DO NOT come to this location. Meat was rancid; and they love to overcharge. My experience below: Ordered Double Cheddar ButterBurger. They ask what do you want on it? Why would you ask this? The drive thru menu clearly shows a cheddar burger with lots of cheese lettuce tomatoes. Wouldn't a customer assume they get what is shown? Not the case. I answered everything; the menu popped up The Works. The actual burger only came with ketchup pickles and onion. That's it. Was told lettuce and tomatoes are extra. .20 each. Seriously? Again picture shows something totally different. Actual meat was nasty; tasted rancid with extra salt added in. Couldn't even shallow first bite. Heath services need to Check this place out. Plymouth will ask you to pay. Hand you the ice cream (oh by the way the cone for the ice cream is also .20 extra) then ask you to pull up and wait for rest of order. Our order took 12 mins from time of paying. Ice cream was a melted slush before the food even came. At least they could give a bag to keep ice cream a fighting chance to bring home to family before declaring it a shake. I'm not a culver expert but maybe they could prepare the ice cream right before the food to prevent knowing every patron will have melted dessert at home. Clearly Plymouth Culvers managers are not worried about melted ice cream processes, since they are not concerned about their spoiled quality of meat served. In fairness, my family loved their food. They had cheese curds, chicken tenders and mash potatoes. All tasted great; I should know I are some of theirs, as my condiment lacking burger was rotten. Pricing also seems somewhat high. I ordered a chicken tender kids meal size. They charge $4.99 with no drink or toy or side. Overall, this franchise appears to be embarrassing the Culvers brand and tanting the health in Plymouth. Might be worth corporate to check out and resolve quickly.

Exceptionally friendly staff, additional offerings. Kind of like a Culvers that also does Family Restaurant style food and has specials.

Culvers is our favorite if we have to do fast food. Burgers are consistently good and they have a wide variety on the menu. Good fried chicken that we often take home. Good community involvement too.

It's a great Culver's great customer service. We normally go thru the drive through and get good food. In the restaurant is good too. They are always nice, but they can be slow. The Culver's gives great service. This Culver's is a good place to go to.

We were the only people in the restaurant on a blustery Sunday afternoon. I've always been a huge of Culver's and this was no different. Good food, friendly folks, great custard (please don't call it ice cream) and an overall good experience. Only small flaw with this visit was the fact that there were about a dozen people working, and nobody bothered to mop the entranceway and the path to the bathrooms until we were leaving, it was a little bit like an ocean when we walked in.
