This was probably one of the last few WI DD's that I hadn't been inside of yet. I had tried to go there once before but they were already closed. The coffee was fantastic. That's all I needed and all I got but it was terrific.

I was a bit disappointed with this Dunkin Donuts. I had looked forward to eating here, as I had ate at many others before when I drove a truck over the road. This one was a bit of a let down, from burnt hashbrowns to my friends breakfast sandwich being cold in the center. It seemed as if the standards were lacking the day we came here.

Everyone here is always very accommodating, super friendly staff... occasional new person doesn't fit but always handled quickly. Overall everyone here is great I would recommend to everyone. Best service out of all locations, I go out of my everyday to come here over other stores.

I've been to the drive thru at this location a few times. Overall, my coffee has been good and the service has been fast and efficient. I've only had slow service here once and that wasn't the employee's fault. The people in front of me took 5 minutes to order. 5 minutes!!! After they said hold on a minute for the third time, I honked at them. Then they got a move on luckily .

Poorly staffed, very slow and their choice in employees makes this location a big no. Dunkin Donuts cannot get it right. They are extremely slow, hire brain-dead employees, and have a dirty store. Before you're rushing your child to the ER because he/she got some sort of food borne-illness, go someplace else for your morning doughnut.

If it was possible to give this a negative star rating, I would. I live down the street from this Dunkin' and now willingly drive all the way to the one on HWY 100 in order to be treated like a human being and get drinkable coffee. If you go before 3 pm, you might get treated well. But after 3pm, guess what happens! The morning manager leaves and THERE IS NO NIGHT MANAGER. I had to go to this location several times receiving both horrible customer service by a fake blonde woman with cigarettes hanging out of her back pocket and horrible PLAIN burnt coffee when I ordered a peppermint mocha to realize that after several times of being told to call back in the morning because the manager "wasn't there" that they ACTUALLY WEREN'T LYING. I can't begin to fathom the amount of incompetence needed to think that a business can run this way. But this problem is so severe that I actually created a Yelp account just to share it. Hopefully it helps some poor soul planning to go here.

I thought correct a new established they all worked together and it was a pleasant experience for all. The coffee was good, snacks were superp. The staff very helpful and courteous. All in all it was a very good experience.

I first came here the first week they opened this location and the newness wore off soon as they were trying to work the kinks out of working together. The food is good as is the coffee and the service is pleasant. The reason for the three star review is because the staff cannot clean the dining room in the afternoon. I've been here on two separate occasions, once at 6pm and another at 3pm and there is trash on the ground and dirty tables. This place is not busy at these times and there is no excuse to not clean the place.

We decided to get some breakfast here when we were in the area recently. We decided not to use the drive thru but to go in. The lady that served us was ultra attentive and ultra efficient. We ordered bagels, cream cheese, breakfast sandwich and coffee. She processed the entire order in less than 5 minutes. The order came to XX Dollars and some change. She gave me a small discount so I did not have to break a large bill for the change portion. Then she put the entire order into a big box/bag and gave us some napkins to wipe our hands since she figured we would eat outside and not inside the place. The food smelled and tasted terrific. I had asked for the coffee to be slightly dark. The coffee was so good that after drinking a cup, I went from being half asleep to being doubly awake. I have been to some Dunkin Dunuts where the bagels and coffee smell stale and I can tell they are reusing food from past days notwithstanding their corporate policy, but not here. The food was definitely fresh, and the service was outstanding (based on this one experience of ours at this store). We will definitely order from this Dunkin Donuts again when we are in the area next.

We've been here about 3 times since they have opened and each time has been a disappointment. The food is ok, if you actually receive what you have paid for. The first two times we went to the drive thru, and based on those experiences, I thought service might be better if I went in and ordered at the counter. Big mistake - all I got for my trouble was a lot of attitude when I asked for my missing items. I can't see them lasting very long here if it is their policy to rip off their customers.
