Not a bad pizza, but as the other reviewer said, get it as it's coming out of the oven. Better than Sbarro (which isn't saying much), but not as good as normal pizza joints.

Employee seemed annoyed they had to work. Also didnt reply to common courtesies and didn't have most food on the menu "available". Got a sausage Stromboli and it was covered in grease, meat accounted for about 5% of the meal.

Came here at 6:30 on a Monday morning. They just about have a monopoly on food at this airport and yet there was nobody here. This however included behind the counter. I walked up and waited almost a minute before a lady popped her head out. I ordered a breakfast Stromboli and a soda. The Stromboli was put in the oven and I was rung up. The lady then proceeded to walk out from behind the counter and over to a seat in the dining area where another airport worker from another restaurant was drinking coffee. She sat down and chatted for several minutes. Another lady came up to the counter apparently unaware my food was in the oven. After a few more minutes of me looking concerned, the second lady finally shouts out to the first in some language I was not sure of and asks me if I am waiting for anything. Maybe 6 minutes after I ordered, I got my Stromboli. Pretty overcooked, the bottom was rock hard. The lady who took my order apologized and yet didn't bother to get up from her seat. Very unprofessional behavior, especially at an airport where every minute counts.

Like most pizza by the slice franchises, you need to get there when they take your pizza right out of the oven, otherwise its probably been sitting there for a while. The prices were okay and the food tasted pretty good. Customer service was good, but since it was the first day they were open, they werent too sure about what they were selling. Overall, a decent option in the MKE Airport.

I was pleasantly surprised by Famous Famiglia. It is not exactly gourmet, but for airport food, it wasn't bad at all, and was more reasonably priced than most of the other options, especially considering what you got. I got the penne marinara. The penne was overcooked and a bit soggy, but the sauce was good and I liked that they tossed in fresh basil and minced garlic (on request). It added a nice kick of extra flavor that was very pleasant, and also made for a nicer presentation. The pizza looked a little dry to me, but my husband got one of the veggie options and liked it, especially the crust. He also got a side Caesar, which was respectably crisp.
