Stopped in on Veteran's Day and had the chicken enchiladas. They were pretty tasty. Thank You Chili's for the free meal in honor of Veterans Day.

Food is okay. Decent portions. Slow wait staff and sometimes rude. A little pricey. Always busy.

Hostess was incredibly rude & there were a bunch of servers standing up front. How unprofessional! I got to Chilis before the person I was meeting & was ignored for 10 minutes before the server offered me a drink, then stood 15 feet from me to stand & watch the basketball game. I understand, from personal experience as a waitress that it's not always fun to serve teenagers, but seriously? At least some common courtesy.

Fast lunch place, pretty good food. Could be better, but as a lunch it goes. Good service.

Bad service poorly put together plates. I love Chili's but I have been to this one about five times and it doesn't operate nearly as well as other locations. Ordered enchiladas last time and I've had Lean Cuisine that tasted better then these.

Chillies has great service. Love the kiosks for ordering and paying at the table! It is a great value. The loaded baked potato soup is very tasty. Not too salty, not too thick, with just the right cheese flavor. I also like their Mexican dishes.... the enchilada, and burritos are very good. My only complaint is that there is a hot spicy relish that is topped on many of these dishes and it is just too hot and spicy for me. They also put this relish on the house salads. The next time I go there, I will ask that this relish is not put on my order. Drinks are great too. Definitely recommend!

Favorite family bar and grill, (mostly the grill part!) the food is alway great, service is always fast and you can afford to take the family out to eat and order an appetizer too! You never wait an hour for your food, and we have never had a bad meal. Our kids which are now 16 and 18 have grown up loving This place as our quick pick go to family night out restaurant!

I have not been to a Chili's in about 15 years and it will be that amount of time in the future. Service was extremely slow and the restaurant was not that busy. There were several tables that were not cleaned. I ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger. The bun was cold even though it was toasted. The entire burger was greasy not juicy. Now I am not a healthy eater, I enjoy heart attack food but when I bit into the burger the first thing I tasted was salt. I could not taste the burger, grilled onions or cheese and the pickles tasted like cucumber. When I burp and I taste Tzatziki Sauce and I ate a burger it is not a good thing. Another one of my pet peeves are bathrooms. I walked into the restroom and the entire floor was sticky. Let's just say I was not happy with the food and service I received for the amount of money my daughter and I paid for our meals. P.s. my 19 year old daughter likes Chili's.

They have a complete gluten free menu for my wife. The food is good and we can go to eat there due to that menu. Thank you so much Chilis.

Worst service i have ever had from Tyler the bartender. Waited 10 minutes because he and the other bartender were occupied by 2 young females. When he finally came over, i ordered my drink and a TOGO order. 30 minutes later i asked about myorder. Tyler said"relax, we are busy. It will get here when it gets here." Wow they could care less. I can see why they are not busy on a Friday night. I wanted to go to Cheddar's, but there bar was totally full. O can see why Chili's bar was 25% full. Go to Cheddar's and wait 10 minutes.

Stopped in the bar after a movie (across the street)!!! The bartender was very friendly and we ordered a couple of beers. I checked in on YELP and then checked in on Four Square...Four Square gave me some free Chips and Salsa...thanks a lot YELP for nothing!!! Just kidding!!! This place gets 5 stars for embracing social media...free stuff will always make loyal customers who will say good things about your business. Keep it up and I am looking forward to stopping back and maybe having a little lunch.

Despite the incredibly crowded restaurant, we were seated in a timely manner and the service and waiter was excellent. The food was great and my margarita even better! Thanks for a nice night for our family!

So my review is not about the quality of the food this time but more about the service, which in my mind is as equally important as the food. We have never had issues with the service but this time or server Corey seemed to not feel the need to provide us with everything we ordered. I don't know but isn't that the whole point of being a server, to try to get the check average up to maximize the tips? When I go out to dinner to a place with servers I don't care if it's a Chilis or Mortons Steak House I have a certain expectation of my experience. One, I at least expect to get everything I order and two, don't serve me my meal in 10 minutes or less, if I wanted to eat fast food I would go to Mc Donalds. Nothing aggravates me more that to be served my meal and receive my check quicker than the local fast food restaurant. So hopefully Corey will get wind of this review and make some change in the service he provides or find a new profession.

We waited probably around 45 minutes to be seated last night because for some reason the host thought that since we were a group of five (four adults with one tiny 3 yr-old), we needed to be seated at one of the tables for larger parties. When we got sick of waiting, he told us he could seat us at two separate booths. We ended up fitting just fine in a regular booth. Ugh. So, we were pretty fed up with the service before we even sat down. Luckily for them, they redeemed themselves with the very attentive waiter that served us. He was very congenial and great at paying attention to our beverage's volumes. The food was standard Chili's quality. I had the Southwest Cedar Plank Tilapia, which tasted very light. The piece was a bit small for the price, the broccoli was steamed sufficiently, and the rice was just... Well, rice. I prefer the Firecracker Tilapia that they used to have - I didn't see it on the menu. Oh, and why did they take the Awesome Blossom off the menu? Oh well. It's extremely unhealthy anyway. But what about the Caribbean Chicken Salad? That's gone too. I don't think I like what they're doing to the menu.

Chili's is my favorite place to go, so I get Chili's gift cards for birthday and Christmas. Burgers, Ribs, Fajitas and great bar service. My wife likes their soups and salads, and we always get a nice booth with a great view of the TV (for game day). Chili's is just a mile or two from home, so this is our Go To place for a guaranteed good meal.

We went to our local Chili's for a late lunch with our kids ranging in ages from 2 weeks to 10 years old and were greeted and seated almost immediately. The food is always DELISH and the staff here are AWESOME!! If I could eat at Chili's everyday I would.

I can't explain it but I hate Applebee's and usually like Chili's. They are not all that different, but Chili's just has better food. Last night though it took a very long time to get our food, but the service in the past has been just fine. I like their very thin tortilla chips. The salsa used to be a bit different and better, as I recall.

I've been here several times for lunch with co-workers and if you need good service and good food, this is a sure shot. Then again, I have never been here for dinner.
