This is the first time I had ever been here and I was impressed. The exterior and interior are nothing to write home about. But the steak...oh Lordy...the steak! I have not had that kind of deliciousness in a long time! I ordered the Saturday night special that came with an 8 oz rib-eye and a pan seared walleye. I ordered it medium and it was cooked perfectly. The topping of red onion, mushrooms, and bacon bits was the perfect compliment. The vegetables were not over cooked, which is a culinary pet peeve of mine, and well seasoned. The walleye was tasty too. The only complaint I have is that there aren't that many beers on tap. They had Spotted Cow and then a Harpo's Ale, which they were out of that night. Dinner for my boyfriend and I, with drinks, ran about $65. We had enough for leftovers the next day. We have decided this is going to become our Saturday night dinner place. You should give this place a try!
