Classic, awesome bakery. Great old time favorites like plain cake donuts as well as traditional crullers and more common donuts also. If you are not stopping in, you are missing one of the great bakeries in America Don't be put off by the plain front of the building- all the awesome is in their baked goods. Very friendly, and prices are super reasonable

Chocolate ring donuts are simply the best I have ever had. They have a slight crunchy texture when you bite into one. This bakery makes Chetek special.

Great bars. The pecan pie bars were to die for. Also had the almond and rice crispy bars. The dogs loved there treats as well

Best donuts I've ever had! Their Persian donut is like no other. I can't avoid the bakery every time I visit Chetek.

This place is pure small-town bakery perfection. It's the kind of place where you walk in and the smell of fresh baked goods just overwhelms you. My parents always make it a point to stop in here to grab some treats for my niece and nephew, and since I'm never one to be left out, I insist on something, too. Everything is priced very well....you could come in here with $1 and still walk away with some great treats.I've had their pie bars, fritters, peanut butter brownies (yum), and their pie scraps. SO good. Their regular bakery bread is tops, too. We make sure to stock up on the bread any time we're at the cabin...it makes the best toast. They also, curiously, sell homemade baked beans. Who knew?

While everything I've tried has been good, I can't say enough about how good their Buttermilk Fry Donuts are. Please note, however, they are only available on Saturdays. Chetek Bakery is tasty and thrifty to boot. Go here now.
