We've never made it to an entree or sandwich but you cannot go wrong with the appetizers. Without hesitation you can have one of the best Nacho parties ever. They are our favorite!! The wings were hot and tasty, quesadillas were delicious, bacon cheese fries are fantastic and wonton cheese sticks were a great change from the typical breaded kind. Win some cash at the casino and finish the night off here.

I have never had service this terrible in my life. A group of us went here for dinner and were treated so poorly by the wait staff and entire Potawatomi staff. First off it took forever for our food, the food was not that good and then we were escorted out of the restaurant by at least 15 security guards. They make you show ID when you pay your bill, Our UK employee did not have a US ID so instead of asking someone else to either pay for his meal or work another option out, the waiter took it as he was not going to pay his bill (even though he gave the waiter his credit card?!). The waiter called security and had us all escorted out of the casino even though we all had paid for our bill. We had no idea what was going on and why 15 security guards showed up to a group of people who had eaten and paid their bill. What kind of service is this?! Do not ever go here!

It's not really the bar's fault. I'm not a casino fan and this is a casino bar. The beer prices were on par for most bars, the beer selections were okay, the servers were over taxed, and the food was meh. I am one of those who love the smoking ban and it's hard to go somewhere where smoking is prevalent. We were at the casino for a show (Dirty Dozen Brass Band) and after the show we decided to have a night cap and a bit of food. It just wasn't that great an experience but I want to make it clear that it wasn't the fault of the employees, they were slammed and some of the patrons were obnoxious due to a boxing match (or some other fighting thing) that was on the television. Just not a great experience.

Very dependable sports bar food. The menu is sized just right. You can order to go, sit at the bar or eat at a table. Very good bison chili.

Love this place! Amazing burgers and late night food! A perfect place to check out to watch your favorite game. I mean come on! They have over 30 TVs! Great diversity of beers too! Plus they have free music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights!

I challenge anyone to find a better burger than the BlackJack burger. You can't.

I really like this place. I always go here for my birthdays! Their Wonton Mozarella sticks are heavenly! They give you a good amount for the price that you pay for as well. Absolutely no complaints about staff either. There can be a wait, but of course during busy Friday/Saturday nights. Would definitely recommend for a chill night out! You can go gamble right after. :)

My wife and I eat here once a month because we get it for free for being in the Fire Keepers Club. I've tried most of the burgers on the menu and they have all been delicious. My favorite is the Blackjack Burger. It has a nice amount of spice to eat. The Pit Burger is absolutely huge. I thought is was just sliced prime rib but there is a burger patty in there also. Be warned: this is a difficult one to finish even if you have a large appetite. Definitely a must try. The corned beef in the reuben is delicious. The MWD Chicken Wrap is a great option if you don't want a burger. These are my favorite french fries in the city. I cannot get enough of them.

The best thing about this place is the Vegas Sportsbook atmosphere. Too bad you can't place a bet! I watched the Coca Cola 600 and several baseball games here yesterday. My Mushroom Swiss Burger was OK, not fantastic. The fries were average at best. My Server was nice and fast and they are wheelchair accessible.

I am giving the Fire Pit at Potawatomi the lowest rating possible for a supremely awesome bad experience. I had attended a Milwaukee Bucks "Viewing Party" - which is a promoted event where fans get together to watch the team play on the road all together - Kumbaya. Well let me tell you, if you are looking for an upset stomach, incompetent customer service, and oh yeah memorable evening - this is the place. Problem first started when I had arrived at the place after work. The staffers of the Firepit would not allow anyone inside to spend their money during Happy Hour. Apparently only 30m before tipoff 7pm we would be allowed into the Firepit room. Well, big problem, there was a glut of customers all looking eagerly to spend their money and some arrogant incompetent yahoo felt it was more prudent to just keep everyone standing like savages not a minute sooner than 6:30pm. Potawatomi 1, Annoying Customers 0. So ultimately we get seated 30m before tipoff. But I was starving from work and ordered some food / drinks at an outside bar before the cattle was let inside the ranch. When I entered the seating area finally, not a place to be had. I asked several tables whether there was room for one. Fortunately I was able to join a kind enough group with one extra chair. Find out theres a promotion where if you spend $6 you get a raffle ticket - which is great bc I spent well more than that already. Well because I did not buy my food / drinks within the allotted time of the promotion, I was denied participation. Apparently my order was placed 12 minutes too early and the bartender who was holding onto a stack of unmarked raffle tickets said I could "absolutely not" get one for my purchase. Potawatomi 2, Subordinate Customers 0. Come to find out, when everyone entered the bar at 30m before game tipoff, there was already 30-40 raffle tickets inside the till. Just enough right there to make you want to barf and scream for justice. And as they say, the house always wins. Potawatomi 3, Dimwit Customers 0. Quality of food you may wonder? I think I would have just preferred to have the staffers just spit in the food in front of me. But I did leave feeling flu symptoms, contemplating how many days off work / off gym routine I would be set back. Soggy tasteless fodder. And I ate the whole thing bc I showed up ravenously hungry. Now these chills inside and rough throat. Maybe if I come back tomorrow, I can share the wealth. Potawatomi 4, Coughing Customers 0. Quality of customer service any better? Well if one out of four servers has perspective enough to recognize a patrons humanity, that would exceed expectations. First one who saw me would not look in my direction and stayed 15' away. Next one saw both me and another customer standing next to me. He took the African American gentlemans order and ignored me. 3 minutes later he saw me and said he'll be back. 5 minutes later another staffer asked if I needed some help and I mentioned that "thank god no one has helped me yet". I wondered to self whether I'm supposed to leave less of a tip bc of the joke of a staff but decided not to penalize the one. Another staffer later to try to buy a round of drinks? Forget about it. Potawatomi 5, Starving Customers 0. OK. You get the idea. This is a crooked place. Crummy food. Service with a kick to the groin offer better personal care. The event was hosted by the local NBA team partnered with a sponsor. Just an all-out debacle. We approached the staffers about some of these problems described about the event and the raffle and they blamed the Bucks bc "they had nothing the do with it". We talked to the Bucks about the same problems and they blamed Potawatomi bc "they had nothing to do with it". I guess like the current slogans for respective companies "Pays Big" and "Own The Future".. I'd suggest to reap your dividends the old fashioned way in the company of your loved ones not in this Indian Gaming Casino.

I've eaten here about ten times in the last three years. Today, 6/29/12 at 11:25 AM, the Fire Pit was being remodeled, and was temporarily moved to the third floor, near the food court and Off-Track Betting parlor. (I was told the Fire Pit will be back at its usual location mid-July 2012. The temp location is/was apparently a working restaurant, with a nice bar in the front and a large dining area beyond. The lunch menu here is limited, but what they serve is good quality. Service is also consistently good and they practice "team-style service. " Never had a bad experience here. Today, I sat at the bar and was served by Apollonia, a new(er) bartender who used to be a server. She was very friendly, accommodating and and attentive. I got my favorite sandwich on the menu: the chicken BLT on potato bread. The chicken is grilled with a light Cajun style spice. The bacon is always crispy (and warm, meaning they grill it on order, a huge plus for us foodies - LOL!), thick sliced tomato and mayo. Always excellent. When you're at the casino and want a good lunch, skip the food court and go here!

It's a bit of a stretch to call this a Sports Bar. It's more of a casual dining restaurant with lots of TVs and sports memorabilia on the walls. I tried the Chili and Wifey had the Chicken Wild Rice Soup. Chili was not bad but not great either. Wifey loved her soup. We also tried the Fry Bread, was very good. When I hear Sports Bar, I think big comfy chairs, drinks and bar food. This is not that.

The Fire Pit serves decent bar food. Don't go in expecting anything gourmet but just solid bar food. Our group had some comps so we ordered quite a few items: - Loaded pit chips - probably the best bang for the buck on the appetizer menu - Wings - A little pricey but some of the juiciest wings I have ever eaten - Steak Quesadilla - Steak wasn't the best wouldn't order it again - Wonton Cheese Sticks - Nothing special not a great value for the price Two people had steaks and for a bar they weren't bad. The rest of the entrees were average. Personally I would rather do the burger of the week at Dream Dance (similar pricing) or hit RuYi or Wild Earth. It isn't much more expensive and the flavors are much better. Fire Pit is a great place to watch sports with bar food and nothing much more.
