I worked here when they first opened, so I feel like it's probably ok for me to critique them now. Their bagels haven't changed and are still good, but I really would like to see them take the local route and make more whole-grain type things. I know they're not gunning for the natural market at all, but it couldn't hurt. Their drinks are still excellent. I was just up here a few days ago with my dear friend and we had Italian sodas that were quite phenomenal. Their coffee drinks were always really good too, as they resurrected the drink menu from the long defunct Daily Grind (shame, really! I loved that place). They also are one of the only places in town that has reliable WiFi, so I still love them for that. It may not have that funky coffee-shop vibe that makes a cup of coffee/laptop occasion really relaxing, but it's still a good local business for sure.

Love the bagels! I recently tried an iced mocha espresso and it was awesome! I will be making quite a few trips through the drive through for that!

Great place and has free wifi. You can literally sit there all day using the wifi and they won't shoo you away. My favorite are the 'fresh yesterday' bagels and the chicken or beef foccacia sandwiches. Don't forget to sign up for their reward program, every 100 points is a $5 gift certificate, and Tuesdays and full moons are double points days (triple if they coincide).

this place is only 2 miles from my house so I get to stop by often great sandwiches and soups and awesome fresh bagels allot of variety too even though it's about a mile off the freeway and past a chain Bagel shop it is worth the effort!

The bagels here are very large and bread like---not as dense as some of the other chains so If you like fluffy you will like. Doughy and soft is how I would describe them. I like the space a lot.. A lot of various seating options. large enough table to spread a newspaper out on and read while enjoying a hot beverage and a treat. I did not think the prices were out of line.

The bagels are HUGE, and stuffed full of cream cheese- yum. Nice atmosphere. Over-priced coffee drinks. Reasonably priced, I have nothing bad to say about them.

I took my son there for breakfast, ordered a kids PB&J on a bagel, and it came with a pickle and strange chips - an odd combination for breakfast, I thought. The staff isn't overly friendly, but it is a great place for group meetings and free wifi.

Pretty decent bagels, if a little overpriced. The problem is the service. They're nice enough, but time after time, they don't get the order right. I'd really, really like to give them my business, but after the fourth time asking them to toast my bagel, and getting a bagel that's room temperature, I just have to give up. Brueggers isn't my preference, but they get the orders right.

I felt like a wreck after camping in a tent the night before but upon walking in here I felt at home. It was a nice, open, inviting environment with smiling faces behind the counter. It took me a good 5 minutes to figure out what I wanted but the nice high school boy behind the corner was so sweet and patient. I ordered the sugar free, soy, mocha latte. He made sure to clarify "Pretty much as sugar free as possible?" In a friendly, funny way. I laughed and said yes. About 5 minutes later I received my drink from a girl who said delightfully "Enjoy!" And then I daringly, half scared, half excited took a sip and my face lit up. It had been many months since I had a drink like that. There was hope left, I thought. I contemplated getting some of the bagels the entire duration of my drink and finally gave it a gamble. So far we've yet to find a good bagel in the Midwest... Let me clarify a good bagel; NOT chewy, bread-like on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside and flavorful. We got the french toast and cinnamon sugar bagels and I will drive all 51 miles to go back to this shop and do it again. And again.

You can always count on a great cup of coffee, hot and fresh at Hudson Bagel. The bagels are large with many varieties to choose from. They also have doughnuts, turnovers and muffins that are always a treat. Everything is baked fresh every morning. They have a breakfast sandwich menu-the St Croix burrito is my favorite. Lunch time sandwiches made fresh to order. It is definitely a local Hudson favorite especially for my family.

Great atmosphere with a diverse menu. The family shared a plain & a chocolate chip bagel, both were great. Also brought home a half dozen of day old cinnamon raisin. The breakfast burrito was a bit on the small size but absolutely fabulous. Highlight of the meal hands down were the cake donuts. I despise cake donuts but after trying a bite of the kids I was instantly converted. FRESH, fresh, fresh. We have found not only a great place to eat but also our Saturday morning donut destination. Next time will have to try a coffee.

Do not go to Hudson Bagel after 2:30 pm on a weekday. A lot of middle schoolers, very loud and distracting.
