Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I am giving this store 5 stars bcuz of an employee named Christine who actually made my day better after what was one of my worst ever at work. She was polite, funny, and made me smile. I rarely ever fill out fast food surveys at the bottom of my receipt, but i did it JUST for her. She started talking to me as soon as I walked in the door, before i reached the counter. I was so surprised, i didnt respond. She was nice with everyone, and i could tell she was sincere.... And NOT one of those fake "how are you"s. Customer service is amazing

This is a nice Qdoba. You can get 1hour of free wifi from the Caribou Coffee next door, and if you sit in the booth in the corner, there is an outlet to plug in your laptop.

Would you believe that this was my first Qdoba visit, ever??? Well, it was and now it is one of my new, quick, relatively low-carb & relatively healthy meal options. Jared can keep Subway, I found a new favorite with a taster menu, and fewer carbs. Big Yay! I ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl (Double Chicken), Pinto Beans, Brown Rice, Queso Diablo, Salsa Roja, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese. Yes, I ate it all, and it was worth every calorie in my 1010 Spicy Caloric Lower-Carb Feast! The parking lot is confusing, people exiting the entrance and vice-versa, but we figured it out and Qdoba is honestly one of my new favorites! The employees at this location were super-nice, asking what we wanted next etc. which is awesome, because when you go to a new place, and there's a line forming behind you it can become uncomfortable fast. Now I can almost hear you saying, how does this girl give 5 stars to Qdoba? Simple. I do not compare apples to oranges! Please don't go here if you're expecting some 5-Star Mexican Food Experience. This is a new spin on Fast Food, at least that's the way I look at it anyway. Lower carb than many "fast" choices, and one can only eat a salad so many times as a main meal, especially while out at a restaurant. You can sign up for a Qdoba Rewards Card, and when doing so, you immediately get an order for FREE chips & salsa, or a free beverage. They've got me, I will be back one day soon, when I will get some chips, because today I literally ate 2 chips, yes just 2, because seriously I can polish off a basket of chips by myself, while enjoying Mexican Food, just not today.

This Qdoba has the nicest employees and best customer service that I've encountered in a fast food place. Parking is a royal pain and accessing it from the south (which is where work is) is in that direction. Other than that, no complaints! With Qdoba, you know what you're getting, but the food is always tasty and the service is always great. Worth a little extra trip and worth the crappy parking situation for some really good quick Mexican!

The crew tonight was awful. I almost walked out. No Hello for 5 minutes with one customer ahead of me. Then I get home to find my burrito ALL tortilla. If owned this place and saw the whole experience from my angle, people would be without jobs tonight.

Qdoba has some of the nicest employees, and this one is no exception. This Qdoba isn't very big, and the parking lot is a bit difficult to get to from National Ave., etc., but I still like stopping here for the food and service. Yep, Qdoba's more expensive than Taco Bell, but getting a nice hearty tasty meal is worth it sometimes. My son loves getting two ground beef tacos, I prefer a veggie burrito or pulled pork burrito with guac and extra hot sauce. Go for it!

I don't live by this Qdoba anymore but still come back here because the customer service at this location is better than the one by my home. They seem to take more pride in how they prepare the food too. Never had a complaint here at the Hwy 100 location. Food is hot and done right to order. Like to sit outside and watch the traffic when it's nice out. I really like the Chicken Nachos, not as greasy as ground beef and you are full after eating them. This restaurant is clean and modern. Nice place. Check it out!
