Great location. But, the inside layout sucks! The bar faces a giant wall alienating bar patrons from the restaurant. Also, the bathrooms are always obstructed by people gathered at the front entrance, waiting area, hostess desk or the order desk for to go orders. These areas are all centered around the bathrooms making it a highly congested area. The bathrooms are undersize for such a large restaurant, posted capacity is nearly 400 for both inside & outside, the men's bathroom can only accommodate 3 at a time. Cell phone / Wi-Fi reception is weak. The restaurant is incased with concrete from the above parking garage. The food is on par with other B-Dub restaurants. Service is lackadaisical, nobody seems to be in any hurry wait staff wise. The restaurant seems to have a high turnover of staff. More TV's in any restaurant around. I'd estimate 40+. Parking sucks! The area around the restaurant is overbuilt leaving parking a challenge during peak hours.

I get together every Monday night with some friends to do movie Monday's, usually at iPic. The past 3 times we selected Buffalo Wild Wings because the wings can be good, however based on my experience last night I will not be back! Hers the play by play of our night. Our movie was at 8 PM so I planned on meeting up with my friends around 6:30. Service has always been slow here so I figured an hour and a half would be plenty of time. 6:20 PM - 3 out of 4 arrived early and we were seated. 6:30 PM - We still have not even been greeted and one friend flagged down the host and said we were ready to order. 6:35 PM - Our server said she would be right with us. We notice 5 other servers standing around the touch tunes machine. 6:45 PM - Our server finally comes to our table and asks for our drink order. I said we were ready to order as well. She took our drink order and said she would be right back for our food order. I repeated myself and said we would order food right away too. She took the food order from two of my friends and said Alright I'll be back and started to walk away. I stopped her and said umm wait, you didn't take my food order. We were still waiting on our 4th friend so I ordered him 8 naked tenders. 6:55 PM - Still no water or drinks. Our server comes back and asked if I wanted naked wings or naked boneless wings. I told her that they were naked tenders. 6:58 PM - Still no water or drinks. Our server comes back and says that the naked tenders only come in 6 not 8. 7:00 PM - after still not receiving any water or drinks we got up and told the server to just cancel the order. If the server was new or busy I could maybe understand the bad service but that was just ridiculous. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

On lunch break for work. Waited over an hour for food. No beverage refills. Waited more than 30 minutes for Bill. Bill not accurate. Manager had to intervene but further messed up the situation. Do not eat here. Go next door. This place should be closed down.

The food was pretty good, but the service was just terrible. We ordered aps and two beers (from a booth by the window) got the beers nearly 10 minutes later. Then when he delivered the beers, we ordered wings and waters. About 10 minutes later our wings appeared via food runner. A general manager happened to be doing a sweep about a minute after (long enough for both of us to be mid-chew in the first wing) and asked us how we were. I told him about the order goofiness and lack of waters, so he ran to "check," and right after he turned around the food runner came back with our aps. Our waiter brought the waters a few moments moments later, and noticed the order of our food and apologized with laughter. Manager never came back. At one point I was wondering if at 26 I was the oldest person in there other than my husband... Let's hope they are just staffing their inexperienced folks on Friday nights...? Food was great, so were the beers. It wasn't a terrible experience but the service sure could've been better.

Staff was friendly, but was really slow. I had the Asian zing salad with extra chicken. The portion size was great. The negative is that it was way too spicy!! I love spicy but this was just over the top.

*Disclaimer* 4 Stars are for this location and not for the chain in general! I dont like to yelp chain establishments. However this Bw3 is different from the others. How you ask? This establishment shows UFC on fight nights and to my knowledge the others do not. They dont charge a cover charge or a table minimum in order to watch the fights. The food is standard and the prices are the same as your other local bw3's. Your not gonna get wowed or oohh'ed. The problem is the parking in bayshore. Sometimes you have the occasional group of kids who just left gamestop or the theater who come in bw3's and act like teenagers. Let me be clear the 4 stars are really for the convenience of location from my home which is a couple of minutes away and the fact that they show the fights with no cover or minimum. Without the fight i would give bw3's as a whole a solid 2 stars. I have surely had better

I really hate these places cuz the service is always SO BAD but i wanted wings and was unimpressed with wingstop. Ordered takeout over the phone and was gonna get chipotle. Really wanted to try new flavor cherry chipotle but couldn't remember name and it wasnt listed. Reg chipotle is just a rub. Thankfully they told me that but didn't offer the cherry chipotle as an alternative that was a sauce. When i got there for pick up i saw the flavor and decided to add on to my order. They still charged me full price for the little add on order rather of 5 wings rather than just the 20 wing price. Way to gouge. So annoyed!

This location is huge which makes this my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings location. I still have the same reservation that wings shouldn't be a complete meal so I got a wrap from here. I forgot the actual name but it was a buffalo chicken ranch wrap or something like that. It was delicious! I enjoyed every second of it and I would definitely order it again. "The Captain" approached our table and told us about the loyalty club which was actually really nice because my friend and I had no idea that it existed. This is my favorite location and I always have a good experience here.

I stopped in on Saturday afternoon with my son. We had the Tailgating Sampler with boneless wings substituted for the traditional ones. I did have a 2 year old with me after all. Our server, Amanda, was great. She gave great service, she was great with my little boy, and patient with my asking questions about the menu (being unable to read the smallish print on the menu due to my near blindness sucks). The food was pretty good. The boneless wings reminded me of Chicken McNuggets, but with better meat and much better sauce. The soft pretzels were warm with a nice coating of kosher salt. The queso dip was slightly spicy and good to dip the pretzels in. The pita chips were awesome, fresh fried, and just a little bit soft. The artichoke dip wasn't the best I've had, but was still pretty tasty. The bacon and cheddar stuffed jalapeno bites were okay. I didn't feel they were stuffed with enough stuff. Overall, it was a good experience. he service was great and the food was good.

Good wings, goodviewing for games, but not the best service or personality in the establishment. Don't get me wrong people I LOVE WINGS! I have been going to the one on Water St. for close to 10 years and have tried out this location a few times in the past couple of months since it is closer to my house. Got to love all the wing sauces and now they even have dry rubs. Say WHATTTTTTT? The dry rubs, although I was hesitant to order were decent but nothing to write home (or on Yelp! for that matter) about. Stick with the sauces. Spicy Garlic you can't go wrong with. That is their best sauce IMO. You can't go wrong with their wings and sauce since each location has the same items delivered to them. When it comes to the other food items they are all greasy or fried items that are pretty wah-wah. The service at this location is especially slow and not attentive. They take time to take your order and don't check back on the table. I have come to accept this at most sports bar joints but something erks me about this since it is in Bayshore. Everywhere else in Bayshore has great customer service. You can't go wrong with parking in the structure above it but if you are looking for service parking good luck. On that note, grub on some wings and watch sports but grab a bottle of their sauce for under $4 to make the same wings at home in their sauce and have better service.

The service is very bad at this location and the food never seems to be cooked correctly. The only good thing is that when I complain I get my meal for free or get free coupons. The G.M. Scott does a good job and the manager Berry is good but the staff below them needs to be re-trained. I used to go there all the time but stop going because of the bad service and the cook could never cook a decent grill chicken sandwich. 2 thumbs down!!

I love you and I hate you. Service continues to be really hit or miss. But I love the trivia, the sports TV, and the food ain't bad. I've had really good luck with the bartenders but poor service when seated at the dining tables.

Only giving a 1 star because of the terrible service we received. I have been at other BWW 's and have never waited so long for EVERYTHING! It was a late on a Saturday night and it was busy when we first sat down but the place cleared out quickly. Staff spent most of their time huddled near the reception desk talking with a number of people that when not customers. don't know if they were people who just got off work or if they were just friends staying out of the rain while waiting for the bus. By the time the waiter came to our table we were ready to order, but he only could handle the drinks. No multitasking here! 20min after we ordered food the manager came out to let us know that they were our of one of the items we ordered. Then said our food would be right out. 15 min later the food arrived and was missing some of the extras that were ordered. Next issue was trying to get our bill. When our waiter finally brought it he asked 3 times if we wanted to try one of there desserts. Felt like I was dealing with a condo salesman in Mexico! Had to say no multiple times! It was now midnight a full 2 hours after we were seated! I will most likely go to a BBW again, but not his one. Poorly run! After reading other Yelps, this seems to be an issue at this restaurant. Do owners read this stuff?

The wait staff can be disappointing. The woman we had was texting instead of checking on us. It took a long time to get our food. However, there have been good servers too like the bartender Mike. They have a good selection of taps. There were no special Wisconsin craft brews, but they did have two choices from New Belgium, which is more than other BWW locations offer. Our server also didn't ask what size beer I wanted and brought me the 23oz by default. Good thing our food took so long otherwise I wouldn't be so sure about driving myself home. Usually when I order a beer, I don't think I need to request a pint.

The BWW on Water Street is tops regarding food and service. The Bayshore location on the other hand, lacks consistent quality servers and cooked properly food. The atmosphere is good for watching sports and eating things other than wings and chicken which sort of defeats the purpose of going to a wing and chicken place. They do have a good assortment of beers and appetizers (which are usually good). My understanding is this location is going through some changes and transitions. I hope all goes well for making it as good as Water Street or even the one in Waukesha.

Terrible service! a few waitresses seemed to be working hard while the majority were horse playing in view of diners. Hostess talked to her friends prior to seating us. The line staff seemed to be running the show there, didn't see 1 manager the entire time. It is unfortunate that leadership allows this to happen, while the diligent and hard working staff have to carry the weight of the lazy ones.

This was a typically bad experience for me with BWW. I went to the Bayshore location over my lunch hour, and sat at the bar to be sure that my service was quick enough to get back in time. The bartender promptly addressed us and told us the lengthy beer list. I explained we'd love to indulge, but that we were on a lunch HOUR and could not. She continued to rattle off burgers and beers she liked anyways. We ordered fried pickles and mushrooms, and two sets of 8 wings. 50 minutes later and we STILL hadn't gotten our wings. It seemed as if the bartender had forgotten to put the order in. When it had been 55 minutes she finally acknowledged our frantic waves and told us that they were "remaking" my companions wings...when we asked why she didn't know. We told her that we needed the bill and to take the food to go as it had already been an hour. She apologized profusely, but at this point the damage had been done. I give two stars as she was very kind and understanding. She gave me my pop *which I had paid almost $3 for and never had with a meal* in a to-go cup which I appreciated, and filled up two punch cards for us. Upon further investigation the punch card will get us $5.00 ONLY during 11-2 lunch special hour, M-F, on their lunch special menu - which obviously doesn't work within our time limits here....problem? Once I finally got to my wings, the sauce was wrong and the fries were chilled in the middle. Not impressed.

Was looking forward to my wings tonight at one of my favorite places...the place was packed okay that wasn't the problem although the music was extremely loud. The waitress was also not the problem. We got our drinks and ordered an appetizer. It took so long for the appetizer I thought she forgot we ordered them. They were lukewarm mini corn dogs apparently they were sitting under the heat lamp. So we waited and waited and waited we waited so long our waitress actually stated they didn't bring those wings out yet...ummm NO. Around us customers that obviously were here before us still did not have their food. We decided to no longer wait and take our business elsewhere. I'd just like to add some of the staff seemed oh what's the word unmotivated...there were at least 4 employees who stood by the door that leads to outside seating not doing anything but talking I don't know maybe they were wishing on a star.

It's a chain so you know what you get. But this place must of not got the memo on proper cooking of wings, as mine were burnt. They didn't look it, but they sure did taste it. The waitress seemed to disappear after we got our food and eventually showed up with the check. But refilling my water, or getting another beer seemed to be not her concern. It's a shame too, i like BW's. I will probably not be back to this place

It's REALLY LOUD IN HERE. Like way too loud, I can't hear myself think. Lots of TVs, I can see why people come here to watch sporting events - I think if they showed a Packer game on all the tvs it could be pretty cool but probably super crowded. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon just to grab a snack and Joe wanted a bloody mary. There were a few tables, but it was not at all busy. We were seated right away and able to order quickly. The bloody mary - correction "saucy mary" - was so super spicy. I'm not a fan of the drink, but Joe is and it was even too spicy for him (-1 star). But for the person who wants a really spicy bloody, I definitely recommend BWW. We ordered the sampler appetizer to split. Not at all healthy but pretty tasty. The beer-battered onion rings were amazing! The wings (we had the medium buffalo sauce) were really good as well. The sampler also included mozzarella sticks and loaded nachos. Service was okay - the waitress came around frequently enough and wasn't overbearing. Overall it was okay, not the best but not the worst in terms of food and service.... Definitely a place to go if you want wings because they have an awesome variety of flavors and the ones I have tried in the past were all pretty yummy. I'll be back and update my review when I have a craving for wings.

Time for an update. This location is in transition. A new GM. I only recognized two of the original group. Barry the mgr and Chad the bartender. Plus a few of the waitstaff. **Job Tip** If anyone is looking for a job in the area? Come on in. Get a job application. I believe they are hiring for all positions. Food about the same just learned that the portions are renamed. And portions are now done by weight. People are turning over due to weak or no tippers. Good servers have been known to give worse service. And that sometimes reinforces the no tippers to continue. Free Parking in any of the two nearby structures. I'm happy that Wisconsin passed an law to allow ccw issue permit. But not to happy of the sign out front restricting lawful carry. I hope they put a ban on robbery too. A gun free zone does not imply safe zone. That's all I'm saying on that. Food: 4 Ambiance: 3 still has large projection TVs and dish network or direct tv leads to frustration in bad weather. Service: 3 Location: 4 parking ok on a bus line. Value: 3 better on Wing Tuesdays and Boneless Thursday.

I have never had a good experience here. I am a huge fan of BWW.. So when i saw that there was a BWW in the mall super close to where I go to college i was super excited.. I am a frequent customer at ones in Madison and Janesville WI. Never had a problem at those, always great wings and service. This one is the completely opposite of a great dining experience. Awful service, undercooked wings (ALL 3 times i have been here), and staff who would rather talk then help customers. Its really sad too because I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I won't be giving this location any other chances.

Good prices and great people. Granted I brought food with me from another place but the beers were well priced and the food was great (says the people I was with) I would definitely go back for their happy hour specials, definitely had the other places around them beat. Also! The small is planet of boneless wings for a meal

We were so excited a couple years ago when we saw that this BWW location was opening in Bayshore, right near our place. When they first opened they had a few kinks to work out, but they have improved a lot since then. Whenever there have been any problems or issues they've comped us and/or fixed the issue right away. There's usually no wait or a reasonable one. We always find close parking in the nearby garage or lot. This is one of our regular hangouts. We like the boneless wings, especially on 60 cent boneless wings Thursdays. But the #1 reason I love this location and all Buffalo Wild Wings is for their trivia. I love their different trivia games and am a little too competitive about it. But it's all in good fun. Wings + trivia + possibly some beer or fried pickles + a great location= a solid 4 stars for me.

I try to avoid this place at home in MN because their service is always so horrible. I now know it's horrible everywhere. I ended up here because a coworker and I just got into town for a conference and didn't have a car. This was the first restaurant we found within walking distance. When we arrived at about 7:50pm we were seated right away by the hostess. The restaurant didn't seem too busy, but there were probably 13 tables with diners in the dinning area. We kept waiting for our server to come by so we can order drinks and ask for water. Finally I got up and asked the host if we had a server at about 8pm. This was the first red flag. The hostess said she'd grab our server but asked us what we wanted to drink and she'd get it started. I ordered a beer with olives, my friend asked for a margarita, and we asked for two waters. A server came over a couple of minutes later with one water, and said our drinks were coming. We asked her if we could just place our food order now while waiting for our drinks. Her response was that she wasn't our server but would ask her to come over. 8:10pm. Our actual server came by and we placed our order, asked for our other water, and asked for our drinks. She said she would go get our drinks. It's now 8:17pm, we've been here for 27 minutes and still don't have a second glass of water, or beer, or margarita! What the heck. I asked to speak with a manager. He comes over and I tried to be nice and give him an out by saying "hey I know you're busy right now, but this wait is ridiculous on our drinks." His response was by laughing and then saying "you think this is busy?!, oh this is not busy for us." Okay...well then. My reply was "if you're not busy then why are we waiting for 27 minutes for our drinks and one more water?" He said he'd go check. He came back quickly with our drinks. I asked him then to please check on our food because I didn't want to wait another half hour for it. He did that, then came out about 5 minutes later with our food. He offered a discount and did apologize. I appreciated that he tried to make it right. It just makes me frustrated because it seems this all could have been easily avoided. Our server was obviously bogged down, the manager should have recognized this and had another sever at our table or jumped in at the beginning to help.

I won't be back...I was greeted by a Bayshore Mall Security person at the hostess stand. Really? Then he tells me the hostess can help me. Brilliant. It just got worse from here. Below average food with awful service and clueless wait staff.

Awful. The food here is just awful. Go for the TV screens and the beers, skip the food. The juicy steak burger is anything but juicy. Dried out, 1 onion ring, skimpy fries. Tasteless. The buffalo wings with the bones were undercooked, tough, gristly, awful. Medium sauce is so-so to yech. The worst part is, this time I tried to do a take out. They gave me a buzzer, I sat in the bar for 45 minutes, it never went off, someone finally brought me a bag with the hamburger and wings. They forgot the drink. The food was probably sitting somewhere for an hour. Bottom line is, you can spend $30 for a bad burger and 10 wings with tip. Insane. Go anywhere else. Now I'm going to call the manager at the restaurant and read this to them.

Worst location I've ever been to. Took an hour to get a few orders of wings. Spent 2 hours there and our server came to our table 3 times. Plenty of time for them to stand around and joke with all the other servers not doing a damn thing though. Will not be back to this location.

Date of most recent visit: August 16, 2013. Ahh, the joys of going to BWW. Sometimes you want to be excited because sometimes the wings can be really tasty but they end up being all wrinkled, saggy, and dry - like the scrotes of all the un-neutered wild buffaloes. See what I did there? DO YOU SEE?! Anyway. One of the saving graces of BW3 is that if you're just going for beer in the middle of the day, chances are it's mighty cheap. This experience only applies to my bar experience, so take that with a grain of salt. Or dry seasoning. Did I just make you raff out roud? Location: 3 out of 5 I happened to be by Bayshore Town Center for some unrelated errands - the drive up from downtown Milwaukee isn't that taxing, but I imagine that if traffic were not as amenable, this aspect could be knocked down a bit. While parking is free in one of the many lots, you may have to finagle a bit and play the ol' parking lot "oooh is that person leaving?" game, especially if the lot that is the most easily accessible to the restaurants fills up. Customer Service: 4 out of 5 Again, I went in the middle of a Friday at around 2 or 3 pm. I sat at the bar. There were two people working there, and the ratio of customers to employees was, no kidding, only about 3:1. We ALLLLL got our waters filled quickly, our beers and wines poured immediately, and yes, even the food came out lickity split (like a cheetah with rocket wings!) for the people that happened to order food. A tiny knock since their familiarity with the types of beers they had on tap wasn't as strong as I would have liked, but they did talk me into getting a pint of their in-house "Game Changer" which is some type of colab with Red Hook. More on this in a second. Selection of Alcohol: 4 out of 5 If you've been to a BW3 before, you'll know what I'm talking about here: a dozen and a half (give or take) beers on tap, ranging from macros to local micros, to even now, a "game changer!". Bottles and cans represent the same variety, and it was nice to see PBR in the cooler. I did not, however, see Sconnie...that would have really been something else. While they do carry higher end spirits, they seemed to go through the liquors that you may associate more with rail or well drinks at a faster rate. Quality of Game Changer: 3 out of 5 The bartenders were accommodating enough to get me a small sample of this new in-house beer before I committed to getting a whole pint. I'm by no means a beer snob - I'm comfortable drinking Blatz or Hamm's (I won't drink Sconnie again, though - until they make it less sweet...sheesh!), and just as comfortable drinking Belgian Triples or micro-breweries' one-offs. In my fridge you're likely to find Beck's light, Big Bay, MKE, and Lakefront stuff on any given day. So the Game Changer...it was familiar but forgettable, but not necessarily "bad". I think it's described as a "light pale ale", and it hits the mark. Will you give up say, Bell's Two-Hearted or Dogfish Head's 60 minute, for this beer? No...you will absolutely not. But is it a good alternative for someone who's used to drinking lighter macros lagers who perhaps just wants to dip his or her feet into a "craft" beer? Yeah...sure, and that's not necessarily a bad thing, right? The flavor profile won't do much to cut through any real substantive spice, but it may go well with, I dunno...some of the sweeter sauces. I mean...if you're going for something "light" with flavor, Sam Adams Light would probably be a little better, hey...give this one a shot. Price: 4 out of 5 Always nice to get a tall anywhere for 4$. 5.50$ out the door including tax and tip, and I'm a pretty happy camper. Overall: 4 out of 5 Just barely, but a 4 out of 5 with my limited experience at the bar. This may change when I come back for wings, but we'll see.

I hate when places I generally like disappoint me. I also hate when a chain doesn't care at all about it's customers. My fiance and I will typically stop in on a Thursday (boneless wing night), place a take out order, and have a beer while we wait. Most often, we have our food before we're done with the beer. Not even close this time. We started to get concerned at about 30 minutes and asked about it. The server checked on it and said "sometimes it takes a bit on promo nights" which would make sense if almost every weeknight wasn't a promo night. That, and there were plenty of open tables, they weren't behind on tickets unless the entire kitchen staff walked out. We let it go. We asked again about 10 minutes later. They checked again, and came back and said that the flatbread I ordered, sometimes those take awhile. They assured me that our food was not up waiting, they were still making our food. Alright then. We let it go. Someone brought over the pie we ordered to go, shaking it up in it's little box before dropping it off to melt while we continued to wait. After another 5 minutes, I asked the server how long the flatbreads normally take? He said 16 minutes. Oh, so not 40? I asked. He said he'd check on it. After a few more minutes they came back and said they'd have a manager check on the ticket and asked us for our receipt. Sure, no problem. The manager took the ticket to the back and after a few more minutes came back out and had the server bring us the food. A 55 minute wait for take out with tables open and the manager was too big of a coward to deliver the food personally. We got it home (about a ten minute drive) and the food was all cold and we got the wrong sauces. Giving this particular experience a one star rating was generous. The servers were nice, I'll give them that, but the food isn't worth a 55 minute wait.

Went to this Buffalo Wild Wings on Thursday for the $.40 boneless wings. I do not like boneless but I decided it was cheap and good enough. The service was TERRIBLE. Took us 15 for any waiter to acknowledge we were there. took 5 more minutes to take our orders. Took 10 minutes after that to get WATER. and then another 15 to get our wings. We did not have one consistent waiter. They overcharged me for blue cheeses that I did not want. And they took literally 10 minutes to do anything. e.g refill water, give us to go boxes.

Good wings, I love the chip fries, it's always loud and noisy there. Staff sometimes don't work hard enough. Manger of the location asked me to buy marijuana one time . That incident took place back in 2013 or maybe 12. Sometimes there are extremely long waits. The teens will come in there and be loud and immature. Best suggestion is to order out.

I give this BW3 a two star because I went out of my way to make sure they did not screw up. I wanted to place a take out order for my boyfriend to bring home on his way back from work. Because there was a packer game on tonight I called well in advance to ask them what time would best suit them to place an order. I didn't want him to wait around for 20 minutes because they were so busy for the game. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice, she is the only reason they get two stars. She told me I could just order it then (about two and a half hours before it was picked up) and they wouldn't make it until a little before he was on his way. She was so accommodating I felt confident to do so. When my boyfriend came home our food was ICE cold. Not just sitting under the window for 10 mins and then enduring a 10 minute drive home. IT WAS GROSS. This really irritated me because I went out of my way to make the process as easy on them as possible and they STILL screwed up. This was not my first bad experience with BW3 and if it wasn't for the nice lady who answered the phone it would be my last. But I am a sucker for good service so alas I will be back, just not for takeout.

Service: The service was spotty overall. The server we had at first was over attentive and rushed us in ordering. I HATE that. She then failed to bring us silverware and was nowhere to be found when that happened. We had to flag down another server. There were many tables available but the host seated us in the bar area. I found that odd. Food: The food is standard for a BWW which is good but nothing extraordinary. Basically, its your standard chain restaurant food. Would I go back again? Yes, but it wouldn't be my first choice. I have gone to other Buffalo Wild Wings and believe it is this restaurant not the franchise that has some work to do. Yelpers, go if you want average bar food but be prepared for spotty service.

I at there yesteday for the 3rd time. I will not be back. While the concept and food should be right up my alley, the services is horrible. Only once did we have someone we felt knew what was going on and yesterday the waiter overcharged my credit card. It was not a good experience. If your gonna eat at the mall, eat anywhere else!

This is our preferred BWW location - which probably says too much about our BWW patronage and wing consumption. Listen, there are way more TVs than Mayfair and the Downtown location makes me feel like I'm in plywood booths in someone's basement. But I digress. I don't go here when big games are on. I can only imagine it's a zoo. And nearby parking is pretty non-existent. You park in the garage and hike a bit. The biggest pro about this location, for me, is that they'll put on pretty much any sporting event I ask them to. And because there are a bazillion TVs, no one cares that we're the only people in the joint watching Wisconsin men's hockey. I appreciate that they accommodate us each and every time. They have Woodchuck on draft, which pretty much earns you a star and a half off the bat for me. They also have a long list of draft beer, even more in bottles and a full bar. If I'm in the mood for a fruity concoction, they can hook me up. I like that diversity. Am I going here for gourmet food? Hell naws, it's a damn wing joint. But they're consistently average and we actually really like the nachos, so plus one for those. I like that I can go for a 3 hour game and no one cares that we're monopolizing the table. If you tell your server you're in for the long haul, they'll leave you alone, checking in every so often, but generally only coming when beckoned, which is awesome. I hate when you go somewhere for a long period and the server is at your table every ten minutes. Look - I warned you we weren't getting up any time soon. You bugging me is only hurting your tip. It seemed a little silly to give BWW a four, but I was close, because I love me some trivia and they have electronic trivia running at all times. I'm an addict. I spend way more time paying attention to my trivia than the game I went there to watch. This comes in handy when, like this last visit, the team I'm watching is sucking big time. The trivia is a distraction from the pain. I'd have to re-think that 4, though, when I remember how cringe-worthy the bathrooms are at BWW. It's not just this location - Mayfair's are probably worse - but something about this chain seems to invite grossness. I won't go into detail, but needless to say they're epically bad.

I go here when forced. My husband is obsessed - I don't understand it. Not sure why you would pay like $8 for some chicken nuggets tossed in sauce. I usually don't feel very good after eating this stuff either which makes me feel like it's super over processed. I tried the chicken caesar salad once - gross. They drowned every bit of vegetable in dressing. Do yourself a favor and get some wings made with real chicken.

This BWWs is always packed. Sometimes you just need some good oll wings and beer and lots of sports! This is the place!

Grilled Chicken wrap with medium buffalo sauce (and an extra dish on the side for dipping) and chips and salsa. Can't go wrong. Haven't gone wrong. I'm craving it right now.

Started with a 4 star rating based on first impressions and went in to a 1 by the end of the evening. I cut them some slack given that it is just 1 month old but they need to improve quite a bit. I was here on a Sunday night when a GB Packers game was on. It was fairly crowded with a fair amount of yellow and green. Folks were in a good mood since it was a Packers blow out. They have a large number of flat screen TVs, around 30 including some large projection TVs. I ordered some wings and a cake to go and went to the bar to wait. Kristine the bar tender was very cool and gave me some good advice on what to do in Milwaukee. After 30 mts, I went over to the takeout counter and looked like the order had not gotten lost! 25 minutes later, I get the wings. I left the restaurant and had to head back since they had missed the cutlery. Then when I get back to the hotel, I find that they forgot the ranch dips for the wings. If they fix their food delivery issue, I think this place could be very good.

OK, we spent $500 here. We got cut off. Our server was great but Andrew management sucks! Didn't offer an app or anything. Will not be back :(

It's spacious, and the wings are pretty good, but the dry rub chicken may have been labeled "flavorless". The service was also extremely slow (and we recognize it was busy), but the waitress was nice.

GHETTO! That is the one work I could use to describe my experience at this location. I go in and someone who speaks ebonics better than english sits me down at a table with dirty napkins, papers, food on the floor UNDERNEATH the table. I said "find me another table" so, the hostess rolls her eyes and sits me at a table that at least only had two napkins on the floor underneath. I was greeted by a rude waitress who cut me off at every piece of my order. She messed up the final bill, took forever to tend to me, and she never checked up on me. If you can go to another place to eat, do it. Don't waste your time here.

It's a chain. It's a little better than fast food. Used up a gift card from Christmas just to have a free meal out. The one cool thing about this place is the trivia game they have that's free. You can sit there while you eat (granted, generally with messy wing fingers) and play trivia. It's pretty fun.

Very poor service. Always some excuse as to why service is so ridiculously slow. Last experience (10/7/2012) we had called an order in for to go. The order was called in 35 minutes ahead of time & they verified it would be ready on time. We arrived 5 minutes early. Finally 50 minutes AFTER our agreed upon pick-up time our order was ready. I have been here numerous other times, as it is close to my work, everytime we (coworkers) go there after work we have had exceptionally poor service. At this location you have a waitress. Most the time, we just end up having to go to the bar ourselves (and wait forever, but not as long it would take for the waitress to get our drinks for us) to get our drinks. One time we got an order of cold wings; they only took about an hour to come out from the time we ordered them. We told our waitress (who was somewhat punctual on this visit), and she was very apologetic and nice about it. She got us some new wings within about 10-15 minutes. These wings were also cold. Now the manager came over, verified the wings were cold & got us another set of new wings, in 2 minutes, which were finally warm. I've came here twice for lunch. Both times, the lunch time service was good. but the evening service is horrible - whether or not the place is busy. I'd advise to avoid and maybe they'll eventually get the idea that they need to provide some quality service.

BWW is a good place to go in a pinch if you really want wings and don't know of any other options in the area. This new location at Bayshore, however, still has a lot of work to do. A quick beer and wings turned into a 2 hour affair. This new place is pretty large, with a regular dining area and a divider wall that separates the huge 'bar' area. We were seated in the bar area about 10 feet away from a bucket on the floor that was catching water from the leaking pipes above. Despite the fact that the giant bar area was about 10% full, the hostess kept seating people right by the leak, who would then ask to be moved. The service here is pretty bad. Maybe it's just growing pains, but it seems that all BWW have about 20 servers who just walk around the restaurant. They don't do anything else; they just walk around. Your own server will also be part of this group. They will take your drink order, then walk around the floor for a while. They will bring your drinks, then walk a lap around the restaurant. Maybe it's something they have to do. We ordered our beer which took forever to arrive. I glanced back at the bar to see what the hold-up was and saw two bartenders standing there with their mouths hanging open. Apparently they have to watch the servers walk around the restaurant between each beer they pour. Our food arrived and our server went on another walk. Luckily, we were able to intercept her and ask for more beer halfway through our meal. Yeah...it didn't arrive until after we had finished. Then the check came. Since we had full beers, we were sitting around talking and trying to finish them before we paid. In the 15 minutes it took to finish our beer, the server stopped by 4 times. Really? Are you in a big hurry to get us out of here? Don't you have a walk to go on or something? There are plenty of other places to get better wings, but the spicy garlic sauce they have is pretty darn good. The wings are always tiny, which is disappointing considering they charge about $9.50 for a dozen of them. However, the beer here is always ice cold and fresh (even if you have to wait a long time for it). I will probably be back to a BWW eventually, because I guess I love waiting and watching people walk around.

This place is exactly what you think it is. It's got the same wings as every other BW3. The wings are chain wings. They're small and the sauces are realy processed. But hey, there really is nowhere near Glendale that has wings that I'm crazy about. This is clearly the best place in the area to watch a game. No doubt about it. If you are in the north shore and craving wings, its also your fastest bet. I've been in here a bunch lately. Its location is convenient for me. I've had numerous issues with takeout also, but this is a huge operation that just opened and almost everyone working there is new. And every time there has been an issue they've done a good and fair job of resolving it. I don't love the wings, but they're a lot better than nothing. I do love that BW3 has opened up shop nearby. I'll be watching a lot of games here.

(2)Quentin L.
(2)Nick M.
I love you and I hate you. Service continues to be really hit or miss. But I love the trivia, the sports TV, and the food ain't bad. I've had really good luck with the bartenders but poor service when seated at the dining tables.
(4)John F.
(1)Beth P.
(2)Tara H.
(2)Mike B.
(1)Kelly B.
(2)M. E.
(1)Geoffrey R.
(1)Angie O.

(1)David P.
Good prices and great people. Granted I brought food with me from another place but the beers were well priced and the food was great (says the people I was with) I would definitely go back for their happy hour specials, definitely had the other places around them beat. Also! The small is planet of boneless wings for a meal
(3)Becky S.

So I should have waiting a few more hours before writing my original review, because we did finally get the gift cards. BW3, you and me, we're okay.

Will not be back :(
(2)Valla H.

(1)Boone D.
