We are staying at Timber Lodge Waterpark, and we wanted to venture out instead of eating at the hotel restaurant. We came across Rosati's, so we popped in for dinner. It was me, my 2 young sons, and my husband. The woman behind the counter (I wish I would have caught her name!!) was extremely polite and friendly. She turned on the tv near our table to NickJr without us asking and immediately brought out our kids food first. The food came out fast, and the whole meal was AWESOME. My boys ate all of their chicken tenders and fries. My chicken parm sandwich was delicious, and my husband raved about his grilled chicken sandwich. Wonderful experience! We left feeling full and happy. Highly recommend!

Went with pretty large group. Two of us ordered separately a few pizzas. One pie came out no prob in 15 minutes. Other (mine) was MIA. Waited about 10 minutes more and asked at counter if pie was almost ready. Then... Waited at counter 10 more minutes while they discussed ......beard growing at this point. Standing there and not with my friends I finally asked for my money back since I paid when I ordered. Manager obliged. No sorry or offer to comp was made. A while later she did come back over and gave me a small pie and said some one ordered a small and they accidentally gave them our grande. At this point everyone was done eating (we chowed on our friends pizza) so the pie was kinda useless. I was really ok with miscue but customer service rules for me and I would have preferred a "sorry we can't find your order" and "how can we make this right" while I was at counter. Just feedback that might help your business. Take it or leave it. Pizzas were good so three stars. Honestly like this place but with the other pizza options in LG I'd hesitate if I had a lot of kiddos with me and was rushed for time.

Food has been going down hill got a gyro .The meat is so crunchy and hard you can't eat it wow I am really disappointed . Well I got a full refund for the burnt gyro . still doesn't make up for the bad food no excuse for serving food burnt like that to your customers !!!!!

Pizza was awesome. Ordered an 18" double dough 8 slice pizza. Absolutely delicious. Staff was amazing, not like the usual "is it time to go home yet" staff. Owner came out and greeted customers. Also, the place was super clean. Surprisingly the best pizza I've had in Lake Geneva area.

First time in, wasn't too thrilled. Lasagna was really under seasoned. Meatballs are dense and lack flavor. Mushroom appetizer was decent and the portions was quite big.

Stopped in to grab a pizza with my kids. Seen slice special, (speciality slice and soda). Ordered bread sticks,which were delivered to table. Waited for 25 minutes talking to my kids, as the place filled up, noticed our pizza was not out and everyone else was being served. So as a girl passed, gave her my receipt and showed her the time I have waited. She returned 5 minutes later with the $21 and change in one hand, receipt in other. I was given the option, 1st door cash and go. 2nd door, wait for slices. "New employee, her fault, sorry". Oh but the drinks and bread sticks on house if you leave. Door 1. Same one I walked in, walked out. Brush up on customer service. Food service 101, price of pizza at cost 3 prices plus soda, $7.00, 28% food cost (at most). $7 loss in product, which I'm sure that daily waste verses revenue on you lower cost items would balance. Bad review and facts to support the bad review. Priceless... I mean priceless.. You get 1 star, in a resort town, that uses this interface, that will not dine for this fact alone.

Great thin crust pizza, same I grew up with in the Chicago burbs. The extra large is big but great for left overs the next day!
