Yikes, is this location SLOW! Apparently, someone had to go out back and kill the chicken to make my chicken salad. I'm glad I didn't order a Frosty so I didn't have to wait for someone to milk the cow. I used to like this place, it's been redecorated and modernized but Wendy, you've still got some work to do here.

I asked if the fries were fried with nuggets (as some Wendy's have dedicated fryers only for fries) because I have Celiac disease. The woman at the counter looked at me like I had ten heads so I had to repeat myself; to which she replied "um yeah". So I eat the fries and proceed to break out in my Dermatitis Herpetiformis rash because I was glutened.

If I was not addicted to the spicy chicken salad I would not come here. These employees are the most rudest people I've ever dealt with in the restaurant industry.

Ok- used to be a great place to go- but I stopped in during busy lunch hour on Monday and I ordered the new bacon ciabatta burger and although I didn't have to wait long it sucked!!! Bread was not even toasted was soggy and gross! My guess is they made like 50 up ahead of time cuz the meat was room temperature!!! I would have been happy to wait for hot & fresh!

Every table in this place wobbles when you barely touch it. Employees could be heard, with manager, bad mouthing some customers they felt had been there too long. Totally unacceptable.
