thing a donut shop does not have donuts right? So after 25 mins of useless waiting, I decide to make my trip worthwhile by trying something else. So I waited ANOTHER 15 mins for 1 sandwich. The icing on the cake was that it was comparable to eating cardboard. And ps. The cashier was a total bitch about the whole thing. Nasty.

How very disappointing- when we came in there was noone waiting in front or behind us or in the store...the scripted cashiers refused to start an order until you tell them the precise number of donuts you want & then get upset when you ask for 'only three'... I relieved a crushed apple donut that was wasn't crushed but actually part raw stretchy dough that had collapsed on itself- At this point they were busier, but after 6minutes at the counter attempting to get attention just to change out and being deliberately ignored we left. I called into the store and shortly & nicely explained as I would want to coach my employees and they said 'I can get you a few free donuts in your next trip but we are really busy right now' All I wanted was 'I'm sorry that happened', thanks' not the brush off and an excuse and 'we are too busy to care tone' and a dial tone We won't return...

The wait times can be a bit long, but they've NEVER gotten my order wrong, they are patient when I ask ingredient questions, and after an extremely long wait in the drive thru, I was given a coupon pack for future purchases along with an apology. I've never had a rude cashier here. If I order a breakfast sandwich, add bacon, I know it will take them longer to make it. But they still apologize to me for the wait. Always very courteous. You can tell the kids care about doing a good job, the manager is always friendly as well. The best part? I DON'T EVEN LIKE DONUTS. It's all about that awesome cuppa joe and those amazing hash browns. I pass Starbucks, the one with the drive thru, to get to DD. So that should tell you something.

I'm not going to invest too much time into a dunkin donuts review, after all, it' just Dunkin Donuts. However I like that they've added a variety of other food. Nobody wants to eat donuts until their full, that's just a terrible feeling (both emotionally and physically). However, I'll enjoy a nice donut with a bacon egg and cheese wrap up on occasion. I've explored the lunch menu a little. I had high hopes for the fried chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun..but the bun had no flavor and was a little on the toasted side. When I get a pretzel bun I want one that tastes like a delicious soft pretzel. Not like a not delicious nothing.
