They should rearrange the toppings and put the nut products in the front row so when you scoop, you're not contaminating the other toppings for people with nut allergies. Other than that, I think this place is great! They have a nice selection of flavors.

In general this place is ok. Not sure what the deal with going from ZERO places like this in the market to 10+--kind of over saturated. Place is fine, not terribly fond of the flavors though--they are all completely artificial flavorings to the point where they can become indistinguishable for some flavors. My kids like it though. One note. Of the several times I've come to this location, the tables have been dirty, yet the person working there has either just stood or on two occasions sat on one of the chairs and chatted with someone the entire time. In other words NOT been busy, yet seemed to not have any interest in keeping the tables cleaned (I mean sticky crap all over the tables is not something you want your customers to experience, right?) Give it a try, just find a clean table if you can. On a side note, there are a total of 7 parking places for Blue Banana, Starbucks, and Verizon, unless you go on the side, which requires you to cross the Starbucks drive through. So if you have kids, be aware.

OMG this place is awesome!!! Just finished my watermelon, mango, coconut cup topped with lychee tapioca pearls and I am ready to go back!!! All I can say is WOW! Run, don't walk, now!

Delicious. This place has a lot going for it. I frequent frozen yogurt places in search of the best. Here is what I observed while there. 1) New. It just opened, it is clean and the decor is trendy with white bar height tables and stools and white couches. 2) Sample cups. Had to wait in line with paying customers to obtain...maybe there is a better way to dispense. 3) Clean. They appear to focus on cleaning a lot. During lulls I noticed the cashier cleaning the catches below the yogurt dispensers. Props for doing that, except for the bucket of used water left in front of the machines unattended while she went back and forth from checking people out. The thought is there, but perhaps dedicate another employee to cleaning so that unsightly bucket can be kept out of sight/out of mind. Topping bar was also clean and well-maintained while I was the, with zero intermingled toppings (which we all know happens from clumsy patrons...). That tells me they keep the topping bar maintained and probably pick out misplaced toppings-definitely a good sign! 4) Frozen Yogurt. -12 flavors on tap -Vanilla-very good, not overly sweet, creamy. Temperature and consistency were excellent, very creamy. -Mango-very good, similar to sorbet, not too sweet, temperature and consistency were also excellent. -Tart. So-so. Had all the components of basic tart, temperature was too warm, so it was runny and came out faster than the other flavors. -Peanut butter-this was the shining star of my visit. It is so hard to find pb done right, without trying to pass off a fake Reese peanut butter cup with overly sweetened yogurt. This flavor hit every note...not too sweet, had great consistency and texture and was a good temperature (not runny). -Cake batter. I typically find this flavor overly sweet, but was pleasantly surprised, this was well balanced and had good temp and consistency, also creamy. -Chocolate. Usually my go to flavor, I was not too impressed with this one. It seemed a bit "icy" in texture and was not as creamy as the other flavors I tried. -Chocolate Chip Cookie flavor was out of commission when I was there. My family reported a similar fate for a flavor during their visit previously...but with 11 others to choose from, I suppose you can still find one that will work. 5) Toppings, as mentioned, bar was clean, no intermingled toppings, selection of about 40 toppings. This is the first time I have seen crunch coat at a froyo bar. AWESOME. It complemented the pb flavor I went with very well. Recommendations: Upsell cones as a side to the froyo. Sea salt as a topping. Won't add weight per se, but isn't expensive or hard to get, either. Also, I may have missed them, but graham cracker crumbles? 6) Ambience-A lot of teen and Tweens. Family friendly, a few families stopped in, two elderly ladies stopped in, everyone else there was teens. 103.7 was playing, a bit too loudly for my taste, throughout. Suited the tween crowd perhaps. (I'm 30 and love my Kiss FM like any other, but not sure it suited the elderly ladies that happened to be there, nor did I enjoy competing with the music as I spoke with my husband.) Also, as we left, one car with two teen boys came flying through the parking lot with reckless abandon, although notably, they stopped hard to allow us the right of way, which was ours... 7) Nutrition facts. These are not posted anywhere. They are not posted on the little placards next to the dispensers as i have seen many places do. I requested these from a staff member and was told they existed, but they were out and had to order more. She did not mention if they were available on the website. I recommend posting this or at least laminating a few copies or keeping these in a binder behind the register...anything so that there is always at least one copy on hand. Post on the website? I track calories, other people have allergies and sensitivities...why be in a position where customers can't access this info? Overall, this is one of the best places I have tried in the Milwaukee-Metro area! Good for you guys, we will visit again when we are in the Germantown area!

I Give this establishment 1 star because the service was terrible!! The lady working there was closing early because it was slow, (I wonder why?) she was acting like me coming in was a huge inconvenience too her. There was a young girl there doing her homework and helping out with the moping, so I assume it was her daughter. She suggested that they stay open for the rest of the night the Lady yelled at the poor girl and told her to shut her mouth in front of everyone. I felt extremely uncomfortable and will never go back. This Lady needs to take some customer service classes as well as parenting classes. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that they had alright flavors. I'll stick to Smart Cow in the Falls.

Not good. I did a split cup to try a couple different flavors. Toasted marshmallow, not good. Cookies n' cream, thought it was a safe bet, terrible. Candy bar pieces all tasted old and stale. Ugh. Can I have my $6 back please?
