I can't say better things about this restaurant. I moved out of Sheboygan three years ago and every time I come back I need to make sure to visit the restaurant for my fresh rolls and red curry. I always ask for extra vegetables on the red curry and they never charge extra. Servers are nice especially the older lady who always remembers me when I come back. If you go, make sure you order the curries (especially the red one), fresh rolls, pad thai and the amazing pho. Don't order the duck. I don't know why but that's the only thing people don't like.

The food was delicious and it arrived fast I got the pho soup and Thai iced tea along with a side of egg rolls. I love that the waiter and waitress were so nice. My mom got the sexy salad and fried tofu and she loved it so much. The inside was decorated very nice and was welcoming. I know I will be coming back again.

I stopped here tonight while visiting town for work training. I chose this place based on all the great reviews but have to say I'm disappointed. The place is so plain that I actually drove past the first time because I thought it was condemned. The Chicken Satay was good but that's sorta hard to mess up. I also kept it simple with Pad Thai for my dinner. This was hugely disappointing. It actually tasted like tomato sauce with sugar in it and the chicken resembled little pieces of ground beef like you would put on a home made taco. I think I'll pass the next time I'm in town.....sorry

Cute place, run by Thais and plenty of Asian customers which is always a good sign. Red curry was amazing. Friendly god service. Pad Thai was not amazing, though so maybe skip that dish here.

Lunch specials are amazing! It's a little different than what I've had before, but I think for Sheboygan area it's pretty good. The staff is friendly and the food is good.

Delicious! I moved here a week ago and I absolutely love this place. The pho noodle soup and pad kee mao are my favorites so far. Great food and the service is incredible. Everyone is very friendly.

I've been here twice, and both times have been a decently good experience. However, on my second time there with my girlfriend, I had a less than positive experience. My girlfriend ordered a stir fry dish with a spiciness rating of 6 (on a scale of 1 to 5, because she has a ridiculously high tolerance for spicy food); I ordered the pad thai with a spiciness rating of 3. When our food came, hers was surprisingly only slightly spicier than mine! Ladies, if you decide to come here, know that when you order you may be judged by a different standard than guys (apparently). Other than this one issue, our food was good. The music and ambience was also good. The thai iced coffee was amazing.

This is one of our favorite local go-to places for consistently good Thai cuisine. My favorites include the 'yellow curry', 'peanut curry loves', 'yum neua', and 'pho' (beef no tripe). For appetizers we usually get the chicken satay or the butterfly shrimp. As an added bonus, the drink prices are very reasonable. The staff is so friendly we actually ended up becoming friends with them (in real life) and it probably has something to do with the fact we have eaten here 94 times. - Yes I went back and checked all the credit card transactions. 94 times! Bonus tip, if you like extra spicy sauces, ask for Nee's special home made Thai chili sauce.

I recommend the Green Curry! I do NOT recommend the Pad Thai. Bonus: FAIRLY PRICED! under $10 for a dish with plenty of leftovers to pack for following day's lunch. Dat Green Curry Doe!!!

I wish I could give them no star! This place is a joke! I called to place ordered for pick -up Tomyum Shrimp , Beef salad , chicken satay , whole tilapia and Thai iced coffee , they said 30 mins so my husband when there and still have to wait 45 more mins until and they told him oh we don't have any fish left and still wait again for 15 mins until the order completed , he came home with Tom kha chicken instead of tom yum shrimp and Thai iced coffee instead of Thai iced tea!! And the food was horrible!! I'm from Thailand so I definitely know what is Thai food taste like! This is definitely not Thai food that cooked by Thai chef! No way! Run away as fast as you can and don't let the name Thai Cafe fool you!

Excellent lunch menu with a lot of variety. Green curry is my favorite. It has lots if vegetables. They also have a nice soup included with the lunch special. Service is quick enough to knock out lunch and get back to work...that might've good or bad depending on your perspective. Decor is a little strange, but overall it's a comfortable lunch venue.

I love this place. I tried other local Thai restaurant in town and I think this is the best. The closest I've ever tasted to an actual Authentic Homemade Thai cooking from an actual Thai Native. I know they modified the recipe and cut down on some of the spices to cater to our taste. I've eaten real Thai/Laos food and it is delicious but might be too strong/spicy for the newbies.

For some reason since moving here last week I have been on a Thai kick, and lucky for me, Thai Cafe is only 4 blocks from our house. I admit the spring rolls were not that fresh, and lacked flavor, while being overloaded with noodles. Everything else we've had, however, has been absolutely wonderful. The Yum Neua salad - with beef, tomatoes, onion, and red pepper was spiced beautifully. It was truly a delight. I also had the Pad Khing Sod with chicken. I love fresh vegetables and mushrooms in an excellent, well-spiced sauce, and Thai Cafe delivered! This will probably be my go-to dish here. The yellow curry also does not disappoint, and it left us slurping up the curry sauce with spoons and rice:) My fiance enjoyed the peanut curry (for me it was too sweet but he loved it), as well as the Pad Thai. With great food so close, inexpensive wine by the glass, and truly friendly service, I know we will be visiting here often. On a side note, I was there when my mother called to tell me a great uncle had died. I went into the bathroom as I could not stop crying, and the lady who I believe runs the place came in and gave me a hug and tissues. Wow! They are so nice there:)

As visitors to Sheboygan, WI we were looking for some variety other than bread & cheese. We came across this Thai restaurant. Many options on the menu and the prices very reasonable. Also good portions. The owner/chef came out and greeted us and was very friendly. As a fan of Thai food and having been to Thailand, we were quite impressed to find decent Thai in Wisconsin.

We discovered this restaurant when I saw their sign say that they had Pho Noodle soup, and I was in the mood for some Pho. We had the Pho and also ordered the Panang chicken. Both dishes were good and the the Panang chicken has some great flavor. We've come here many times since and we usually get the Duck Curry and the Kraprow fried rice with chicken. They were actually the first place we tried Thai fried rice and I must say, I was surprised at how good Thai fried rice is.

We picked up on Sunday night, I had one of their entrees & the chicken pad thai. The entree was a cashew type dish w/chicken, it lacked flavor, spice, and actually had some funk associated with every bite. The Pad Thai was decent but just a hair better than the Pad Thai Bowl you buy in the grocery store. I used to love this place but the quality has gone downhill. I have two containers of leftovers that the garbage disposal is going to eat!!!

Surprisingly good for the location, Thai Cafe has some great traditional thai dishes. The Tom Ka Gai (coconut chicken soup) is to die for here. The fried rice is kind of a pedestrian choice, but excellent nonetheless, as is the Pad Thai. Their curries are decent, although their version of "spicy" is not actually all that hot. They do give you sriracha at your table, though, so you can spice up your own food if need be. I'm not sure if they include hot sauce if you order curry for take-out, so you may have to be prepared to add your own heat at home. I would not recommend the pho here, sadly, as I found it somewhat lacking. Perfectly edible and reasonably priced, but just not that well executed.

While spending the weekend with the family, we decided to search out a Thai restaurant. My wife is Thai and we love trying Thai restaurants as we travel. The outside was average and the inside had some nice Thai decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's always to practice my Thai too. We ordered pad hee ma pan (cashew nut) w/chicken, pad prik king (ginger) w/beef, the salmon choo chee curry and goiteo (Thai noodle soup). The dishes were all very tasty. Overall a very pleasant dining experience. We would definitely return. Khon khun mok khun Née!
