Great prices, the patrons are well aged, the food traditional American. I had eggs and bacon with a fruit plate. The WiFi was down but there were other WiFi's around to connect to. Coffee is fine. This is a retirement community and this was a hot spot.

I am typing this from the toilet. How one could make ham and eggs become the prep for a colonoscopy is beyond me. But here I am. Thanks for the clean out... But never going back here again.

A co worker suggested I try Andreas for breakfast so I did. The place was empty at first opening so seating was any place I wanted. The place looks like your typical diner. Service was kind of slow because one woman was working the whole place and about four tables in use. The menu has all the standard diner items. I ordered the ham, bacon and sausage skillet with greek toast. My food came fast and hot but no toast, she said she would be back with the toast. I'm waiting while watching her bring other tables there food, I can't start with out the toast because I'm going to make a mini sandwich out of the skillet. Minutes go by and she finally brings the toast, WTF. I finally start my breakfast and the eggs were perfect. The skillet had just enough ham, sausage and bacon so every bite had meat in it. The potatoes in the skillet were very good, not hash browns but silky smooth. I noticed after the second bite that the skillet was really delicious and the best skillet I have had. How could this skillet be so tasty, what is the secret here. Over all my service was lacking but the food was outstanding. It would have been four stars if the service matched the food. I will be back for that skillet when I have an itch for a skillet. I will post pictures of Andreas. I can't speak for lunch or dinner but the breakfast really good.

Very run of the mill family restaurant. The do good things with their chocolate chip pancakes, but everything else is mediocre eats. A good place to go to if you don't want to make dinner and don't want to pay a bunch. I've notice that the service can be slow from time to time too. Anyone who says this place is outstanding (5 stars) is lying to themselves or just hasn't eaten at good places. It's not a bad place for a standard meal, but is as much of a family restaurant as it can be.

I agree with Dom G......The breakfest here is a terrible wet runny eggs over cooked bacon small overpriced oj....The older woman server seems more interested in sticking her nose in peoples personal business than providing timely service . The owner just sits around drinks coffee all day. DOESN'T even look like he bathes. .. dirty bathrooms.....Wild Rooster is a way better place to go.

Andreas is a decent family restaurant with good food. It seems the servers have all worked there for many years, which is a good sign. Everything we've had was made fresh, so they're not simply heating up prepared portions like some of their comptitors. If what you want is a clean and casual family restaurant with reliably good food, Andreas is a good option in Cudahy.

He's back! John, my friend the certified Italian Chef returned from hiding out in Florida recently and I knew we had to celebrate the occasion. When I told him I was buying and to name a place we haven't been to in a while, he said "Andreas!" I repeated that I was buying and he swiftly reminded me that it had been months since we were last here. So Andreas it was! John claims Andreas has the best giant House Salad ($7.25) in Wisconsin and this seasoned veteran knows his foods. He almost leaped up to take the huge platter from our server Kerry's hands, so well filled and presented, she needed both hands to bring it. My Liver and Onions ($5.95) dinner on the Senior Menu was like his salad, as good as it gets. A complete meal from soup or salad to entree, potato or pasta, vegetable and dessert. Andrea's is the best food value around. Don't believe me, give it a try and I'm sure you'll be back. Thank you John!!!

We have given this place too many chances. Our last and final time here, we ordered breakfast to go. It was swimming in grease and was ham when I ordered corn beef hash. My husband got an "Philly cheese steak sandwich" that was pieces of dry steak on a stale bun we were charged 14 dollars for!! So disappointed!

This place deserves no stars, ate here one time with my family for a Sunday morning breakfast and we spent the rest of the day taking turns in the bathroom being sick. Not to mention the rude service and they tried to charge us for food we never got. Would have asked the waitress to correct it but she only showed up to take our order and give us our check. Never again!

Thursday night, I dined at Sanford's. Friday, I lunched at Andrea's, a natural progression....but I digress.. Two stars for the food. However, I would like to award them a bonus half star for the video poker machines in the foyer, which are by the way, always in use. Located on Packard Ave, the "main drag" of Cudahy, it is no coincidence that Andrea's is located within walker distance of several assisted-living and senior citizen's homes. They truly cater to their market. This place is a true octogenarian-comfort-food-leave-your-dentures-at-home kinda place. I think there might even be coach bus parking in the lot. Having said that, they do what they do pretty well. My parents used to love this place, why? The food is plentiful and cheap, although it all tastes about the same. Perhaps its the mysterious greenish-yellowish gravy that they pour over everything. But, considering the very low prices here, you do get a lot of food, and you know those Cudahy Granny types do appreciate a good valve. My mom brags that the Friday fish fry dinner comes with soup, salad, desert, and a glass of wine or beer for something like $6.95. You can't beat that. I had the fish fry for lunch, and no complaints. It was fine, nothing to write home about, but I've had much worse. To summarize, if your over 60, you'll probably love this place. If you're under 60, bring your parents or grand-parents. They'll love it and you won't break the bank.

Nice Greek family restaurant with a good variety of foods & good prices. I love it for the breakfasts & fish fries.

I don't like to leave negative reviews - but in this case I feel obligated. What a hot mess. I visited Andreas for breakfast on Sunday with my family, and I don't understand how you can botch breakfast so badly. Everything we ordered was almost inedible save for the Egg (over easy) that my son ordered. I ordered an omelet, simple bacon and cheese. The eggs tasted like some sort of food service grade egg liquid that came from a bucket, they were spongy, wet, and smelled of wet dog. Covering my omelet was a greasy gelatinous orange substance that resembled cheese, but fell way short of being able to earn the title of even "fake" cheese. I guess I would call it more of a cheese flavored sauce... that had to go. So I scraped it off and was hit in the face with that wet-dog, burnt hair, smell that egg protein gives off when it's burnt. This smell matched the brown burn marks on both sides of my soggy puke pouch. It made me ill, I had to remove it from the table. Considering my 4 year old asked Daddy what that terrible smell was, I think it would have been reasonable for the cook, or the server to notice (and subsequently refuse to serve) this horrible abortion of an omelet. The hash browns were also left on the grill too long, and it looked like the cook tried to revive them from their obvious burnt state by pouring more butter / oil on them and scraping them around the flat-top before they graced the presence of my plate. The result was burnt, bits of grill scrapings mixed with what was once a shredded potato, saturated in oil to the point of dehydration/reconstitution. I politely mentioned to our server that my omelete wasn't quite satisfying. I didn't get as graphic as I did in this review, I kept it light, just to feel out her customer service skills. She apologized, and that's where it ended. Despite removing the entire uneaten omelet from our table, I was still expected to pay full clip for it. I'm not the type to argue, there's more important things in life. I approached the owner on the way out (while paying the bill) and told him quietly and privately the issued that I had with the omelet, thinking that he would be happy that someone brought it to his attention. He seems rather unphased, and was more interested in completing the "negotiation" phase that frequently follows a customer complaint. He offered to take the soda's off my bill, (both of them). Free soda doesn't change the fact that I had a bad experience, which is why I'm here to share with my fellow Yelpers. If I were a restauranteur, about the worst thing that I could think of would be one of my punters leaving hungry.

this place is great for a good meal that gives you a lot of left overs, sundays for breakfast are packed with after church crowd, be ready to wait. Sundays I love the roast duck always good also love the soups always take a bowl to go... the staff is friendly been going here almost 20yrs you can't go home again but there is a bit of home in this place and the prices are great

We actually eat here three times a month! Just a mile or so away from home. Homemade cooking at great prices. Breakfasts and dinner specials can't be beat for wholesomeness and value. Great wait staff and HUGE menu.

The Rueben is great! Made in house corned beef and the sandwich is grilled. Basic no frills americana and inexpensive
