When it comes to fast food - Chick-fil-A is a favorite of mine. So happy to see one open in Greendale. The basic chicken sandwich is the way to go. #1. The other food is good too, but you can't beat the sandwich that made them as popular as they are. The service at this location was a bit slow after the grand opening, but it has gotten better and better each month. The service on my recent visits has been outstanding, fast, friendly, thorough, etc.

This was my 1st time at a Chick-fil-A and I went because a friend suggested we go there for lunch. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal. They brought our food to us at the table and one of the ladies who was walking around the tables even offered to refill our drinks for us so we didn't have to get up. They were very friendly and the food was awesome. The chicken strips were nice and crunchy on the outside yet the chicken was moist and juicy. I liked how I didn't have oil / grease on my fingers after eating the chicken either. I will more than likely return.

We don't have any Chick-Fil-A locations near home, so I was excited to be able to visit one on a trio to Milwaukee. I have high expectations for any Chick-Fil-A and this location exceeded them! The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The food was delicious as always, being fresh, moist, and full of flavor. The service was even better. Every employee was exceedingly courteous and very attentive to not only my daughter and me, but all other customers. I look forward to a return visit on my next trip to the area!

I ate a ton of chick-fil-a in college so I was happy to see one open up close to home. They have some of the nicest workers who always greet you warmly and aren't shy on giving a lot of sauces. I'm a total sauce girl and this definitely meets my standards. Go for the chickfila, ranch and polynesian. There aren't many fast breakfast options besides mcdonalds and burger king which serve up mostly bland breakfast sandwiches so chick fil a is a legit option. I order the spicy chicken biscuit and hash browns, skip the drink and its a little over $3.50. Not bad! . The only issue I have with this location is that their fries are never really crispy. Seems they need to cook them longer or something cuz the ones in college were some of the best fries I've had. It makes me not want to go for dinner cuz they are always a disappointment. Chick-fil-a is a step above other fast food places!

I absolutely love chickfila. The food is incredible, I have had both crispy and grilled chicken. It's always flavorful, juicy and filling. I'm not huge on their waffle fries, but they have so many good dipping sauces and cheese sauce so it makes up for the fries not being my favorite. The service is great, you can tell they're trying to be a step up from just a fast food joint. This location is fairly new, and it's cleaned and very well staffed. I'm giving 4 stars though because I am so disappointed that they're closed on Sunday, that's my day off and they're a bit of a drive from my house.

My husband & I came here because he has been wanting to try this place but we never came in and it always looked busy. When we walked in last night, it seemed relatively quiet, which was nice. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich and my husband ordered the Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. We also got fries and a soda (because I ordered the meal). We were given a number and we sat down. The food came out relatively quickly - and it was very good. I've had chicken sandwiches at other fast food places and to be honest, Chick Fil A's chicken sandwich tops them all. The seasoning on the chicken was just right and the chicken wasn't dry. The French fries (or rather waffle fries) were quite yummy. I will be back!

I love this place so much! They absolutely have the best chicken I've ever had and maybe ever will have. The grilled chicken is so flavorful and I love that they have waffle fries. Staff is always very friendly and it's nice that they try to act and speak more professionally than most fast food places.

You need to pressure wash the sidewalk leading from the delivery door. This sidewalk can be seen by customers in your drive thru and it is soooo nasty from spillage of food and/or drink from deliveries. It's really gross especially right outside the door. This is something that smells and something drive thru customers should not have to see as they are picking up their meals. Again, gross! Probably should pressure wash this area at least once per month. Looks like it's never been cleaned. As for the entire property, very poorly designed layout. Why would you place the door for your deliveries where the deliverer has to go right thru your drive thru? Who was the idiot architect on this? You could have moved the restaurant south about 100-150 feet and made for a much better drive thru and put the delivery door where it's not in the drive thru lane. Your drive thru is also a disaster where you are trapped and cannot leave should you need to get out of line for an emergency or if the line is too long and you do not have time to wait, i.e. you have to get back to work because you are running short on time for your lunch break or there is an emergency or something that you need to do all of the sudden. It's hard to believe that Chick-fil-A corporate approved this layout. I grew up with Chick-fil-A in Atlanta and they are known for being much more intelligent and meticulous than this.

It's about time that we have a chick-fil-a up here! This place has: Courteous staff as always. Clean facility. Drive thru and giant indoor playground for the little ones. Try the chicken, it's great!

This was our first time here. I am doing WW and am trying my best to stay on the lighter side of things. I chose the Market salad which was delicious! It had strawberries, chicken, blueberries, and a came with a little candied nut packet. It was an Ok size but was $7.95. The hubby ordered the number 8 which was a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a soda. His meal was close to $9.00. Not a place you go for a quick value meal but it was good none the less. You can tell the owner operator takes a lot of pride in his store. He was out and about handing out the meals and cleaning.

Chick fil a never fails to disappoint me and this new location is no different! The chicken is excellent! So tender and juicy! Just as it was when chick fil a used to be at southridge mall when I was a kid. The service us outstanding, much better quality and care than your standard fast food restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs and they always remind you of it being their pleasure to serve. The manager is very friendly as well, constantly walking around and making sure everything is going well. The facility itself is very clean, a trademark of all chick fil a restaurants. All in all im glad that chick fil a is back! Come down and get a sandwich or some nuggets, you wont regret it!

After a few visits it was time to tell about them. The spicy chicken sandwich is really great. Also love the waffle fries though they are not always hot. Beverage choice is great but standing and waiting for refills can be a drag sometimes. Now I thought the chicken nuggets were very good as I am a white meat fan. My wife however prefers dark meat and commented that McDonald's nuggets were much better. The place was clean and well kept. In general, the employees for the most part were nice and helpful.

Man, do I ever love Chick-fil-A! Ever since living in ATL, this has been one place I've missed. You can't go wrong with the original. Tasty and delicious. Try the breakfast menu too if you are ready to experience the best fast food breakfast spot around. They are new here so expect lines that will rival the first Krispy Kreme from a few years ago, and give them a chance to become a well-oiled machine.

First time here and it's been a good experience. Mad, crazy busy, that's for sure! I had to stalk a table so I could get a table by the play area and watch my son. I had the chicken nuggets and fries. They were pretty good and certainly better than most fast food places. The play area is tiny! Even my 4-year-old pointed out how small it is. Our original order included milk, but it wasn't delivered to our table. I asked two employees to bring a milk, one of whom forgot but remembered later. Saving grace: the employee who forgot came over, was very pleasant, apologized, and gave us another drink for free. Can't complain!

I am a Chick-fil-A virgin no more! I received a card in the mail for a free sandwich, so I tried them out. Feeling a little like a cheapskate for just getting the sandwich, I ordered fries too. I tried the basic chicken sandwich, which, to my surprise, came with only pickles. I though that was a little weird. I was expecting mayo, lettuce and tomato. No biggie, though, I would have picked off the veggies and probably scraped off most of the mayo anyways. As it was, I removed the pickles. I was expecting a very crunchy breading, and more of it than chicken, but NO! I got a nice, thick piece of chicken. It wasn't dried out like I thought it would be, either. The breading was just right and complimented the chicken rather than being the only thing I tasted. The fries were waffle fries! What?!?! Cool! Haven't had those in ages. Perfect. Not slimy, not overcooked. They cooled off quite a bit, though, on my short drive home. That is my only complaint, but, they're fries with lots of holes in them, so duh! They're gonna cool off a lot faster. I swore off fast food over 10 years ago and I very rarely eat it, but, I can definitely see going to Chick-fil-A again; they've proven themselves worthy, in my eyes! 14/2015/108

Food is good for fast food. Service is excellent. Server comes to table asking if need refill on beverage, etc. This is a new, free standing building so its clean and attractive. I like the fresh flowers vs fake ones that so many places use. I'm not a fan of most French fries but if I'm going to eat them, I want waffle fries. Theirs are good.

Yes, this is a 5 star for fast food... The food is good, but they knock it out of the park with customer service. Whether it's a act or not the employees seem to genuinely enjoy their job. Perception is important. I'll continue coming back as long as there's no drop off.

this a must for any family!!! the food is fresh, the play aria is well made, the staff is the best around. seriously, the staff is so helpful and courtious that you will be taken aback by it. the ONLY complant i have is they more seating. i see an expantion in this locations future.

I'm from TX and Chick-fil-a is all over the place and they have their act together. When done well, this place is the best. That's why they built a drive through to handle 20 cars and a holding area with sofas for folks who order at the inside counter. The wait for me both times I have been here was 22 minutes in the drive thru and 20 minutes in the dining room. When I ate in the dining room, my biscuit was cold and undercooked. I think if you must keep customers waiting so long, the food must be perfection. We haven't gotten there yet. I'm bummed, because I was so excited that Chick-fil-a was coming to town. I'm not ready to give up on 'em yet.
