We placed a takeout order that cost over $50. I gave them a nice big tip. We ate all of our food. Then we found FEATHERS in the empty wings box. Feathers. I have a fricken picture. The manager was super nice and apologetic, but all we got was coupons for MORE NASTY CHICKEN. They told us they come to them already de-feathered but sometimes feathers "slip through." There were 5-8 in our box altogether. Disgusting. I'm never going back there.

Im feeling pretty, MEH about this place. While the employees were nice, the food sucked, the drinks sucked, and the trivia was painfully slow. Food: we ordered appetizers (fries) and they came at the same time as our main dishes. Also, the table to the right of us got to BWW significantly later than we did and they got thier food first. The wings were awful. I ate them mostly, well inly because I dont like to waste food and the sauce was pretty good. Drinks: besides the water, the country club drink that I ordered was so sweet, im sure I now ihave type 2 diabetes. It tasted like it had no alcohol in it whatsoever. Trivia: they have new tablets on which to play trivia, but theg are ao slow, you just end up getting frustrated and wanting to throw it through the window. This place does have a lot of tvs and a great sound system.

Me and my wife go here about once every two months, until last night... Never going to janesville Bdubs again. We paid a tab of close to 60 bucks for 26 wings and two drinks. I have been to steak joints that cost less and give you more than this place. I'm not saying anything about the food it's still decent for a chain, but holy crap the prices went through the roof, never have we paid that much for so little food. And the drinks are inconsistent as all heck, my wife ordered the knockout punch and it was so strong that she didn't finish it, I ordered a Moscow mule and it was ice and garnish basically. CASE IN POINT - if you go there prepare to use you mortgage payment to pay for something that isn't even worth half of of the amount you pay.

I am a huge fan of the BW3...actually have been ever since I tried one several years ago. This place is no different. I think the boneless wings and the sauces offered at the best out there. I have gotten takeout from this location several times and they always have the food ready and provide utensils and wipes. The two times I have eaten a the bar, the service was adequate. They are always relatively busy, so it is sometimes hard to get a refill on your drink. The staff is relatively nice, they just disappear sometimes.

This is a good place to catch a game, some good food and great times with friends or family. A staple for me is the boneless wings with Honey BBQ sauce. The wings never disappoint. The beer selection here is great and I always recommend a Spotted Cow which is made right here in southern Wisconsin. The place can get pretty busy during NFL season. There is outdoor seating for summer and inside there are plenty of TV's so there is always multiple sports being shown. This BWW also has DirecTV so during the NFL season they have Sunday Ticket, so you can always go here to catch your favorite non-local team. It also offers great carry out service and I have never had an issue. The staff is always friendly and I have had great service every time I've gone. This is a great place in my books.

11-2 lunch special was what brought me in, I'm a Big BW3 fan... and I have been to this location on a couple occasions, the Staff is decent at best, and the food seems to come out hot, but the service lacks, and the place seems darker and dirtier then most BW3's i've been too.

I went there yesterday to spend time with my boyfriend. It was busy and as soon as we were walking to our seat one the the staff members decided to scream right in my ear "can I have everyone's attention in the dinning room please" I looked at the man and he continued to make his announcement. I know it always loud in there, it's a sports place but if you scream in my ear, that's unprofessional and rude.. we got seated I already knew what I wanted for a drink, appetizer, and entree so I waited for our waitress, my boyfriend already knew too. Took our waitress Briana 10mins to take our drink and appetizer order.. she seemed rushed but only had 2 other tables and one was pretty much done eating. She took our drink and appetizer order then I looked at my boyfriend and said "our menus are closed and we TOLD her we were ready for our order". We got our appetizer from a different waitress (cheese curds) they looked like the sweet and sour chicken that I made when I worked at panda garden... the cheese sauce was amazing though! THEN our waitress took our order just a small and snack size wings. Brought to us by a different server again. But those are always amazing I love their wings! I will make sure not to get this server again though! The table next to us looked irritated with her also. I told our "captain" that she was kinda rude and he said he will tell the manager. He didn't..

I really don't know why I keep giving this place chances. Every time I go to the janesville bdubs I constantly receive absolutely terrible service. I try and avoid this place. Every other bdubs I have been to has been very good.

Great place to eat wings and watch the game!!! If you like a quiet place to eat then this is not the atmosphere you are looking for. This is supposed to be a fun and exciting atmosphere! There are many different types of wing sauce to choose from. They range from sweet to dangerously spicy! Excellent potato wedges but awful fries! They have tons of draught beer to choose from and always have new seasonal beers! Service could be a bit better with the servers. They tend to chat with Their friends more than they should. The bar tenders are amazing. There are a couple managers that pick "older" people to ask how their meals/service was. Kinda irritating. Shouldn't they be asking everyone??? The trivia is cool although I don't ever play it because I'm there to watch sports!!! They have tons if TV's with lots of different sporting events on them! They are also very good about changing the channel for you if you ask them too! I ask them to about half the time I go there ( 2+ times a month) and have never had an eye roll about it they always say yes with a smile! They also have free Wi-Fi! Great place to take a large group of people!!!

Was really excited to try this place. On a road trip, decided to check it out. Seated by hostess. Waited over ten minutes for someone to come by and take our order - no one ever came by. Went elsewhere for dinner. Kind of a bummer.

I love the food at bww but the Janesville restaurant has horrible service! I go there often and request a server, Delilah, who I've had a few times otherwise we sit at the bar in an attempt to get quicker service. I normally don't request servers when eating out but I got real sick of the crappy service here! I've had girls forget my ranch (for wings come on!) or not bring drink refills for ages and they never asked how our food was or if everything was okay.

9/10/2011: 1-Star Review. Service that this location is terribly slow. The food is overpriced does not taste all that good either. If you want decent wings, try Turtle Tap or Rock in Beloit. ***UPDATE ON 02/17/2013*** After about 2 years later, I feel I need to update my review, as my 1-star review is no longer warranted. I'm going to upgrade to a 3-star review. The speed of service has greatly improved and it's no longer an issue. The food is tasty, but the menu variety is somewhat lacking. Your choices are mostly limited to wings, salads, wraps, or burgers. The new Italian burger is exceptional. They do offer trivia while you wait, although the TV screens are nearly impossible to read and the trivia is focused more on sports than anything. The bathrooms should be kept cleaner than they are.

On my receipt it said if I did a survey I would get six free wings. So I did. I used it within a week. My new receipt said the same thing. I started to do another survey when I discovered they had charged me for my wings. I called about it. A week later I got a coupon in the mail for six free wings. That is chump change, what you give someone who complains about a dirty fork. I should have gotten something more than what I was originally entitled to. Check your receipts very carefully.

Best BWW food I've had between 7 locations and always consistent. Service used to be so-so to good, but has recently improved when they created a position for someone who is solely concerned with ensuring that you have a good experience. It does get busy, but this is no surprise. If you're looking for quick seating, go elsewhere. If you're looking for delicious twists on a bar/restaurant style menu and excellent entertainment, this is the place!
