Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

About as good as it gets... In Rice Lake, a food black hole. Pizza is OK but not really "fresh" or special. Other than that its typical greasy diner fair. Prices are appropriate most portions are large and service is adequate but never memorable. Decor is seasonally decorated and typical of an old diner with a bit of a cheap feel. The booths are old and often uncomfortable.

Drag's cooks up a solid pie, and surprisingly better than most pizza I've had in Madison! Small, local place off Main Street in Rice Lake. The restaurant area isn't huge, but Drag's has a large, cool bar area at the back. I ordered a staple - SMOG (sausage, mushroom, onion, green pepper), which was the Drag's special without the pepperoni. I sat at the bar and had a $2.75 glass of wine (WHAT???? SOOOO cheap!) while I waited for my to-go order. The bartenders were nice ladies. My order came out within 10 minutes and I took the pizza back to my hotel room. When I arrived, the pizza was still very warm and the crust was crispy. Finally, someone who knows how to properly cook thin crust! Crisp but not burnt, no flop. Sausage and sauce were both good and flavorful. I had to knock them down a star because they use canned mushrooms and bagged iceberg lettuce (I also ordered a side salad). Overall, Drag's was great and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good, affordable, and delicious thin crust pizza in Rice Lake.

I've been coming to Drag's for their pizza since I've been a kid and, years later continue coming back and loving it just much as always! The classic thin crust pizza is the way to go... try the Drag's special, it's killer!!

Pizza is fantastic. Other stuff, average to good. Excellent service.

This is one of the best small town pizza joints in the country. I grew up eating here and have lived all over the country, but there is still something about Drag's pizza. It's 5 stars if you can dine anonymously and not in the smokey bar; get with it Wisconsin.

Quintessential american Italian supper club. Nothing new wave, nothing cutting edge. Thin or thick crust Italian (most locals get the thin), spaghetti and meatballs, Italian sausage, mostly red sauce, but also with cream sauce. Garlic bread, natch. You can get a steak, but why? Big bar, smallish dining area. Classic great american Italian.

Best pizza I have ever had. Some is nostalgia, but Drags never lets me down. The thin crust pizza is the only thing I order. I don't get here often enough to waste my time trying anything else. I am lucky if I get to Rice Lake twice a decade, I hope it never changes!

Have to agree with Bud H.! My girlfriend and I were there a while back and left pretty unsatisfied. If your going to make pizza use good ingredients, not cheap store bought crust and cheap cheese in America's dairyland. We received our drinks, appetizer and pizza all at once. I guess the absolute worst part was the service. We were eating while listening to the server clearing the booth next to us yelling back to the kitchen how that table only left her a $3.50 tip ( or three-fiftee as she put it). Believe me, it was much more than she deserved!

Killer Ruben! Seriously one of the best I've ever had. They have a great gluten free crust for pizza if you are so inclined. A bit pricey, but they gave out adorable shamrock cookies for St Patrick's day.

I only like the pizza here. It is thin white crispy crust with strong tomato paste sauce. Good sausage. Everything else is not homemade except meat sauce and meatballs. Tortellini are so gross. Pasta not homemade or fresh. I make better Alfredo sauce than them.

Good thin crust pizza with the type of cheese mix that is typical I find in Wisconsin (and good).

Have never had a bad experience with Drag's. Have primarily ordered pizza, although one time I had a gyro which was also really good. There is just something top-notch quality about all their ingredients. The sauce is amazing and perfectly flavored. The cheese is wonderful, the crust is delicious, the meat is flavorful and ALWAYS delicious. The pizza is seasoned just right. You do pay a bit more for Drag's, but you also know when you're eating it that you're not getting just your typical run-of-the-mill pizza. This stands up with the best of them. I've not been to New York City before, but I'm willing to bet that Drag's gives a good sense of what some of the best pizza in the world tastes like. It's worth a little extra $$ to get quality pizza and quality service. Rice Lake is very lucky to have Drag's for all these years. It's a stand-out establishment.

My family gathered at Drag's, an old family stomping grounds for years, after my Grandmother's wake. We have a large family (probably an understatement) and I think we probably ordered one of every pizza on the menu. I'm a huge fan of thin crust and Drags's did not disappoint. It was perfectly crispy. I especially enjoyed the spinach and mushroom, and the pesto. Yum. And then, after dinner, we basically took over the bar, where we received seriously excellent service and more than reasonably priced drinks. I wish I could remember our bartender's name, because she deserves a shout out for her fantastic service.

Decent delivered pizza, quick with a few somewhat exotic flavors. I ordered and they delivered it right quick while still piping hot. Though they forget the chicken on my chicken pesto...I forgive!

Service was awful. She came by twice to check on us.. To get our order and to drop off the pizza... And the pizza itself...? Canned mushrooms... Canned precut black olives... Canned pizza sauce... And God knows how old hamburger... Fresh cooked and non left over hamburger should not be crunchy on a pizza. Disgusting. I can buy a better frozen pizza from DiGornios for $7 than this shit I paid $20 for.

You cannot go wrong with Drag's pizza. Easily the best around. The thin crispy crust is perfect. Great sauce, cheesy, and friendly service always. My family, like many others in the area, have enjoyed coming to Drag's for generations.
