Meh, it's a McDonald's. The interior is nice and spiffy after a remodel. The food is consistent and typical for Micky D. The staff is reasonably efficient and courteous. The bathrooms are kept clean.

I used to work here for a few years when I was a teenager, all we did was get stoned in the fridge and get drunk when I used to close. The employees aren't trained, management could care less, Dion the owner authorizes 10 cent raises a year at most for the crew, 25 cents for managers, and then they cap you at $10 an hour if you somehow make it to that. Stan Dolata the supervisor and Todd the operations guy are unqualified for their jobs, complete morons. If you want to blame anyone, blame DP&K franchises for giving this McDonald's a bad name. In all honesty this McDonalds never follows protocol, in fact when I worked there we didn't even have gloves in the store when we were preparing raw meat. Honestly one of the crappiest McDonald's a person could go to.

Horrible cold and/or re-warmed food! Management is non-existent and staff has no idea how to fill an order correctly with all food items purchased. I am ALWAYS missing something and have to travel back. Last time I had to go back, the woman working behind the counter made me feel like it was my fault and like I should be apologizing for my missing food. Really!? I live a mile north of this place and now travel several miles south of here to order from the one on County Line Road in Menomonee Falls and it is defiantly worth the drive!

I believe this is the first 1 star I have written about. You would think McDonald's would be consistent as that is what they are built off of, but this McDonald's is the worst I have ever been too. Time and time again, it continues to get worse. It needs a remodel and the employees are consistently smoking outside where the customers walk into the establishment. Tonight I took my 5 year old there to celebrate her good report card. They didn't have the chicken nuggets ready and made us wait over 10 minutes! Then they forgot my order of fries, which I drove off without after another 5 minutes. Then when I got home, the fries in the happy meal were half cooked and cold! Amazing that this store could screw up time and time again! If you are in the area, go to another place to grab a quick bite. Anywhere, even another McDonald's! Its terrible and the Manager should be reassigned to the fry station until they figure out how to run a fast food restaurant. Unreal!

I agree this is the worst McDonalds! The few times I stopped here really turned me off so I no longer stop here no matter how desperate! The manager could care less about the way the employees act. One time visiting the teenagers were shouting across the restaurant at their teen friends who came in. They were acting like a bunch of idiots behind the counter and didn't care when they screwed up our order. The manager of this place needs to be fired a long with all of the idiots they have hired here.

This is the closest McDonald's to my home and I avoid it at all costs. I go out of my way to swing through a different drive-thru on those mornings when I want a McDonald's breakfast on the road. This McDonald's is horribly managed. I figure you only have about a 50/50 chance of getting your order correct. Service in the drive-thru tended to be slow but the last time I hit the drive through, I was in line 20 minutes and only saw them handle 3 cars at the window. At least five cars bailed out of line in front of me in frustration. I finally pulled over and went inside to pick up my order and I found the staff just sitting around chatting, no one working, no manager is sight while the drive thru continued to back up. I walked up to the counter to try to ask for my order but was ignored for several minutes. That was it, I left and I've never been back since. By the way - after this occurred I sent a complaint in to McDonald's website describing the situation - I got an email back that they would pass it on to the management at this location and told that someone would contact me. No one ever did.
