It was alright. The french fries were AMAZING. Let me say that. Also, I really enjoyed the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. What brought it down were the average burgers. They could have been much better. But if you just want fries, this is the place. The price point is a bit inflated, which will probably push some people away, but as long as you stick with the fries, you'll feel that you get your value's worth.

One star for Five Guys. I. do. not. get. it. I came here for lunch, and was not impressed with a single thing. Atmosphere: It was FREEZING. I moved seats to catch the only spot that had some sunshine. I felt like a cat. Menu: I ordered a cheeseburger, not realizing it was a giganto two-patty monstrosity costing over six bucks and near impossible to eat. They do not have a combo option, but I wanted to try the fries that are so lauded and have something to drink, so the meal itself was almost twelve damn dollars. And those fries? They were honestly disgusting. It's like I felt every cell in my body cry out as they shriveled in pain due to the onslaught of salt after just a few bites. I'm glad I tried it and at least know for sure now never to bother again.

Poor management at this location. Not nearly as clean as other locations. Drive a few miles more and go to the Mayfair location!

Disinterested employees, no wi-fi, tiny location, fries don't taste like other locations. Burger was ok.

The five guys veggie sandwich is the weakest attempt to put a meat free option ever. You can basically choose any of the burger toppings and they put it on a bun creating a messy, unsatisfying disaster. It's horribly over-priced and lacks any creativity on whoever creates their menu. The only reason I give them 2 stars is b/c the fries are ok (not great) and I guess at least there veggie options which isn't the case for many fast food restaurants.

Ordered a couple burgers last night, and they realyl hit the spot. Its nice that all the sides are free, and it makes for a interesting burger. This was the first one I had with A-1 Sauce, and it was very good. The fires are also really good, and they leave the skin on so they taste very fresh. If you tip a buck, you will get more fries than you know what to do with. There are a lot of good burgers in this town, and this is one of them. Especially considering its a cut above fast food!

Like the poster with the veggie option, they don't apparently support a "no bun" option. I inquired about having a no-bun option, and was told they "weren't supposed to do that" but "would make an exception this time." Sorry - but if I can have all of the veggie toppings I want, including much more expensive options, why is providing extra lettuce a major deal? Also - why is there clearly a "no bun" option programmed into the computer (as evidenced on my receipt) if there's going to be issues with it? Also, I did like the fries and appreciate that they are real potatoes with skins, etc - they were -way- too salty for my taste. Maybe that was just an off batch, but - yikes.

I've eaten here a couple times now and it's good as far as I'm concerned. It's a fast-food joint, so don't expect a cozy atmosphere, but it gets the job done. The pricing is not in the economy range, but it is a good place to eat for something different than the usual cheap-o-burger chains.

Wow! Not somewhere to go on a budget. I paid $16 for a double bacon cheese burger large fries and soda. No discounts on meals as everything is al a carte. Similar to Culvers as they make everything to order. So you'll be waiting a while. So take a seat. The food. The burger was good although the bacon taste pretty awful. ($8 burger) The fries have the natural cut flavor to them they were ok if you like that kind of thing. ($5 for a large?) Won't make this a must stop destination but I wouldn't rule out ever going here again.

This is a great place to eat!!! Love the burgers and they always give you extra fries. The price is a bit much that is why no 5 stars. But still a great place.

Burgers are pretty good since you can customize the toppings that you want on your burger for no extra charge. I got mine with sauteed mushrooms, peppers, lettuce, and tomato. The burger was really good because the toppings they used tasted surprisingly fresh for a fast food joint. Regular burgers and cheeseburgers consists of 2 patties so if you can't handle too much meat I would recommend getting the "little" burger. Fries outshines the burgers here IMO. The order of the regular size cajun fries were enough to share with 2 or 3 people. Their fries made on premises with the evidence being the bags of potatoes you see around the store. Thick cut fries coated with cajun seasonings....amazinggggg. The only drawback I have to this place is that by the time I got home with my food the grease was soaked through the paper bag. They need to come up with better packaging.

Quite pricy but delishious and filling food. The fries are beyond a value. Bag fries galore.

I had heard of this place many times but I actually never heard what people thought of the food. Stopped by the other day when it seemed like the best option at the mall. I sipped on my cold blue Powerade (plus a star automatically for that!) while I watched the assembly line getting ready for the meat on the griddle. Seemed to take a while just to serve a few hamburgers and a hotdog but we all waited patiently. I thought the burger was very good (not mouth-wateringly great). It had a bit of the backyard grill flavor to it. Lucy had the hotdog and she said it was good as well. The fries were good too. So overall it seems like the kind of place I would go do once in a while but not the kind that calls my name late at night while I'm trying to fall asleep.
