I'm on the road a lot, like alot alot... and I just have to say McDonald's is an on the road kinda place, like it or not. I adore their large coffee for a buck, and their maple brown sugar and fruit oatmeal is just good, it really is. I give mickie d's 5 stars not because the food is just the best ever, but because the food is good enough and the convenience is unbeatable. 99 cent McChicken with cheese? Uhh, yeah. Pull the car into a parking space and nom with the windows down and the radio on? Come on now, we've all done this at McDonald's. Whether we hate, or appreciate - McD's is dotted all over this country (and world) for a reason. Globalization be damned. All hail to the fat ass USians.

Update: Guaranteed worst McDonalds in the State of Wisconsin in terms of Service. Tried to get 3 breakfast burritos this morning. I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for my food before having to go inside and ask if they were going to give me my food or if I should get my money back. Management was CLUELESS.

I eat at McDonald's several times a week, but I wouldn't come back to this one on a bet. Slow and indifferent service.

Have you ever wonder what it would be like to get fast food quality food but sit down chain quality speed? Well ponder no more cause this is the place for you. Went in wanting to try out some chicken strip, got burnt strips after waiting 15 minutes. Told me they were really backed up, though I was the only customer at the time.

I stopped for breakfast and ordered steak and egg burrito. Ok I have seen the commercial and it looked interesting with steak, egg, cheese in a flour tortilla. First off no offer of the picante sauce so I looked in the bag and none like the other burritos get. I sank my teeth into this culinary master piece and chewed and chewed and only really tasted the American cheese. This was very bland and boring to say the least. The best flavor in this was the cheese and I thought this is not possible so I kept eating and waiting for some flavor which never happened. This was colossal waste of food that looks good on paper and the picante sauce would have helped. The steak was not seasoned at all like the burgers which would help. I don't know if I had a bad batch but I will not try them again. By the way after the first one I didn't bother with the second one. I never thought I would say that sonic has the best steak and egg breakfast burrito which I have had twice in my life. It sounds like a great concept but McDonalds did not execute this very well. For around the same money sonic is the winner with the breakfast steak burrito if this is what you want for breakfast. I wonder if one of those Greek places would make a steak, egg and cheese burrito if this is something one would like to have. I might have to look into that and report back.

The service offered here is unfriendly and almost antagonistic to average customers. The manager played a large part in this. She informed us that we could use one coupon per person, as we thought. We had to further question her to find out the big caveat: each coupon needed to be used in a separate transaction. With this in mind, the manager went ahead and let the cashier start ringing the food and five coupons up. Every time she put the items in, we had to wait for the manager to stroll over and apply the coupon. She had an irritated look on her face when doing this. This happened for every coupon sale and took over 10 minutes. The manager never offered to take over the process, instead doing things like getting items for others' orders and putting the fries in the fryer, even though It didn't appear they were short staffed. I'm not aware of the normal procedures for the coupons, as our region doesn't offer them, so I cannot say for sure if what we had to deal with is limited to this restaurant or is more widespread. I've never encountered this before at similar chains, so I believe it's most likely isolated. I think the whole ordering experience was embarrassingly broken and inefficient. The cashier could've made an effort to complete the process herself, or the manager could've taken over. People behind us were forced to stand in line the whole time because no other registers were opened like they should've been. I won't return if ordering $20 worth of food feels like pulling teeth. The manager should be setting an example for the rest of the employees and treating customers with the utmost respect and courtesy. No one was friendly on the whole staff, leading me to conclude that they need some serious training on customer service. The dining room looks recently remodeled and is attractive. Despite this, at an uncrowded time, the seats were full of debris. Tables hadn't been cleaned for a while, something that should be a high priority at all McDonald's locations. The bathrooms were dirty and obviously hadn't been checked or looked after for a while. There is nothing in the dining room except for a soda machine, lids, and straws. You have to ask for common items like napkins and ketchup. The orders were completed pretty quickly. Some of the fries we got were from an older batch and were basically stale. Yet, some were fresh and came from the batch the manager made while dealing with our order. It would've been better to throw out the really old fries to ensure consistency. The burgers were hot and accurately made. The Frappés were also good. There is massive room for improvement when it comes to convenience, ordering experience, and cleanliness. If the cashiers were able to apply coupons that could be used in one transaction and the staff adopted a more positive attitude, then things would be much improved.

This location is one of the slowest I've ever been to. My friend ordered 4 kids meals for my nephews...and they gave us 3 boys' toys and 1 girl's. Luckily we checked in the boxes before we left and saw our order was messed up. Honestly though, slowest McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Plus, they are all so unhappy & unfriendly here. And it's very disorganized. Long story short ---- go to any other McDonald's! :)

I will never go to this McDonald's again. We showed up in the drive thru for breakfast a couple of minutes before the lunch menu was being served. As we waited at the speaker for about 2 minutes, a girl came out and began switching the menu over to lunch. When the drive thru attendant finally came on, they told us it was lunch and no longer breakfast. We pointed out that the clock in our car and on our phones said that it was 10:58AM, they claimed that it was 11. We immediately called to complain to a manager. The manager was rude, had a very bad attitude, did not apologize, defended her employee and hung up on my wife. I always thought McDonalds stood for customer service and quality. I guess not. I will make sure that I drive to the burbs if I decide to even go to a McDonald's again.

It's a McDonald's. As McDonald's goes, it's a fair one. The food is always as you would expect it, the service is quick enough, and the restaurant is as clean as you would expect. The decor is on the nicer side, and they've done some updating recently I believe. Usually I'm in here for a quick lunch after some shopping at Mayfair Mall. I'm actually surprised there's no McDonalds IN the mall food court. Anyway, a nice enough McDonalds.
(3)Craig G.
Quite possibly one of the 2-3 worst McDonald's I have been to. They are given this rating because: 1. Poor quality food - food is served lukewarm, with wrapper partially open, fingerprints on burger buns. 2. Poor customer service - incorrect orders, workers who reply with "whatever", inner-city speak that you cannot understand. 3. Drive-through - orders are routinely forgotten or incorrect. I no longer use this restaurant location.

All I can say is, "shameful" dirty tables, soda station in disrepair, dirty floor, booth seats worn out. And to top it off, it was not busy, I was the only one here and staff were just "hanging out". I watched one employee with his hat brim twisted to the side like ghetto trash. Come on!!! It's efing McDonald's even they have standards. But not here, so if service is what you expect, then save a trip.
