I visited this restaurant many times and each time it doesn't let me down. The customer service was lacking on the few occasions I was there but overall service is good. I love the lean corned beef because I'm not a fan of fatty meats. There's so much meat on your sandwich that I always have enough for two sandwiches. I would recommend this place to everyone. A little bit pricey but it's worth every penny

Just placed my order right now and the rude customer service girl just hung up on me with out a proper ending? This is my first time experiencing rude behavior from this place. Other times after everything was confirmed the customer service person would tell me how long it'll take for my order to arrive at my location (delivery) then end with a polite "have a nice day". The manager will here about this soon.

This place has some of the best corned beef i've ever had. I would highly recommend getting the lean beef if you aren't a fan of fatty meats. The menu is extremely expansive and resonable priced.

This food is great! I cant say anything about that. This location fell a little short in their customer care. I called to place my order for pick up as I was on a lunch break. I was on hold from the moment I left the office all the way there until I stood in line and told them they still had me on hold. The cashier said they were really busy. I still feel a ten minute wait on hold was not acceptable. It is St. Patty Day but I think every customer counts. I did order 3 sandwiches and fries. Spending 33.00 on lunch is a lot and I expected to be able to order over the phone in a timely manner. My only other dissatisfaction was that they ran out of sauerkraut and it isn't even dinner time yet. They may lose out on money for not having a signature piece to a Reuben.

Great corned beef sandwiches. Italian beef w/hot peppers are my favorite. They are big & very filing...best I've had in Milwaukee.

The food is great, but the prices and promotion consistency between the two locations and the online menu is terrible. The PDF menu lists one price ($4.99 for a gyro), the order online feature has another ($5.49 for a gyro), and the silverspring store charges you a third price ($6.79 a gyro). The order online service on the website does not tell the user where to pick up the order and, when I called the silverspring location, they couldn't find my food. The websites offers a 10% coupon code, usable once a month, that you either enter online or verbally tell the cashier, but the workers wouldn't honor the code because they thought there was a $10 minimum to use it (no minimum was mentioned online) My entire office enjoys the food very much and we've done office-wide orders several times over the last year, but the inconsistent pricing and promotions are really bad and we're not ordering again.

This review is actually for their new east side location on Farwell Avenue. I walk past this place every day and have been anxiously awaiting it's opening when I found out they were opening. I loved Patty Burger, hated Sobelman's, so in theory, I was going to love this place no matter what. I finally made it in on Sunday and was a little worried to see nobody at all in there. I thought, hmm, maybe it's just because it's new....but went in anyway. First and foremost, 3 of the 4 employees were awesomely friendly and helpful. I had some questions about the preparation of the food and the girl at the counter and the cook were very happy to answer my questions. It's been a long time since I've had a good Italian Beef so I picked that, and I'm so glad I did. While I was waiting, they even offered me a couple slices of Corned Beef, which was really awesome of them. There was so much beef, that I had to eat about 1/4 of it before even trying to eat it like a sandwich! The beef was perfectly done and absolutely delicious. The bun was a little on the hard side, but was still pretty good. Fries were bland, but thats okay, I didn't go there for the fries. If you are on the east side and looking for a good, Chicago style Italian Beef, check this place out. They also offer pizza, hot dogs, and burgers...in addition to their corned beef of course. I plan on returning a few times to try the other stuff out.

What lacks in service is made up by their food. This place lives up to its name in every way. Keep in mind, the people working here are good people. They're there to collect your order, assemble your food, and see you off. That's it. The Reuben is made without thousand Island. Rather, spicy brown mustard is perfect.
