This is my favorite bread company. When I left for college, they didn't sell it in any of the local grocery stores, so my Chicago roommate had it shipped to us. Now that I'm back in the area, I buy about two loaves per week. It's so complete. They mix in flax seed and Omega-3, which I'm supposed to eat, although I don't understand why. But with bread this good, I don't care if I'm supposed to eat it or not - just bread me and keep your hands and feet out of the way. Yet somehow they keep it delicious and fairly low calorie, low fat, but with decent protein and fiber content. There are many varieties, but my favorite is the Right Wheat. I also enjoy the Millet and the Hunger Filler, but any of them will do. Oh yeah, and it's Kosher. Before you go there - no, I was not raised on Wonder.
