Pizza here was pretty substandard.

the midwest is so cute. they cut their pizza into squares. which does serve a purpose - it's a lot less taxing on the psyche to say "just one more square" rather than "just one more slice." shady digs. great pies. a minocqua staple. grab yourself a large cheese, sit on your screen porch, listen to the loons and chow down.

Best pizza in the northwoods! No trip to Minocqua is complete without some Alexander's Pizza.

I'll be honest and say that I was pleasantly surprised when I tried their pizza for the very first time. Their thin crust had a crispier crunch to it than I thought it would, which I have to say was the highlight. The cheese/sauce were decent, and the toppings could've honestly been a bit better. Jalapeños are canned, and their pineapples aren't much either. Overall a decent pie, and pleasant atmosphere. C+

We ordered delivery for a Friday night. The delivery quote was off by about 30 minutes. Half the pizza was stuck to the top of the box which made it rather inedible unfortunately. For a $24 dollar pizza it was not worth it. Such a bummer because this place used to be pretty legit.

This place is a throw BACK to the 80's. It feels like the owners are trying to provide a hangout for the loud hunter youth of the area. Pizza is thin crust, not Chicago style like the sandwich board ad outside their place says they compete with. If you are looking for a quiet sit down place for pizza this is not the place.

The pizza was decent, but it took nearly an hour took get it. It feels like an episode of That 70's show inside, which I liked. If I got my pizza quicker I would have given 4 stars.

Order the pizza as take out! The pizza is delicious, even the gluten free. The restaurant itself is a disaster. U will eat off paper plates with plastic silverware, be outnumbered by video games, be greeted by employees that have zero charisma or care, deal with the loud noise, and sit at a table that has been minimally cleaned at best. Save yourself the headache and order out. I wish I had.

Awesome pizza made with quality ingredients. They burnt the first pizza but made it right and baked another quickly and offered free stuff to make up for it

Simply bad pizza. It's as if they mixed flour and water and let it do nothing to turn into dough. They skimped on the chicken topping as well. I'm not a big Yelp contributor. But I write when compelled by performance -- either great or lousy.

Excellent pizza with crispy thin crust and quality toppings. Unpretentious atmosphere and affordable cold beer. A+ in my book
