Ok, first of all i LOVE cousins subs.... its a definite change among the Subways and Jimmy Johns that I am used to, BUT..... I don't know how this place is compared to the other ones in Sheboygan, but compared to the other Cousin's I have been to... THIS PLACE SUCKS. I have been in there when it's busy... I have been in there when it's moderately busy... I have been in there when I'm the only person... I have been in there when I am in a rush/am not in a rush.... You get the point? THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.... IT IS SLOW.... IT TAKES FOREVER. If this place wasn't RIGHT next to where I work, I would NEVER think about going. Today I actually drove all the way to the north end of town to go to a Jimmy John's instead of this place.
