Good pizza and okay prices, but delivery times are horrible. The last two times we have ordered, it has taken 2.5 hours and 1.5 hours to arrive. I like the food, but wish they could deliver in a decent time frame.

I will never visit Romas again. We ordered to go. The order was wrong to begin with. They gave us someone else's order. We did not get our mushrooms that we ordered. If that wasn't enough, I was eating the salad I got there and was chewing on something hard. It was a staple!!!!!!!! thank goodness I didn't swallow it or have the little ones eat it. I called Romas to let them know what happened. They said they will give us a 'free' pizza and an order of mushrooms whenever I called to get them. A week later, I called to get the food we were promised. to add insult to injury, they said we could have the pizza but not the mushrooms because someone came and got them. WE NEVER RECEIVED THEM OR ORDERED THEM! I tried telling the 'manager' there and she was very UNACCOMODATING. Pretty much calling me a liar. Never did they say anything about the staple in the food either.

Went in last night to pick up a pizza and the manager was very unfriendly. I said "hi" and she barked out "what's your name?" She then proceeded to ignore me for the next 30 seconds while she finished up some previous work. When that work was competed she disappeared around the corner without saying a word to me. I stood there wondering if I should take a seat (sometimes there's a 10 minute wait past the scheduled pick-up time) or whether I should just stand there at the counter and wait. After a minute of standing around with no communication I decided to sit down. I had been seated for maybe 10 seconds when she returned to the counter and said in a surly manner "here's your pizza". Here's where it gets interesting..... She must have seen by my facial expression alone that I was irritated by her unfriendliness. I'm being completely candid when I tell you that I didn't actually say anything...I didn't sigh...I didn't moan...I didn't exhale loudly...I didn't make a noise...I didn't utter a word. She simply read my facial expression and then became verbally confrontational and aggressive with me. She asked me in a confrontational tone "what's the problem?" Now let me be clear, this wasn't the kind of tone that would be indicative of a concerned restaurant manager who was trying to determine if and why a customer might be unhappy. No, this was the kind of tone that meant - what the heck is your problem buddy!??? Not wanting to get into an embarrassing squabble in a public place I mumbled "nothing". She wouldn't let it go. She asked me again in a more stern and confrontational tone "what's the problem?" Again I mumbled "nothing". She pressed me again even more pointedly "I want to know. What's the problem!???" I was starting to feel very uncomfortable (you know that kind of 'uncomfortable' where you want to avoid eye contact) so I cobbled together a sentence about how I didn't like that she left me standing there without telling me how long I was going to need to wait (I thought that if I told her I was actually upset by her inhospitable attitude she might get even more combative). She then explained in an unapologetic and surly fashion that it wasn't her fault and that she had other customers to attend to. I don't remember exactly what she said because I was a little rattled by then and just wanted to get out of there. I had absolutely no problem with the wait. I have patiently waited here on multiple occasions and was prepared to wait last night. Her unfriendly attitude was the genesis of the problem. Her negative attitude set the tone for the entire interaction. I've never had anyone in a customer service role get confrontational with me like that...especially over a facial expression. I'm not a person who is accustomed to being treated this way whether it be in my personal, work, or public life. The pizza is good but I'm never going back. I don't need a side order of unpleasantness with my pizza. Life's too short.

Stopped in for a quick takeout meal on Labor Day and the girl behind the counter (young, dark brown hair) was quite unwelcoming. A simple smile would've been enough to make me want to return. Food was great, grouchy looking girl- not so great.

Very good pizza, and they have daily deals, including a deal where you essentially get a free pizza after 10 orders. They deliver, my only negative is they can take a long time to make a pizza, sometimes 45 min to an hour. They have an amazing taco pizza, the thing must weigh 5 pounds! Its awesome
