I know it's new to city. I had to try it out. I wasn't impressed. Long wait for a party of 5. My buddy saw me, he was inside. I told him we had a 40 minute wait. He said there is several full open tables. We got seated and looked around a lot of empty tables. Our waitress took forever to get our drinks. My sister order a margarita. We had to ask three times to get the drink to our table. My wife had to ask 5 times for a refill. We asked a cook by name(my cousin). He came out and the manager said we would be getting a discount. So score for us. It was 15%. We got our food and my wings were suppose to honey BBQ. Half of them left uncovered. My wife's buffolitos had too much sauce. Now I know where my sauce went too. Ha. In the restaurant was very noisy than normal. They kept getting on the microphone. It was getting annoying. Louder than they normally play during a Packer Games. Dinning and bar has no separation like most of the chain has. I will probably go back because I love BWW. I hope for better service next time.

Being a new restaurant to this city, I had to try it out. I have never been to a buffalo wild wings before this visit. I came here just after 1130am on a Friday and it was very busy. The hostess was able to seat my party quickly. Our food came out after about 20 minutes. Our order was fish tacos and a chopped steak burger. There wad only one change asked of the orders and that was the kind of cheese on the burger and it came out as described in the menu instead of how it was ordered. There were a couple of problems with that. The first was obviously not getting it right the first time. The second was when I mentioned the discrepancy, the food runner had to read her receipt slip and than said I was right. The third issue is that they only serve burgers medium. With the fish tacos it is advertised as being with cole slaw, but really it is with a cabbage salad, which means it is dry and needs moisture to make it edible. Overall, it was very clean (which for being open a few weeks I would hope so), and I could see it being a hot spot to watch a game, but the food and the pricing is not great. I will give it another shot and have some wings next time and hopefully that is redeeming.

Great service! Our food was very good. Price was reasonable for what you get. Enjoyed our meal very much. We will definitely be returning. We went back a couple of weeks ago and had a much different experience. It took forever to get our food. About 45 minutes. The restaurant was freezing cold. To the point I couldn't even enjoy my food. The waitress was pleasant but didn't know the menu very good when we had a question. Not sure when I will go back.

I've always loved bww and their food. But I've gone to this one for a while. And each time I've gone they have messed up my order in some way. BUT that's my only bone to pick with them.

BWW. I just love the service I get in Wisconsin. I got better service here that at a stake house in Chicago. Great food and friendly service.

This is the worst wild wings I've ever been too and I've probably been to 10-15 different locations. I've had desert rub wings that looked like someone dumped the whole bottle of seasoning on then tried to shake them off.....twice as much seasoning as what should have been. The service seems to be lacking every time I go there. Ordered a pickup order only to arrive and find out they never even started my order on a slow night. Repeated myself 5 times over the phone...another 3 times in the store for a very simple order. Overall this location leaves something to be desired. ....won't be surprised if I have to file a charge back on my cc because they didn't refund me for the order. My best advice is go to the one in oshkosh or east town mall in madison if going for the b dubs experience.

The waitress / bartender @2:41 has a rather negative attitude toward serving customers. She seems more annoyed when you ask for something or really annoyed when she has to do something a little out of her way. Not impressed with her customer assistance!!!!!

I don't do chains.....but if I have too, this place is as good as any. Plenty of activity, plenty of sports on the TVs, and always cold beer. Servers seem friendly enough and the place is always clean.
