Had a charcoal-grilled cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate malt. Next time, I'll try the shrimp basket or gyro. There's a lot to choose from. Decided to give this place a try based on good reviews. I was not disappointed. Best malt I've had in years.

I literally felt nauseous after eating here. We waited half an hour for our food, even though there were few customers and there were many people in the kitchen. There was one girl running food out to people, one guy working the grill, and three girls standing around talking or on their phones. I honestly couldn't tell if one of the girls worked there or if she was just a friend of a worker. The food was too expensive and below - average quality. They also messed up our order. The bugs were terrible, even inside. Walking in, I felt very unwelcome, like I was a burden. It was also pretty dirty. I would definitely not recommend or return.

Place is cute if you're in the mood for casual. Burgers are tasty and priced well. Ordered cheese curds and they were pretty average. Serving size was lame, for the $3.59 price tag. Ok but not a place I'd travel out of my way for.

I can't say much of the food I'm usually just swinging by to get some ice cream or some root beer. If I'm ever in this area I'm usually stopping by.

I got into a road detour today and it brought me into Elkhorn, WI. and past this Drive-In. I have been past this place several times before and never stopped. Today the weather is hot and humid and I turned around and I'm going to try this place today. I AM GLAD I FINALLY STOPPED!. They have a large menu of both fried items AND things like Italian Beef and Cold Wraps that ARE NOT FRIED. They do have 'Charcoburgers". gyros, hot dogs and brats. I sat on one of their outdoor picnic tables and looked over the menu. It was a difficult choice with all the options but I choose a Brat, Onion Rings (I found out the they bread them upon order right here FRESH), and a Diet Pepsi (I was dying to try their Homemade Root Beer but I cannot sacrifice the calories). The Brat was served on a Poppy seed Bun and the onion rings were good. I WILL NOT BE PASSING BY THIS DRIVE-IN WHEN I AM IN THE AREA AGAIN. The food was good and the prices are also good. Many people were having ice cream AND THE ITEMS LOOKED REALLY GOOD. I CANNOT SAMPLE EVERYTHING ON THIS MY FIRST VISIT. I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT VISIT when I am in the area. I can't wait to try one of their ''Charcoburgers".

Annie's has always been an amazing burger joint. Really good prices too. If you've got the time, stop here instead of McDonald's. I can guarantee better food, its delicious!

On our trip to Wisconsin Wineries this was a tasty stop. No frills, cute drive in. Good burgers, yummy jalapeno poppers, not much more to say. Ate at a picnic table outside and were satisfied and ready to continue our winery tour through WI. A little confusing to find since every street seems to be under construction but worth the trip.

So apparently if you plug "Burgers" and "Elkhorn, WI" into Yelp Annie's Burger Town is the first thing that pops up. This is what my work partner and I did a few weeks ago. Annie's Burger Town makes it sound awesome. Like there should be multiple buildings and a Main Street and a Sheriff and stuff. Annie's Burger Town has a shack, a roof, and two picnic tables outside. It's like Annie's Burger Village. Or Burger Hamlet, or something. But it's pretty delish. I really can't speak for everything, but I tried the Pizza burger, the fries, and home-made root-beer. The pizza burger isn't great. It's your standard grocery store pizza burger w/ a side of marinara sauce and nothing else. I've had 'em a billion times before. It's nothing special. My partner had the Texas Burger which looked phenomenal. He claims it was excellent. The fries were good. The root-beer was weird, but okay. I would go here again if only because there are like two restaurants in Elkhorn and the other one sucks. But you should try it. It's really not bad and it's absolutely positively the only Annie's Burger Town in the world.

Solid food and service. I had a cheeseburger and cheese fries. Bf had the Texas burger and fries. We both really enjoyed our meals. If you are looking for a quick but quality meal in the area definitely check this place out.

Annies is and always be the dive joint to go to in ELkhorn if you're craving grease or some ice cream. Great burgers, wraps and fried delights await you at this charming little drive in.

Last week, I just had the most AMAZING chocolate shake here!!! Soooo good! And a small shake is $2.50, woo-hoo!! Can't wait to stop back here sometime and also get a burger and fries. Still dreaming of that delicious shake...

This was an absolute favorite of mine growing up and I love going back to visit every time I return home. It's a great place to meet up with friends and especially in the summertime it's the BEST place to grab some ice cream!

Burgertown is one of the many stops on the long road to Crazytown. Annie's serves up great burgers (including the oft-sought pizza burger), fries, mozzarella sticks, shakes, sundaes and more. I have many great memories here from my youth in Elkhorn - from walking over here with the old middle school gang in the summer time to sundaes after soccer practice... to getting Annie's, hungover beyond the realm of recognition, on the day of my mother's wedding, much to her dismay. But I truly needed some chili cheese fries if I was going to make it through the day without fainting or ralphing. If you're crusing the Elkhorn strip, or anywhere in the area, you have to try Annie's. And keep in mind that sometimes Burgertown is on the way home from Crazytown.

The memories of this place go all the way back to high school when play directors would bring in heaping loads of food and my favorite, blue ice slushies. Recently, the owners decided to keep the place open all year. From the looks of it, business always seems to be doing well, despite the weather. They also added a delivery truck that hauls food all over Elkhorn. The menu has expanded and includes everything from fried chicken, to fired mushrooms to vegetarian wraps and delicious cole slaw and fantastic fries. I must stop in this place whenever I am home.

I give this place 5 stars simply for the fantastic root beer. Some of the best root beer I have ever had. Throw in a little soft serve ice cream for heaven on earth. The burgers and fries were great as well.

Awesome chili liked the Texas Burger taco burger was a little bland. It was cold and a Sunday night so the outside was shut down, but it was still an interesting stop

Two things I love are independent coffee joints and burger stands. As much as I want to explore their pretty extensive menu, I always wind up with a burger and fries and Burger Town has the best!

Before Elkhorn had Mc Donalds or Burger King... the place you went to get your grease was Annie's Burger Town. There are hordes of appetizers, wraps, and burgers. (uhh you're going to BurgerTOWN after all) They also have a variety of other tasty ice creamy things that rivals Dairy Queen and Culvers any day. Despite that Elkhorn is becoming a booming metropolis as I type this, (5 stop lights now?!) it's options for tasty fast healthy food is severely limited. Therefore, I encourage you to forget about your healthy eating habits for one meal and eat at Annie's.
