The people who work here are fabulously positive and friendly. The manager does a great job keeping the energy alive and they are very efficient during busy periods. The drive through situation is not good. Cars waiting in line often block the entrance to the parking lot. That part is annoying and predictable.

Starbucks is the best coffee I have had. I remember the first time I had a Starbucks coffee. It was in Portland Oregon 1996. They didn't even have them in Wisconsin at that time. But that first one I realized wow what a great coffer. So glad when they did expand to Wisconsin. Just a Starbucks junkie. Also like to compliment all the servers. Never ran into a bad server.

This is the closet Starbucks to my home, so I'm a regular. Staff is consistent, and friendly. Free Wifi, I come here to write on some Sundays. Nice meeting place, you never know who you are going to run into here.

Nutrition facts aside, this starbucks has service nailed. They were extremely efficient, at 7:50, when the line was almost out the door. They remembered names, difficult orders and special requests. I had asked for no dairy, and without prompt remembered and dumped my drink to make one as requested. I was in and out in 5 - awesome service.

This is one of VERY few coffee shops in this part of Milwaukee. It's located on Good Hope, just East of 76th Street, in front of the Pick N Save (formerly the Home Depot). Tiny inside, with some comfortable seating. There are a few tables to sit at outside as well when the weather's nice. Sometimes I feel like I should be running a vacuum when I've sat inside, but sometimes it's fine. Regardless, it's tolerable. Staff is always friendly, inside and at their drive thru. Service is fast, drinks/pastries are typical Starbucks quality.
