Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Cannot keep up with the in house cleaning, floors, tables & bathrooms. Just a mess. Otherwise the food was excellent

My favorite is the Pork Carnitas Burrito with (of course that lovely lime cilantro scented rice), black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. I wish they didn't charge extra for the guacamole but they do and I used to get around it by ordering the veggie burrito since they do not charge extra for it then, but I just fell in love with the Carnitas one day now that is what I get and I will not forgo the guacamole for the meat. Anyhow, ... this is a typical Chipotle as far as that chain goes (extra charges and all). I have never had any bad experiences here. It has fast service and is clean, except for when it is really busy and people don't clean up after their kids flinging bits of burrito everywhere. But that is more commentary on the people visiting the establishment than, the establishment itself. On any normal (ie: not slammed) time, tables (even the ones that look like a burrito bomb went off) are usually cleaned promptly.

Just like any other Chipotle, however, be careful on when you go there. If school has just let out it gets crazy with high schoolers. Decent seating towards the back and I recommend the patio during the summer.

Tonight we drove from Afton, MN to this Chipotle, hungry after a night of snowboarding. Arrived at 9:52pm when they closed at 10, but the door was locked. There were people eating inside and also someone ordering. And yet the four employees inside just looked up at us for a few seconds then ignored us. One of them even yelled something at us about the door being locked, as if we didn't know that and were just standing out in 20 degree temps for fun. Finally, after being ignored for a minute, I called them on the phone. One of them answered and said they were having "money issues" and closed early. Yet someone literally just walked out with a burrito. They wouldn't serve us at all. Maybe next time come to the door to explain that you're closed OR put a sign on the door explaining this, instead of dismissing two loyal Chipotle customers.

It's a chipotle so you know what you're getting more or less. With this location the emphasis is on less. I came at 5pm and there was a line out the door. After waiting for 20 minutes they skimped on the rice and meat more than any location I've ever been. I probably should have employed the strategy of the girl behind me in line who kept telling them they didn't include enough until she annoyed the employee.

I've been going to Chipotle since they have opened, great food but it seems that 1. There is a very noticeable inconsistency in the burritos (size wise and filling wise) depending on who is working 2. Seems the burritos are getting smaller. They give you the option to have double meat or veggies but sometimes it's not really worth it because you will watch the guy in front of you get a huge scoop of meat while they give you a small amount. I would like to see them come up with a better way to portion the meat so that is all the same, other than that the place is to Loud to sit and eat. BUT the food is amazing!

I was there only once so I may have caught these guys at a bad time, but the place was dirty, the garbage was chuck full and the food was cold. If this was my first time eating chipotle I might have not given them a second chance.

Some annoying kid left his gift card at the bar, so I decided to see how much was left on it. I ended up with a little over two bucks to use on some yummy Chipotle. Usually, there is a sizable line at this place, but today there were only two ladies ahead of me. Woot! Ordered my usual, a barbacoa burrito with guac added, sans beans. Everyone working there has always been relatively nice, and the bathroom is very clean. There is usually a manager walking around too, asking if everything is ok. I have been here maybe about 8 or 9 times in the past 1 1/2 years, can't say anything bad about the place.

Its obvious that this Chipotle is lacking leadership. Like others have expressed, the tables, floors, everything is in disarray nearly every time i go to the Hudson location. The last time I was in not one single employee had a smile on their face, very off putting. I remember the days when Chipotle was in its infancy when the employees were friendly, singing, smiling and having a good time behind the counter. Now its like they are serving food in a prison line. Small portions (which I'm sure Chipotle corporate would frown upon), terrible attitudes and a messy environment. Unfortunately, if you want Chipotle in Hudson it's your only option. The GM needs to clean house (literally and figuratively). Find people that want to work and reward them. Its obvious there is no pride in this location. Others in the area are night and day. Learn from them.

I love Chipotle but this one has some grumpy servers, music with lots of swearing, over and under-cooked meat (burnt chicken, pink steak) messy counters and wet utensils (like water in the forks cup). Other than that, great burrito.

Yikes! This Chipotle is a mess. Extremely dirty, garbage overflowing, unfriendly employees. I actually witnessed an employee smash the overflowing garbage into a can rather than empty it. The floors, tables a windows were really dirty. A customer came up to ask where the forks an knives were and the guy behind the counter just pointed without saying a word. The funny thing is this place is crowded all the time. I guess people in Hudson are willing to put up with this because its trendy Chipotle. The restaurant doesn't have to try hard because its always busy. What a shame

The only reason I give this Chipotle 3 stars is because most (not all) of the staff is super slow. If you get here during a busy time be prepared to stand in line for a long time. Otherwise, the restaurant is clean and the food tastes great!

Food here is as good as any other chipotle. No issue. But this location is chronically understaffed and messy. Starting to have lunch elsewhere as a result, which is too bad. There's no reason why I should need to wait 20 mins in line at peak times when in Chicago, Boston or NYC longer lines move faster.
