The building itself is beautiful and the service was excellent. I had beer battered shrimp and they were AMAZING! I will be going back for sure.

We went tonight to try it out with a Groupon. I ordered a rare tenderloin that came medium to medium well and was very tough . I ate maybe 1/3 and stopped. When the server came to check I reported the issue. The cook came out, apologized and gave us two free drink coupons. Shortly after that, the owner came and demanded to know who gave us the free drink coupons. We said that someone we thought was the cook did..he wanted to know why I ate as much as I did before I reported it..I first said that I was trying to see if it was tender when I got in from the edge and then said that I couldn't believe that I was being asked to justify how much I ate! He said that next time I should call the server over after the first unacceptable bite, and I said that wouldn't happen..to which he grabbed the free drink coupons and walked away. I don't remember ever being grated so rudely in a restaurant..especially by the owner! We really want to like this place because the atmosphere is so charming..but there is no way I will go there now. In my whole life I have never been asked why I ate as much as I did of a meal, especially when it was clear that 2/3 of it was on the plate and no effort at taking it home! This is why people don't say anything and just plain don't come back. If you do decide to go there, don't order a steak, don't express a concern about your food, and avoid the owner!

The service at this attractive bar-restaurant was very attentive for me and a friend of mine as we delve into the baked haddock on a Friday night. The bar area was packed and noisy in typical Green Bay style but we didn't have to wait and were lead to a waiting table and served beer quickly. Most fish fries in this area are beer battered perch, which is great, so this was a nice change. If this building is not on the historic list it should be. Even if you don't go in make it drive by must for those who love restored older buildings which are in rare supply in these parts.

Went for new years, waited 1 hour at the bar and then almost 2 hours at are table before we walked out! Waitresses didn't even come express the wait or come to offer drinks! I'm not one to write a bad reveiw, but wow!

Americana food, too many selections and variety for them to do all the dishes well. Good food, but not great.

Yuck, grilled chicken salad with not a single grill mark? Old wilted salad greens, mealy tomatoes. What a waste of $12.00. The iced tea had no tea taste. Yuck again.

Very nice inside!! Clam chowder was very good. My daughter ordered the baked macaroni and cheese solely based off of how good it looked in the picture by the kids menu - what a disappointment. That turned out to be Kraft with shredded cheddar melted on top- definitely not the creamy, cheesy, cracker crumb topped dish that was pictured. Waitress was apologetic and removed the item from our bill after offering to replace with a different menu item, so service recovery was in place. Our bill came and the wrong price was listed for our Prime Rib dinners by $6 each. If we're in the area again, I'm not sure that we'd give this restaurant a second chance with all of the other choices in the area. The Prime Rib did taste very good as did the soup, but I'm not sure the restaurant is managed as well as it could be.

It's not often that I write reviews, usually it's because a restaurant far exceeds my expectations. --------------------------------------------- This restaurant needs to be shut down. --------------------------------------------- My father went to this restaurant for Easter brunch (2015) and could not stop talking about what a terrible experience he had here, including saying that he almost called the police. That's right. My father almost called the police as the "owner" was visibly drunk and hanging onto anything and everything, including what this place calls a salad bar. It was nice that the owner stopped by 4-5 times, it was not nice when he started talking about how his "Lamborghini gets his girlfriends wet in the panties." From other reviews I have read, the best thing we, as patrons, can do for this restaurant is not give them any more money. The new owner took a good restaurant and made it his pet project, and he is obviously not taking his job seriously. He needs to be sent a message that showing up 3 sheets to the wind on Easter Sunday Brunch is unacceptable, and if not illegal, definitely unsafe and not sanitary. Why won't Yelp let me give this place 0 stars?

Excellent drinks and friendly and knowledgable staff are a very pleasant find. The prime rib is a very generous cut and nicely done.

First and only time we went to this restaurant and will never be back. After spending the last 14 years working in food and customer service this ranks as the worst service experience from a manager at any place I've ever been (on Valentine's Day none-the-less). My wife ordered the Ribeye with Whiskey Glaze well done with mixed veggies and baby red potatoes and I ordered a Build Your Own Ribeye steak medium with a Texas chili seasoning with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. We got our food and my wife instantly noticed her steak was cooked medium at best (and was missing the whiskey glaze). I got up and got the hostess to come and take it away to be cooked correctly. A few minutes later her meal came back with a more charred steak (it had the glaze this time). The bulk of her steak was cooked, once again, medium at best. She ate a few bites and gave some of it to me to eat. My steak was cooked more towards medium well and came without the seasoning I asked for but I still ate it because I was so hungry. I asked to speak with the manager and our waiter went to grab him. He was an older short gentleman who had been wandering the restaurant and had only checked on one table in our entire section (despite the fact that every other table in the section had issues when their food came out). He arrived and asked "what the problem was tonight". I explained the entire situation to him and his response went, in a very demeaning tone, just like this: "Well what do you want me to do about it?". My wife and I were stunned at this incredible rudeness. At that point I decided that I just wanted him to go away so I explained I just wanted to inform him of our issue but he continued to pressure me (in a loud voice so that now the entire section was staring at us as if we had done something wrong) asking what I would like him to do about this. Finally he said "would it make you feel better if I took her meal off and made your bill cheaper??" Which was once again incredibly rude but I just agreed to get him to go away. As he was walking away, my wife, who was facing him, watched as he shook his head the entire way back to the register area and we both heard him muttering about our situation as well. I've never been treated so horribly in my life by a restaurant manager. We, along with all of our friends and family, will never go back to this place and they will be hearing from the Better Business Bureau about our experience.

I ordered a blackened tuna sandwich. When I went to take a bite of it, it smelled a little fishy. I did take a bite, but had to spit it out, because it had a strong rotten fish taste. I called over the waiter, and he argued with me, suggesting that there was nothing wrong with the tuna. I asked him to take it away. He did not offer to bring me a menu to select something else, he just quickly brought the check, slapped it on the table, and walked away. He did deduct the amount of the fish. The waiter was the OWNER of the restaurant. I will not be returning to that place again. There are lots of other places to go, with better trained, better mannered staff.

I have now been to the Ten-O-One club twice now. First time, by myself to grab a drink and watch some game on television. I sat at the bar, the TV was not one, but when I asked, they kindly put on the game I wanted to see (the person was obviously the owner). Very good service and very much appreciated that aspect. I had the Fish and Chips, not bad, little greasy and probably could have been cooked a tiny bit longer. Nevertheless, it was good and I got great service. Drinks were not outrageous either. Second time, I came with two others at Happy Hour for food and drinks. This time service was more or less prompt, however not the nicest waitress. After an appetizer, our meal, and a drink we were promptly brought over a check. Not a bad thing, except we were obviously not planning to go anywhere. It could or should have dawned on most other good servers that we were ready for another drink thereby making a bigger check AND a bigger tip for her. So she was surprised and kind of snappy with me when I approached her at the bar (interrupting her slow day) and asked her for a 2nd round of beers. Overall its not a bad place to go. Never seems close to full, and as long as the owner is there you should get good service. I would recommend you stopping by and seeing it for yourself. I recommend the Blue Moon Burger.

Atmosphere/bar great, Jake our server was attentive. Chilli good even though it had weird rosemary kind of overtone that didn't seem to fit but was good all the same The ribeye didn't look like any ribeye I've ever ordered. It was perfectly cooked, kudos to the chef, but the quality of the meat is something you might get at a Denny;s or Ponderosa buffet--which is great if that's the kind of $6 "steak" you're expecting--except this one costs around $18 which is reasonable for a decent ribeye in this area . I tried several sections of it and brought the rest home for the dogs. The vegetable medley looks like something that was canned 5 years ago and then reheated. If you're not going to serve fresh vegetables, frozen vegetables reheated in the microwave are so much better than canned vegetables regardless of how recently the can has been opened. The red potatoes that came with the dish were good. I just can't get over the poor quality of the meat that was served to us that was called a ribeye. Because of the sub standard meat and the terrible vegetable medley we won't be back.

I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here if I were in Green Bay again. The prices were fair, but the food was so-so. I was hoping it would be this awesome dive bar with great burgers. However, it reminded me of a slightly rougher Applebee's. My fries were very good, but the patty melt was overdone and very greasy (far too much oil/butter on the bread). We were the first customers of the day, so we were actually served by the manager. We really appreciated that she split our bills and got us out of there quickly since we had to hustle through our meal. And I like what I was seeing about a $10.01 dinner special---that sounds promising. Anyway, so there were some highs and lows to this place, but it's just not my cup of tea.

Beautiful place. Food was alright (except for the vegetable medley mentioned in a previous review... spot on BTW). Our waitress was horrible. Showed up to drop off menus and then disappeared. Came back out to give attention to other tables but never took our order. Another waiter took it for us. A bit noisy too.

I went with someone who told me "not to expect quick service or great food." He was right. It took forever for us to be noticed at our table by our waitress who seemed to have forgotten about us after she brought us out our waters. At some point she seemed to have vanished and we ended up getting a different waiter after he noticed us just sitting there. The food was ok but the service very disappointing. It's a neat place inside and the bar reminds me of cheers, but I doubt ill ever go back.

Will not go back. Food was so so, service was good. Owner was very rude and uncaring. A member of our group fell and owner was rude to her, never asked if she was ok and did not offer any kind of assistance. The bartender was very nice and very attentive. Be very careful of steps going into bar as they are not marked well at all. Too bad as this was always a nice place to come to before this owner took over.

I went to Ten-O-One club with low expectations. Anyone that can serve a 10 dollar dinner special just sounds too goo to be true. My feelings about this place are mixed but I want to state right from the start I believe it deserves a second chance. The Good: They did a BEAUTIFUL job with the renovation of an old building, nice wood floors, tin roof, lovely building. The manager was really friendly and took responsibility for the things that went not so well explaining why but also stating those things were not our problem and we deserved a better experience. Great side salad! At moderate priced restaurants I have come to expect bad salad but this one had spring greens and cherry tomatoes, everything was very fresh and although I hate to admit it, I swear their ranch dressing is the best thing I ate all night. They also have a nice size wine selection at a reasonable price. Finally, they did a really nice job with the presentation of the food. The Not-So-Good: I want to say from again that I think most the problems are growing pains that should fix them self over time. Number one, the place was packed at 7 on a Saturday and they were clearing understaffed, it took 10 minutes to find a free bartender to get us a drink. My waitress was very very sweet but she didn't know what a lot of the drinks we ordered were including some of the wines from the list. My BIGGEST problem though was that they ran out of the 10 dollar prime rib special and the fish and chips before 7:30 on a Saturday. They did offer us an more expensive cut of meat for the same price, but still, it should not have happened. Finally to actually review the food I would say it was "okay". My steak was slightly over cooked and a few of the items seemed they were pre-prepared (or purchased from a supplier) such as the lobster ravioli and the potatoes (which I swear might have been instant smashed) but at the same time when you consider the price then I'm not surprised if the ravioli wasn't fresh. To make a long story short I think this place is going to do just fine. They have a new $10.01 dinner special every night and that alone should keep people coming in the door. I look forward to going back and seeing how things turn out once they have settled in.

The burgers were great as was the service. Loved the decor and tunes

The hardwood floors and remodel are beautiful and I'm glad Ten-O-One Club was able to keep up the historic building. The food is reasonably priced. I recommend the Thursday night German platter. $10.01 for pork shanks, potato dumplings, gravy, sauerkraut, and a beer.

Went to one ten with friends for drinks and dinner. The inside is very nice. Hardwood floors, dark wood walls, the feeling of an English pub. Nice selection of beers and good service.

As always, the 1001 did not disappoint. Lobster ravioli, Seafood Alfredo, and a perfectly cooked 9 ounce filet mignon made for an outstanding Friday night meal for three of us. Service was exceptional and a chat with Tyson, the restaurant manager, really made a difference. Would suggest a few more by-the-glass wine selections, but otherwise, Ten-O-One has it down. We'll be back!
