What a great experience!! A guest experience captain came to our table and offered us free beer samples!! How cool! Everyone was friendly and helpful here and I was very impressed! I'm sorry that others have had bad experiences but if you come in with a smile anywhere you will usually leave with one!

There is a reason I have not stepped foot inside a B-dubs in over five years. I don't even think I have enough words to describe how horrid my experience was but I will try to share so that I can possibly save the next person the effort and money and hopefully business will suffer enough and they will just get the hell out of my hood. It was a series of events that night that just continued to piss me off and make me want to go into a rage worthy of a buffalo. We went to celebrate my son's birthday (he picked this place much to my dismay) My husband and I arrived first and were seated very quickly. It was still happy hour so we ordered two drinks--we were not told about happy hour food specials! My son and family arrived right after and it was still happy hour at the time of his arrival---She proceeded to ask what he wanted and then told us about the food specials. We decided to order a few apps and guess what happened? When she went to ring it she said oh --i'm sorry it is three minutes after and I cannot punch it in at those prices now.....Seriously???!!! That really started me off on the wrong foot. If it were just me I would have walked at that moment. But we said WHATEVER.....AND skipped the apps and just placed our orders. I totally feel like you get ass-raped on product and price at this place.....The only thing I think that is a value on the menu is the chicken sandwich---it was decent and not badly priced for the portion. Our servers were available but not that chirpy or helpful. The ladies bathroom is one of the filthiest I have been in EVER! It made me throw up a little in my mouth. The bill came and I paid almost 100 for this joyous experience. To eat out of fucking plastic baskets and leave hungry. Thanks so much B-dubs....you can look forward to seeing me NEVER AGAIN!

Clumps of feathers still attached to my wings along with being told incorrect pricing of kids meals for kids night. Very terrible experience and do not plan on returning.

Service and food are always good when we dine here. Tons of tv's for all your sports. Great beer selection.

Bar comments: About a year and a half ago I wrote a review ripping the BWW in Hudson Wisconsin pretty bad. Despite my poor review, I have been frequenting this particular BWW's because of the UFC fights every month. Well I have to say in the last 1 1/2 years I'm seeing positive changes. Understand, I only sit at the bar and eat, so I can't comment on the rest of the service in this establishment, but I'm liking what I'm seeing. Yes I'm still pissed at them reducing the number of wings from 6 to 5, but the wings are getting bigger since my last review. The wings are also more consistently cooked and seasoned then they were in the past. The extended happy hour beer specials is also appreciated. Anyway, I now visit BWW's on Tuesdays during happy hour and the .60 wings special. There is never a shortage of staff and in my experience they have always been very pleasant. I therefore decided to up my review from a one star to a four star. NOTE: I think this BWW deserves a four star rating on "Tuesdays during happy hour" and maybe a three star rating the rest of the week. The good news is that there are Positive" steps forward !!

i don't know how you can mess up bdubs. my boyfriend and i called ahead an order for pick up as we were passing through hudson to minneapolis. we got there, and as a man brought our food over to the register, we realized the girl behind the counter was sitting down, on the floor, hiding behind the register on her phone. we've both worked hospitality. we get it, we're over it. she shows us the food and we mention that it's incorrect. we ordered a small order of wings with honey bbq and 6 tenders with sides of sauce. instead we have a large order split into asian zing and honey bbq. she stares at us and doesn't say anything. i finally break the silence and say, you know what, it's fine, asian zing is my solid second choice anyway. she said, okay, and puts everything back in the bag. we sign, we go, we realize we're overcharged *because the order was wrong* but at this point, we've been hungry for a good hour and we have to get back on the road. and also, we do not want to deal with this girl anymore. not even a "sorry, don't know how that happened" or "do you want me to call in the corrected order?" or ANYTHING. my boyfriend mused about how long we might have stood there in silence before she would have said anything. god, she didn't even give us the right dipping sauces. 2 stars, because the food was damn tasty, as per usual.

Love this joint but the service hasn't been great. The past few times I've been here my drink never gets refilled and I usually go refill it myself. Really my only compliant at this location.

Let's start by saying...DON'T GO HERE! Service, although pleasant, was overly slow...restaurant wasn't busy. Wings took 45 min to get, forgot half the order and the ranch. Wings...took...45 min? Thanks what you sell? Anyway got the bill, server charged us for items not brought, and over charged for others. Didn't refill drinks in a timely fashion. Overall, one start is too much, Sorry BWs...you dropped the chicken bone.

Well first, I do like this place but lately they have slipped considerably. I go both with friends and family. Friends: Pretty good service in the bar area but some - not all - of the waitresses can be a little snotty. The beer specials are also not that special. Family: Another story altogether. The Service is horrible with a capital CRAP. It took forever to even get water. Then we get our water and before I can ask for straws for my kids, the waitress splits. So I went up to the front to get them. My daughter always orders chocolate milk...gone. They don't serve it anymore. When my daughter got sad about that, the waitress, Kimberly (who is quite possibly the worst waitress in the history of waitresses), said "yeah we got rid of that a looooong time ago" but said it in a way to my daughter that she should know this. My daughter is 5. So I had to point that out to Kimmy. I mean, you can't say something like, "I'm really sorry Honey. Is there something else you would like?" Anything?! Nope. There was a girl walking around with samples of a new sauce. Looked at our table and kept walking. I asked Kim if I could try it to maybe order it on my wings. I finally said "skip" because it was taking so long. Even BBQ sauce for my daughter's food never came. I ordered wings and there was barely any sauce on it. Each and everything went wrong. From the crummy tasting food to the service. The only reason we stayed to eat and didn't leave was because my children specifically asked to go here as a special treat for beginning a new school year. There is more stuff that went wrong and I'm not remembering it all. I'm more flabbergasted service could be this bad I guess. We'll give it one more try but if anything is even a little out of place, they can bite it.

Never again. My wife and I got food poisoning the last time and corporate swept it under the rug. Don't do business with chains.

I've always enjoyed the wings and watching sporting events there. Have no complaints about the service.

Lots of televisions to distract you from the fact you are paying a great deal of money for chicken that is served on what amounts to a cheap paper plate. The selection of sauces are good and they are happy to bring you a variety of them because in the end they charge you for every last little plastic 1/2 oz spittoon.

BWW in Hudson is okay...I have definitely had better. We were in the bar on a Saturday night and the Twins and the Brewers were on the TV's so lots of excited sports fans...(which I always thought was the target crowd) So when the manager walked up to a group of guys at the bar who had just finished cheering and warned them that another outburst like that was gonna get them kicked out...Well my desire to go back to at least that particular location instantly dropped! 9 out of 10 times I go to BWW for the games and the fun envirornment. It seems that Hudson's store is not looking to promote that. I'll go back because it's the closest BWW to my house, but I will look for other more crowd friendly establishments first!

Outside of some of their bartenders, this place lacks anything really worth writing about. The food has gotten smaller in portions and higher in price.

I'm so over chains. Because they are chains, they can get away with charging for sub-par food that was prepared and handled thoughtlessly with no apparent concern that at some point, someone else will have to eat it. Last night we went to the BW3's in Hudson, WI. It was at a convenient midpoint to meet friends and this is the kind of place we'd all been coming to for years and knew it would have a relaxed environment with no food surprises. I thought the whole point in belonging to a chain was the consistency, but apparently I was wrong, because the food that was brought to our table was far from being the best meal I've had from this chain. Granted, we still ate what was brought to the table. But this was only because it was late and we were really hungry--and also because we were with some new people we'd never met before and didn't want complaining and sending food back to be the first impression we gave. Between the two of us, we ordered a burger and two different kinds of the boneless wings. When we put the order in, the server had forgotten to ask how we wanted the burger prepared so when it came to the table, it was not well-done, but over-done. There was a thick, black crust around the entire patty and the meat inside was dry and chewy. The fries that came with the burger were cold. The wings were partially dry, as in, they were only halfway dipped in the sauce and they had also been sitting out for quite some time before they'd been brought to our table. It was pretty disappointing and I don't plan to ever return to this particular location. There was a Minnesota Wild game while we were there so it was pretty crowded, but this is a sports bar, so my expectation is that they be able to handle this. One positive: every single employee we encountered was super friendly and quick to smile.

Slow slow slow. Slow and slow. Then they are slower and slow with a bit of slowness attached. Wait half an hour for a hi and an hour for food.
