I love coming to Chick-fli-a! The food is very good and I never have any complaints, for being fast food restaurant their service is EXCELLENT!! Many times they have brought me my food out to our table and ask us if we want a refill our drinks, they even check and see if you need anything else! They add a nice touch to have fresh real flowers on the table!! I would recommend to anyone!!!!

Peach shakes and Chicken sandwiches like they should be! Love this place! The customer services is always beyond good from the time you enter the line to order to when they help you bring a tray of food to your seat with 3 little kids or out to your car so you can take it home. I love the "it was my pleasure sir!"

The cookie read: "Open package, eat, say mmmmm" and so I did! Five stars because ... what are you comparing it to? I dare anyone to find a better tasting chicken nugget than Chick-Fil-A's. The lemonade is so good it'll make you slap ur momma! This particular location amazes me because, though the mall will be empty, Chick-Fil-A still pops! At lunch, they are jam packed!! There's a Burger King across the street and a McDonald's a few blocks away and still they do numbers! What's more, in the midst of that crazy, there's a beautiful lady who comes around asking if you need anything and offering drink refills as though I'm dining in Fogo de Chao or some other fine churrascaria. Color me shocked at the customer service!

The first thing that should come to mind when you hear Racine is that you're in the land of Chick-Fil-A. Booyah! Go to the mall entrance in between the Burlington Coat Factory and some flooring shop, and CFA's right there. I had me a finger-lickin' good chargrilled chicken sammie and some waffle fries. Fresh, tender white meat served up on a honey wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, and pickles + waffle fries fried to a golden crisp = what more could you want in life?!

Typical fast food chain, however, as someone who is from Texas where Chick fil a is on every street corner, I come here to pay homage to my home. You may think the real star is the chicken, but it's not, it's the waffle fries. I really enjoy their chicken nuggets. Their fresh lemonade is very refreshing and it comes in sugar free. The chick fil a sandwich is very simple, but the bun, the chicken patty and the two pickles make it a very satisfying meal. I hear that you will be much happier if you do not read the nutrition information nor the calorie count of their meal, so to this day I still believe that I am doing good, by choosing chicken over a burger. They have, what they call ice dream for dessert, and it is a very tasty, icy ice cream. It is supposedly healthier than real ice cream.

It's a good piece of chicken in peanut oil. Not overly herb and spiced and not overly fried. The lemonade is a great complement to the meal. Not tart or sour. The waffle fries are a good change of pace from other fast food. It probably still survives since it's the closest to the Chicago area. The only problem I have is that since it's in the mall, it has the same hours as the mall, meaning that it does not serve breakfast.

Solid 4 stars. It's Chick-fil-A. Totally worth the hour drive. I mean, what other fast food place has someone walk through the dining area to ask if you want a soda refill?

For Chick Fil A as a restaurant in general, I would give 5 stars. This location, a measly 2 stars. For those not indoctrinated into the Chicken cult, Chick Fil A is awesome. Don't even bother trying to be healthy. You have to get the fried chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Anything else and you will be disappointed. The chicken is pressure-fried in peanut oil, and there is nothing to clog up the sandwich other than a couple of pickles. It is sandwich perfection defined. The waffle fries are also very good, as are the other incarnations of fried chicken (nuggets, strips). The lemonade and iced tea are homemade and delicious. In addition to loving chicken, Chick Fil A also loves the big guy up above so they are closed on Sundays. This location of Chick Fil A is the closest to Chicago, even though it is over an hour away. Drive through the parking lot and you will see mostly Illinois plates. People from the greater Chicago area are probably the only thing keeping this store alive, and Chick Fil A is probably one of the few things keeping this mall alive. The service in this store is haphazard, and the bathrooms are usually really gross. There are some Chick Fil As opening in the Chicago area over the next year, so it will be interesting to see what happens to this location as a result.

I can't believe this place has survived the fall of Regency Mall. The Orange Julius which used to be located across the hallway from Chick-Fil-A closed, like, 20 years ago. In high school when I used to hang there, I would get the chicken "nuggets" (1 zillion times better than McD's), waffle fries, lemonade & a dish of "Ice Dream" for walkin' around with. Past Foxmoor, through Ups & Downs, stopping in front of Olga's Kitchen to watch the first gyros of my life get sliced from the torso-tisserie. I gotta go there.

i love chick-fil-A. this location is in mall & not the greatest mall around. but if you want the food, you've got it. i would've thought this location was like most locations i've been to, an actual stand alone restaurant. it's not busy at all & in a quiet place. i think they should move to a stand alone location so that they'd get more business.

Racine, Wisconsin's tag line should be, "Home of the only Chic-Fil-A in Wisconsin." For all those Chicagoland residents who "crave chikin," this is your only option. Sure it's a mall location and not a free standing unit, but it is a Chic-Fil-A north of the Mason-Dixon line so we can't be too picky... As for this specific location, the owner operator Tom Cutts is awesome. He goes the extra mile for his customers. Tom even put on his cow suit just to please some cow craving customers. How many owner/operators do you know who are happy to dress up as a mascot to support their establishment??? Even though Chic-Fil-A falls into the fast food category of dining, I have yet to have a bad experience with the food. The chicken sandwiches taste fresh and the waffle fries are always done perfectly: crispy outside soft potato inside. As for the drinks, I can't fight free refills of sweet tea and fresh made lemonade (as well as other fountain drinks). I am getting hungry as I type. Time to go grab the keys...

I ate here and got the worst food poisoning of my life! With all the fuss about how good their food is I was severely disappointed to say the least. I will never eat there again.

Stopped over here after a trip in Milwaukee since it was on the way... or so I thought. I got a little bit lost since I didn't take the highway. I was expecting a store, but instead found a stand in the food court. I thought "This food better be worth it for all the tomfoolery I've just experienced." All doubts were erased once my mouth bit into that spicy chicken sandwich. And waffle cut fries, don't forget about the waffle cut fries. The only thing that would have made those fries perfect is if they were slathered with some sharp Wisconsin cheddar. I did not know that lemonade was their specialty so I got a Coke instead. Service was excellent, they had a lady walking around asking people if they wanted refills. Just writing this review is giving me hunger pangs for Chick-Fil-A. Where have you been all my life???

Above average quality fast food! My bf and I had chicken sandwiches last night, served with packets of their honey roasted BBQ sauce. They should bottle and sell that stuff! Waffle fries are great too. Prices a bit higher than others, but service is excellent.

This store would get a 3 but I love Chick-Fil-A so much I have to give it a 4. Located in crappy Regency Mall, this is the only Chick-Fil-A within a 100 mile radius from where I might ever be located. I am a sucker for those buttery buttery chicken sandwiches with only one condiment... the glorious pickle. The only real condiment. Love the waffle fries, love the diet lemonade, don't love that they're closed on Sundays. Crazy religious people.
