Burgers or very good...some pink or no pink (your choice). I would suggest the "garlic" fries option (they're good when they put enough garlic on them). Unfortunately, they have removed my favorite burger from the menu (Santa Fe burger). PUT IT BACK ON THE MENU! They do have the Guacamole burger, but it's not the same as the Santa Fe. Their Chicken quesadilla is also really good. Served with guacamole, sour cream, black bean, and pico de gallo...yumm!

Always great food and amazing service. Worth paying a little more than most burger joints, at least once in a while.

The fries are amazing and the honey mustard makes them ever better, as does the fact they're bottomless! I did have a bad experience where they gave me a meat burger when I ordered a veggie burger but they made me a new one and gave me my meal for free because I had to wait. Definitely one of the better chain restaurants out there.

The BEST burgers, local or chain, especially the A1 Peppercorn and Royal. Fast service and great unlimited fries. Plus free balloons and visits by the mascot.

I love Red Robin! I go there quite often and have never been disappointed. Their burgers and fries are amazing! I would recommend trying their garlic fries if you haven't. One of my favorite restaurants in Eau Claire by far!

I'm going to have to give Red Robin in Eau Claire a 4/5 stars, the food was great, the guest service was also great, I was surprised that it wasn't busier but I can't really complain, I would give this a 5 star rating but it can be a little pricey depending on what you order. Family friendly.

we are always happy when we visit red robin! It's our go to burger joint! I love the banzi burger! It also has a great atmosphere and we hardly wait at all!

Not sure why we come back here time and time again. It is overpriced, and not sure the staff listens to our full order. Received sauce on my wrap, which it can doused in. They were out of items in the child's menu so we ended up spending $5 for a price of cut up grilled chicken, 4 apple slices and milk. My husband was happy with his burger, and fries are always good. But tempted to not return since the cost to go here is so high for what you get.

We are always looking for a place that works for our nut allergy affected son. This place has a special interactive menu for that. Service was friendly but slow on our first trip here. My chicken sandwich seemed over-priced at 9.99 and not much better than McDonalds. However we will be back to explore the menu further. Will update after that.

Yuummmm!! The Black and Bleu burger was possibly the best I've ever had. We went there later on a Friday night so it was too busy. We got our food fairly quickly. Our server was prompt but I can't say she was overly friendly. Which to some is fine. We got what we wanted and everything was spot on.

They are known for their famous seasoning and bottomless french fries. They are family oriented. They do cater to both children and adults. The food and the service is fantastic. I would highly recommend for anyone to stop by.

My friend and I went there. We had a bad waitress who didn't give us silverware to eat with. Her tone was very snippy towards us. The food was good!!!

If you eat at chain restaurants, this place is tops. The chophouse burger or shroom and swiss are my favorites. Because corporate is looking out for the bottom line, here is what you need to do for a good value: Get a premium bun, no charge. Order ranch or campfire dipping sauce for the fries, no charge. Order a fry "refill" when you place your order, no charge. Split your burger with a friend, no charge. Keep ordering fries until you are stuffed, no charge! Recently, the fry refills have become skimpy, so order your fry refills when your fry refill arrives! No charge!! Get a Royalty card too...

Not good. Soooooo greasy and the night we were there there was a HUge argument going on between a manager and a man who came in to get a take out order. VERY loud and distracting. And odd. Both my boyfriend and I felt queezy for the rest of the night after eating here and it was his birthday so boooo won't be back

As a traveler, you seem to get to know where to stop. This is not one of them. Got out of my truck at 12:57 and sat back in it at 1:16pm. Was seated and greeted nicely, then sat there till I left. Two waitresses walked by, and nothing. No hello, no water, no I'll be right with you. Went to see the hostess for another section, and she wasn't there, nor could be sighted.. Ended up walking out. Might be a good place Friday night with your high-school friends, but for a lunch, look somewhere else for service..

Went for lunch with friends and it was nice. Pretty inexpensive we paid for 4 meals and a kids meal all for $45! Staff was friendly. Food tasted good. I think the best burger is the pineapple burger. Their shakes are always good. Not the best burgers I've ever tasted, but they hit the spot for a quick fix.

Too expensive for what you get. Once I got a hamburgar and I should have just made it at home...Another time (2 weeks ago) I gave it another chance and ordered wings for my meal and I was sorry. They were mushy and gross! I can't believe I ate 1/2 of them..The waitress came by and asked me if my food was good and I said "No". She shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I left a .21 tip and I will never go back. Go to Applebees or Fridays. Their prices and service are better.

Stopped into this place for a hamburger and never got one. We entered and waited in an almost empty restaurant for 15-minutes for the hostess. She was busy jawing with a waitress in the bar area. Once she finally decided to seat us, she did so but with a very sharp attitude as if we were imposing on her. It was very uncomfortable. She sat us just inside the seating area where there were four other parties seated and when we asked to be seated a little further over (we were wanting some privacy to talk) she said, "I could but you wouldn't get as quick a service as you will here." I took that as sit where you are told or suffer. That was enough and both my son and wife said "we need to leave". I agreed and we all just walked out. We went for a burger, didn't even get a glass of water, and ended up eating at Dairy Queen across the street (DQ ice cream is better anyway). So, don't waste your time and money on this place. The hostess/waitress is really bad.

We were passing through Eau Claire on the way back to Minneapolis, and sought out the Red Robin for the Gluten-Free bun. (My wife has Celiac Disease.) GF Bun was a real treat! The service was very slow and inattentive. But it's just one location of their chain....

I love Red Robin and so does my wife and daughter. With a great system for being sensitive to allergies to foods, and the option to split a burger between a husband and wife, Red Robin is a great way to go out for a date night on a budget. My daughter also loves the bottomless Mac and Cheese on the kids menu. Red Robin is one of our top 3 restaurants in Eau Claire.

Dear Burger Chains, The best way to earn customer loyalty straight off the bat is by giving away free food. Be like Red Robin. Three cheers for burger chains like Red Robin! Kthxbye, Beth T. Red Robin is the newest burger joint in Eau Claire. At approximately 2:30 yesterday afternoon my group and I found ourselves in the general vicinity and decided to stop in because we wanted lunch and thought it looked open. It turns out it wasn't "open open" and that a special reservation was required to eat there because they were "in training" for their big opening on Monday. BUT, because we'd shown up during an off time, the manager made an exception for us and let us in. Because the all new staff were "in training" our meal was complimentary--the only caveat was that we had to order specific items from the menu in order to allow for the kitchen staff to have adequate practice at making all the items on the menu. For free food, ok! I don't know if it was the presence of corporate trainers or if it was the new restaurant energy but from start to finish, everything was perfect. My burger was the best Red Robin burger I've ever had. Ever. Our server was sweet and genuine in a way that you'll only find in Wisconsin. The strawberry shake was made with real strawberries. In thanks for the free food, you can bet your buns I'll be back a few more times to pay for a full price meal. And remember, if the food or service is different the next time I come back, you're losing a star, so be careful you brand spankin' new burger chain, you!

Great burgars ( especially the royal red robin). Ok price, a lot of food for your dollar. Burgars are a little on the greasy side but taste amazing! They have a crap tone of different burgars and wraps! Overall good place to have lunch or dinner
