I came in with a coupon for a free combo if you bought a sandwich, and the manager said that she had never seen the coupon before, so she refused to honor it. It was clearly marked with the brand-name, but because she hadn't seen it before, she just refused to honor it, with no explanation or apology. I would have understood if she had said the system wouldn't let her enter it because it was expired or something, but the problem was that she treated me like I was such an inconvenience and had really annoyed her with my request. It's too bad, because the food there is actually quite good, but this customer service was embarrassing. Just bad customer service...
