Every time I come here, the specific donut I want isn't available and the donut displays looks quite under-stocked. It seems like there only one Indian man who works the counter and he's so kind. I can never be sad when he's got such a nice attitude. I'd just suggest replenishing the donuts more often to match the demand.

D D!!!!! Seems I get more stale donuts then fresh.... This is a newer location and has the backery on location but never seems to have anything fresh! I do pass thrue town on the late side after 5:00 pm but if you work at D D and you pick up a donught that's hard or on the stale side, I would you think you would at least inform the customer to choose another one! In my case that never happens, I get to find this out on interstate 90 going 80mph!!!!! CRAP!!!! I JUST WANTED A DONUT!!!!

donuts were soggy and came without parchment, meaning most of the frosting was left on the inside of the bag. I guess when the locally owned bakeries weren't supported Janesville was left with corporate "be grateful you can get a donut at all" mentality.

Today I took my wife and daughter to DD. Our donuts were Yummy. I got a water, my wife a hot apple cider, and my daughter a hot chocolate. I like DD a lot. The space was open with lots of seating. I would say this be a 5 star but I find the coffee irritates my stomach, so my beverage choices become limited. It was affordable and that is always plus.

Long curly hair in my coffee...never again! Every time I visit this location something goes wrong...drive over to the one on center if you want your drink sneezed on.

Love this Dunkin!! Everyone is so friendly and everything taste great! I usually go 3 times a week and am happy every time I walk out the door!

We go to this DD quite often. My husband used to go every single morning for coffee for me. His hours at work changed, so he doesn't go quite as often but is still pretty much a regular. We have always used the rewards punch card. I've never purchased anything less than an extra-large coffee. We were always given an extra-large for a free coffee. We don't buy a small and try to get one over asking for a free extra-large. The last time he went to get my free coffee, they refused to do anything larger than a medium. He is there at least twice a week still, some weeks 3 times. They know him, but that doesn't seem to matter. I don't know, there are rules, so I guess it is fair but they know, we ALWAYS get extra-large coffees, nothing less. The donuts are always pretty fresh, the coffee is always hot. Sometimes they focus too much energy on the drive thru and forget there are people at the counter, but no real complaint. I do miss my DD's in NJ though. They move like rats on crack and if you are a regular, your coffee is on the counter waiting for you before you are all the way to the counter. If you kept consistent workers, you would keep consistent regulars.

This place used to be pretty good until all the old workers left. Now it's filled with new workers who don't know what they're doing. And I'm also not a fan of the lattes or the Styrofoam coffee cups.
