Visiting the area for a 5th Grade Basketball Tournament in Highland, WI. Lunch break between games. Used Yelp and read the great reviews. Great place. Wonderful service. High quality food , soap and salad bar. Could not believe the low cost. Highly recommend. Be sure to stop at RR1 for popcorn just down the road. Knucklehead Mix blew my mind.

Tower Junction was a magical stop on the half-ass cross country trip that Jeff M. and I took this summer from Chicago to Vegas. We had heard a little bit about Wisconsin supper clubs, but after a lot of driving weren't so interested in driving all the way to the Dels from our hotel in Dodgeville. Tower Junction fit the bill. Do you like visiting places where everybody lives nearby except you? Do you prefer doing normal stuff in new places on your vacations to "seeing the sights"? If so, go here. We bowled for a bit, enjoyed some surprisingly not-bad brandy old fashioneds, then sat down to a wonderfully cheap dinner at the bar while old dudes drank beer and white Russians nearby. I just loved it. All of it.

Went for lunch special.Bbq ribs,(5bones),French frys, cowboy beans, garlic bread for $5.99.You can't beat that if the food was bad for that price. But the food was good.Ribs came off bone with out much of a struggle.Beans very good.French frys average,Garlic bread excellent.Place was nearly full @ lunchtime.Worth the extra time and gas to go there from dodgeville.

Top notch oldie "supper club-type" with, fuck it dude, a bowling alley. Across street from go-green Montfort wind farm. It's a post modern world. Food great. Prime rib, baked haddock, cowboy hashbrowns, extensive salad bar, three homemade desserts (krispie treat, brownie, cinnamon roll). Classic and as laid back and local as you can get.

I grew up just a few miles from this place, so we used to go ALL the time. When my parents went through their bowling league phase (shoes, bags, balls; it was hilarious) we were there weekly. I put a lot of quarters into the video games (Defender, DigDug, the one with all the devils). I was driving to Fennimore and thought I'd revisit my youth. Not surprisingly, the place seemed a lot bigger 25 years ago. I had a fish sandwich that was very good. My son had the grilled cheese and liked it. He liked the root beer, too. The service was very prompt (we sat at the bar, my preference when I'm with just one other person) and friendly.
