45 minutes to get our food and then the entrees were 10 minutes apart. Steak was well done, ordered medium rare. Salmon was dry and over cooked. This place does not meet typical Applebee's standards.

Ordered the lunch combo which included half a sandwich and a small house salad. BLT sandwich was good, nothing exceptional though. Salad was so gross! Lettuce was obviously wilted - some of the iceberg lettuce was actually brown and slimy in appearance. I tried to pick around to find something edible and ended up just sticking to the sandwich. Why bother to serve a salad, which should naturally be fresh, when it is visually unappealing and clearly past it's prime? I didn't even bother bringing it to the management's attention because someone obviously found it acceptable to serve in the first place... On a positive note, I found the service to be friendly and prompt. However, it's been years since I've been here, and it will be years until I return if I can help it.

Finally went back after many years and was totally disappointed. Ordered wedge salad states topped with pecans bacon and blue cheese. Dressing tasted like old sour ranch. When I asked server and showed her menu she stated that is avacado ranch and maybe on another page it states that sauce. What? Then the manager came over stated he tasted my salad ? And it seemed fine. Gross you took a bite of my salad? It was the grossest thing I ever out in my mouth and after the last time years ago when I swore I'd never go back this confirmed it.

WHEN IT RAINS, IT POURS--MORTON SALT, THAT IS! I met a client here for lunch today. I was greeted and shown to a table right away, at which point my waitress was right on top of things. She brought my coffee and all the accompanying things I need to put into it, while I fired up my laptop and waited for my client to arrive. It was nice that the server anticipated my needs without me having to ask for everything--that is the mark of a GREAT server. I had a small carton of milk for my coffee and extra packets of Sweet N' Low, since she knew from our initial conversation that I was in serious need of a lot of coffee. My client showed up and instantly was given a cup of coffee while we perused the menus. She decided on some kind of burger-in-a-pita-wrap platter with fries, and I ordered the 1/2 Santa Fe Salad. We had refills on coffee, and then soon our meals were out. JEEZ-A-LOO, I took one bite and everything was SOOOOO salty, that my lips actually tingled and felt as if they had been stung by a hive of killer bees. I was sure that my lips would plump up like Angelina's. The chicken was drizzled in this salty lime sauce. The salad was salted. The wonton strips were salted. The dressing, thankfully placed on the side, was laced with enough salt to fill a water softener. The pico de gallo and guacamole (lame fake green puss) were too salty to even attempt eating. I have never noticed or complained about salt in food my entire existence. But this was beyond asinine. My dining companion enjoyed her wrap burger, and explained that it was nice to have the burger without the heavy, pasty bun. Okay. I was full from all of the salt, but I wanted my client to order dessert. You only live once on earth--that you know of anyway--so, after careful consideration she asked the waitress for a brownie. On the downside, my friend is not an ice cream lover, and noted that everything on the menu included ice cream. Anyway, our server brought out the gargantuan pasta bowl with an equally gigantic brownie cut in half, and drizzled in chocolate--accompanied by two spoons. Wasn't that thoughtful? Again, this server was on top of her game. I didn't want any of mine, so my friend boxed the other brownie. The food was disgustingly salty, and garnered two stars. I'm not a fan of chain meals as a general rule. But I bumped it up one half star for the stellar waitstaff, and another half star for acceptably clean restrooms in a busy restaurant. If you eat at Applebee's, I don't know what you can do to mitigate the salt content, since everything including the offending sauces is pre-made. Have your server leave a pitcher of ice water at the table for you.. You'll need it.

We had a group of ten last night we had to wait 30 mins to be seated which no one was ahead of us waiting, when we finally got out table the server was good at getting our drinks right away, but the thing that was bad when we got our order taken we ordered an appetizer platter plus our meal, it took us an hour to get our appetizer platter plus another hour to receive our meal, when the meal was brought to us they came up to two of the people in our group and said there was a mix up in the kitchen and instead of trying to bring out the food ad soon as possible they had to wait another 30 mins before they got their food, a few us ordered the steak it was not cooked how we wanted it, it was like chewing on a salty piece of leather, intact all the food was very salty, wouldn't send anyone there looking for a place to eat or would never go back there, very disappointing .

Pricey for quality and amount of food. Philly cheese steak is far the worst I have had in the Green Bay area and anything with bacon on it expect it under cooked. Menu changes quite often, so your favorites maybe gone. Also your fries will be over salted. Better places right down the street!

Applebee is an American full-service restaurant brand popularly known for its signature Riblets. Applebee was conceptualized in 1980 by Bill and TJ Palmer in Atlanta, Georgia. At first, the restaurant was named T.J. Applebee's RX for Edibles and Elixirs. After the concept was acquired by W.R. Grace and Company, the restaurant was renamed as Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. Later the company and the Applebee's concept changed hands with Abe Gustin and John Hamra who started the first Applebee's franchise restaurant in Kansas City.
Later in 2007, IHOP Corp. now known as DineEquity, Inc. acquired Applebee's and began their journey together to make Applebee's the world's largest full-service restaurant chain.
