Been to Dunkin' Donuts 1000th times back on the East Coast. This is by far the most poorly staffed location I have ever experienced. I've never had a bad experience with the employees but I also have never gotten an order 100% correct. The regular employees have no idea how to make the most basic of foods or choose not to follow the order and end up giving you something you did not ask and pay for. Store opened up in the summer of 2014 so I understood growing pains originally but the fact that it has now been nearly 6 months and the still can't get orders right is beyond preposterous. The one bright side of the staff is that manager seems to genuinely care and understand what is going on and if you are lucky enough to order while she is there, you'll at least get an apology and maybe even a "Sorry we don't know how to make a bacon, egg and cheese" refund. The only thing that has me coming back is my genuine love for how delicious the food at Dunkin' is supposed to be. I'll continue to go every time I need a good (in theory) bagel or donut and hope that they eventually learn how to slice, toast, and smear cream cheese onto a bagel.

We needed a quick breakfast, so made the mistake of stopping through again. We figured by this time they HAD to have gotten better. So we hit the drive-thru. I asked for two toasted bagels with cream cheese. Bagels came out somewhat warm, and they gave me two self-spread packs of cream cheese. Seriously kids... I'm in a car, driving. And you can't even spread cream cheese on the bagels for me? So much for "fresh" and "convenient". And the bagels weren't toasted.... they were flat out burnt. Passenger got a a breakfast sandwich and tater-tot hash-brown ... things. Somehow managed they were both cold, and burnt! How long do you think those had been sitting around? The owner of this place owns a few other businesses in town, but has apparently not learned a thing on how to put out a good product or provide customer service, which is no real surprise. Best thing that could happen is he sells it to someone who actually gives a rip.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only does the staff seem like they might have some mental deficiencies the food is inedible. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. It's was two big pieces of heavily buttered Texas toast and a piece of cheese with two little measly pieces of ham. So little ham I wouldn't have known it was there if I didn't look. My girlfriend ordered a chicken sandwich ok a pretzel bun. Not only was the flavor horrendous, I tried it, the chicken was so rubbery that you could barely bite through it. Even if I would've been able to bite through the piece I tried I wouldn't have even wanted that thing in my mouth. Another gripe is they don't even have custard filled donuts. ISNT THIS A DONUT SHOP? A custard filled donut is about as basic of a donut as anyone could ask for.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Walked out twice in day! First time, 10:30 am Monday. There was a man being waited on, and another man with 2 small children in front of us. As we stood there for over 15 min, several other people came in and stood in line behind us. That whole time, the line did not move. The employee didn't seem like he even saw what was happening. he laughed with the customer. Another employee was also behind the counter but made no effort to wait on anyone. People behind us were making nasty comments and swearing. My husband and I decided to walk out. Since we couldn't get through the line behind us, we walked past the counter and out through the restaurant. On the way past the counter, I said " It would be nice to get waited on yet today". So, we went shopping and to lunch, and went back to get the donuts we originally came for. There was barely anything left in the donut display shelves. This was now about 2pm. Nothing had been restocked. Again, we walked out. How do they expect to see donuts if there are none available. It is a place where one goes to buy donuts, right? I purchased coupons for Rhinelander Dunkin Donuts. We live 25 miles away, so it's not we can go there every day to see if we can get served or if there is even anything in the display to buy. I hope I can get waited on before they expire! Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. Grotesque service. The first time I went here, they took 15 minutes on my order of 1 small black coffee... And messed it up. The entire crew there is terrible, they roll eyes and yell at customers, act flippant and tell you to contact HQ. They are disorganized and don't know how to speak like humans, let alone like paid workers: The second time I went here, they LITERALLY opened our conversation with "Dunkin' Donuts. What do you want?" I decided to try and use the coupons I got for the mess that that was my previous visit, so today I asked for a Coolatta. The woman over the drive-thru intercom responded with "Guess what: We discontinued the Oreo flavors." That's fine and all, but can you really snap at me like that when you haven't taken it off the drive-thru menu or even stuck a piece of tape over the option?? Rather than let me know what they had, she let me ask for several more flavors that they were also out of before giving me different options. When I got my product, there was no whipped cream on the top and it was only half full. After I paid for the order, she handed me the cup saying "we ran out of whipped cream too" and did not bother to ask if it was okay, if I still wanted the product OR EVEN FILL UP THE CUP THE REST OF THE WAY to make up for what was missing in the cup. She dropped this gem on me after the exchange was over "I had to put a coffee flavor shot in since we ran out of the flavors. Hope you like my experiment." Well, seeing how that stuff is made for HOT coffee and does not reach proper consistency or flavor in a cold drink, no. I did not like it enough to even get 1/4th of the way through the drink before just dumping it. It may have been okay if it had some ice in it, but unfortunately what I received had absolutely none. DO NOT GO HERE. For the love of god, go to Coffee Beans Etc. It may be a little more expensive, but you won't have pissed off teen moms spitting on your sandwich.
