We phoned in a 3-person Saturday evening carryout order. My friend requested the Hoisin Shrimp, not spicy with extra shrimp. They charged her $4 for the extra shrimp, but it looked like gave her many big, quality shrimp, worthy of the surcharge. The sauce was dark brown and wafted an aroma of sweet plumy hoisin decadence. Her husband's Kung Pao Chicken looked and smelled deep, dark, spicy and divine (a dark reddish brown sauce). They split an order of egg rolls, which appeared hearty and I'm told were pleasing with a slight peanutty accent to the filling. The vegetables in my Vegetable stir-fry were fresh, tender and plentiful. I requested they omit the baby corn and add onions, mushrooms and extra garlic. I realize this is is a lot to ask of Chinese speaking folk over the phone --and it added a lot of talk time during order placement-- but they delivered with flying colors. (And without charging for the "extra's"!) The dish was delightfully saucy, but super light on oil and perfectly seasoned with ginger and garlic. Wonton soup includes bok choy (yum) and features a beautifully clear, flavorful broth. For Chinese takeout, the was the most guilt-free and satisfying of any, making it my new favorite for non-traditional Chinese food. Whenever I visit my friends in G-Town, Hung Hao will be my default dinner request :)

I have been getting take out from here for years! The food is always very fresh and flavorful and they have no problem adjusting it to your liking with more vegetables, spice, whatever you desire and it is not greasy like so many other "Chinese" restaurants. My favorite is pretty boring but I love the shrimp and broccoli with extra broccoli and snow peas. Actually tastes as though I am eating something super flavorful that is healthy for me to boot.

Great food it's probably the best Chinese restaurant in Germantown I think their way better than the China Kitchen and friendly people I recommend that place if ur lookin for a Chinese restaurant in Germantown.

My wife and I love this place and are regular customers -- both eat-in and take-out. A hidden gem in this part of Southeast Wisconsin. My only complaint is the inconsistent level of spiciness in some of the 'hot' dishes.

I will not be returning. Very limited and scary buffet. Not much flavor and they never changed out the buffet pans, just kept dumping new food in.

I have had take out from here 4 or 5 times now and the food has been consistently good. Everything seems pretty fresh and taste quite good. I have dined in with my wife twice and it is a nice change of pace from the chain offerings of the Falls. One thing that irks me though is that when I order two dinners for take out they give you only one container of white rice. Every time I have leftover dinner entrees and no rice to go with it. Would it cost them that much more to include a pint of rice with each meal?

Love the food. The waitress was attentive until some people came in she knew then it was a long wait after that for our check. She just kept talking and talking to them it was irritating we couldn't get her attention.

Not good is all I can say. Ok I'll. Say more. Salty. Greasy and I will not return. Had take out so I can't comment on service

Consistently good food and friendly service. Very reasonably priced and everything is fresh. Clean comfortable dining. Great place to catch a quick bite after work. They also do fast carry out and have a wonderful lunch time buffet. Very nice waitresses.

Excellent, small, family run Chinese restaurant. Dine in or take out. They do a lunch buffet, but you can also order off the menu. The evening service is by menu orders. They have beer, wine or liquor available with meals.

I think this is a good place overall but there were a few things that bothered me. I ordered the won ton soup. I've were greeted right away at the door by the guy owner who showed us to a quiet table. There are no booths at all, only tables. We had maybe two minutes before a women came to take our order. We ordered two waters and a hot green tea. She brought the drinks right away. The man who showed us our table comes over and asks if everything is ok and of we had any questions. I ask if they have the big qt size soup sizes because I'm on a soup kick and wanted to take my leftovers with me. The owner guy seemed really confused and hesitant and said it was for "takeout only". Eventually, he agreed but said he would charge me for two bowls of soup. There are only two restaurants in this area, This place and China Kitchen. The qt size at China kitchen is only 3.50 but here it is $5 (cost of 2 bowls of soup). My companion ordered pork fried rice to start. When my soup came, it was mostly broth. The flavor was a little bland. There were only four won ton dumplings (which were soggy and mushy) in the whole qt, then a lot of broth, and only a little bit of bok Choy, (the menu calls it "Chinese vegetables") on top. I wish they had included more bok Choy and more dumplings. It seemed like they were trying to save money. My companion asks for a little sample of the hot and sour soup. The woman seemed very hesitant. She said "normally not possible but since it was first time she will allow it". She brings the sample and it's very good. A lot of the kelp, egg drop, tofu, carrots and red chili flakes. We ordered a qt of that to-go. The pork fried rice is very good also. It came on a nice plate, and there was a good portion of it. Also, it had a lot of the egg, sprouts, and pork which was good. Overall, the service is very good. Our drinks stayed full. Most of the food was very good. But, I was seriously disappointed by the won ton soup.

odd hours, found this place closed a few times when tried to go for lunch when I took a take-out, they didn't pack it good, and I ended up with a oil-full of car seat. the food is OK, but I will not return because of multiple bad experiences ranging from take-out to timing to staff
