Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

It wasn't until my daughter admitted to going there and trying their food that I decided to go for it myself. Living close by, I've always wondered about whether or not this place was legit (the surroundings and location will definitely throw you off). Tired of getting ripped off at the expensive franchise in Germantown, I ordered an emperor plate and BOY WAS I SURPRISED! This place is awesome! The food is fresh and the portions are generous. I ordered the chicken and broccoli, sesame chicken, and pepper steak. Not only was I taken back by the great flavor, the order was ready for pick up within 15 minutes. Yes I will be going back, again and again.

Every time I've come here, the food has been fresh, fast and delicious! The owners are very friendly and you can tell that they take a lot of pride in the food and service that they provide. A few of my favorite dishes here include the Shrimp Egg Foo Young (the gravy is the best that I've ever had!), the Singapore noodles, Sesame Chicken, Pepper Steak and Curry Chicken. This will always be my go to spot for Chinese when I am craving it! :-) *please note that they are only carry out and delivery

I call this place the gravy closet because the gravy is amazing and it is no bigger than your bedroom closet. You walk up to a hot case and order from either already made dishes or from the menu where you then awkwardly wait until your food is ready while standing in the closet. The fried rice is amazing, especially drowned in gravy. I have also had pepper steak, curry chicken, and the fried chicken from here. All was good but there was not enough meat in any of the dishes. Very similar to a wongs wok if you are looking for a comparison. You won't be disappointed once you have the gravy!

Very disappointed, those who wrote positive things about this place clearly havent had real Chinese food. What you get is not worth the price you pay. My general tso's was hardly that. It's got some weird red syrup like sauce on it and the chicken is either dry or rubber like.. yep its possible. Sorry but I wont be wasting anymore money here. Those rather close in proximity to home, still not worth returning.

When ever I want delivery we order from here. The food is good! The prices are comparable to other Chinese places. Our food arrives hot. We were painting our house one day and our baby had just been born when we ordered delivery and the next time we ordered the delivery lady remembered all that and asked us about it!!! I think that's pretty impressive!

Best gravy ever! For american style Chinese ala Wongs wok they are delicious. Try the fried rice with gravy and you can taste a level of flavor that no where else has. The hong king noodles are great too!

I spent a good amount of time laughing at the comment that this isn't real Chinese food since the general tsaos chicken didn't taste right. That is not a Chinese dish, but rather an American invention. I've actually been to China, and find that this restaurant is fairly legit. Good prices and good selection. I'll be back again when in the area. One thing to note, is that there's only one chair next to a ledge. It's really designed as a takeout place.
