Just average. The chicken panini I ordered was nothing to write home about.

Was a good place for broccoli cheese soup, but the sandwich was only okay. The crust in the sandwich was VERY tough.

I do not understand why I keep giving Panera chance. I work right off Capitol, just a short way away from Panera. It always seems a logical spot for breakfast or lunch. I am, however, always grossly disappointed with the quality of the food and end up throwing most of it away. The paninis as is, come with this absolutely horrible radish sauce. It's among the worst things I have ever tasted. No amount of scrapping salvages your sandwich if you forget to ask them to leave it off. Even when they don't put the sauce on there, these paninis are barely edible. I got one the other day where the bacon was rock hard, I couldn't bite through it. I picked up a bagel this morning, and it was burnt and stale tasting, just overall gross. I think I've finally learned my lesson. This location in particular is completely incapable of making a meal for a living breathing person. Never again.

Panera always has great food, soups, and bread. Sign up for their rewards card and you can earn free goodies. This location is good, nice fireplace and friendly staff.

The food is four stars as expected...... We'd wait four minutes before the cashier to get to us when multiple people walk past and didn't acknowledge us when the cashier finally arrived she certainly wasn't happy to be at work we will just say that sort of a bummer. Deathly not the typical five you get in your dining at Panera

Typical Panera in a "upscale" area...if i can say that. Friendly staff. The restaurant itself is laid out really goofy. Food came out just as ordered the half sandwich stuff is kind of pricey for what you actually get. The "pick 2" isn't a bad deal the Mac & Cheese is pretty decent. My pick is the Chicken noodle soup w/Bread Bowl. that's a winning combo.

I tend to buy more Panera meals than I'd prefer to admit and often at other locations (Delafield, Brookfield, Milwaukee, out of state, etc). Today's visit was horrific. Ordered a sandwich without onions and received onions on it; ordered a side item of an apple, to find the bottom completely rotten. Yes, the employee that exchanged the apple was just as grossed out as me - the crinkled face said it all. How disgusting. What makes it worse, is that they didn't really want to make up for the mistake of serving something so unappetizing. I'm sorry Panera; usually I'm quite a fan, but I don't think I will return to this location again. YUCK.

I love panera food. However, each location is very different. I have never had an issue at delafield location. At capitol there are rude employees and always mistaken orders. We work across the street and have even gotten catering from them with errors. Frustrating.

I work right down the road from Panera so I always go through the drive through so I can eat at my desk and get more work done. However this location is so terrible I am now done and will be taking my business elsewhere. Nine times out of ten something in my order is forgotten to the point where I have now taken it upon myself to avoid the lunch rush all together and get there before 11:30 or after 1 pm to avoid mistakes because they ALWAYS make mistakes, most of them costly. This particular time they didn't put one of my bottles of water with my order and my sandwich was pretty much just scattered in the wrapping, not even assembled. Other times they forget my side, forget half of my pick two, or forget the utensils needed to even eat their food! I'm not even sure they double check the orders before handing them off.

Cozy and friendly atmosphere. I come to this Panera quite a bit as a convenience because it is so close to my work. My favorites are the Breakfast Power Sandwich and the soups. Love the soups. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is kept nice and clean. They can tend to take a little long sometimes to get your food to you when it's busy, but all in all, this is a great location.

This review is based on a business lunch that I had to order for a business meeting. While i generally use their catering service for business meetings, I only had 11 people and so I called in the order. They did not mark any of the sandwiches. Not even the one that was requested "no onions". So not only did I have to ask our clients to play seek and find with their plain wrapped sandwiches... They also needed to open the sandwiches to see which had onions. When I called the corporate office to complain that I was embarrassed by this event. I was told that they were sorry, but that it was corporate policy to only mark the catering orders. So apparently, if you are not ordering through their catering, Panera has decided that they don't need to offer any dignity for the masses. This is inexcusable. Seriously, any order with more than one item should be marked with some identifier. How much does a grease pencil cost? My business, that's what it cost. Every other sandwich place marks multiple orders, but Panera is apparently above that. This was an embarrassment, and one that won't happen again.

I admit it, I like Panera as a place to read, write and study because of their free drink refills and wi-fi. I don't like eating a lot of meat and I struggle with the menu at lunch time (at breakfast time I'm thrilled with the bagels, or a baked egg souffle - YUM!) because there's just so much chicken everywhere. I do very much like their black bean soup and have settled on always getting that. I find their coffee to be pretty weak, but I like coffee that is strong enough to smack me in the face, so I'm hard to please in that category.
