Came with a couple wit friends. Our waitress was amazing and super friendly. The manager actually came to our table when we had a question about an ingredient. Our food was excellent and our experience was first rate.

Had not been to Chilis in a long time and soon became very disappointed. Had a short wait for the table so my wife and I had a beer and diet coke at the bar. Paid separately for our drinks at the bar and left a tip. When our table was ready we sat down and immediately our server questioned whether we had paid for the drinks we brought from the bar. We were a bit taken back but said we had and proceeded to order. The demeanor of the server immediately changed as for some reason she doubted us? Service became rude and slow for the rest of the meal. Not sure why we deserved this treatment but will not be back soon!

I did it. I had the ribs. Check that one off the bucket list. Even better a half rack is on the 2 for $20 menu! The ribs were actually pretty good. The sauce was kind of generic but the meat was cooked good. The service was ok a little slow but it was busy.

Stopped in for lunch and was surprised at how big the menu was. I had a salad and half sandwich combo and it was very good. For $6.99 got a salad, half of a sandwich (large sandwich) and fries. A great price for so much food. Restaurant was clean but then again we got there pretty much when they opened. Waitress was a little flighty and as soon as there were more customers she got frazzled fast, perhaps she was new. By the time we wanted to leave, there was no service at all. We had to flag down a manager for help and even he disappeared without coming back. I would go back again, definitely. Just not when I am in a hurry.

Dirty bar top, cold food and black spots on broccoli. I would avoid this restaurant. There are plenty others to choose from in the area. Story: We went in on a Sunday eve. We sat in a booth in the bar area to have dinner and watch the Sunday night football game. Waitress was clueless. We asked for her to put the football game on. Others did as well. There was one tv behind me and one in front of me. She changed the one behind me so others can see. I had asked her again and said ooh you want that one. Switched to the actual bar. Bar top was filthy. 9 bar stools and no one sitting there. All 9 dining areas showed I obvious signs of old diners with empty glasses, used napkins, crumbs, etc. No bartenders. Waitress was doubling as bartender and bar room waitress. I had to ask to have the bar top cleaned. She said well I normally don't have anyone sitting at the bar. She cleaned our area but left the rest of the bar dirty. Process was repeated when another couple came in and sat at the bar. Dining partner ordered Sirloin with corn and broccoli. The steak and corn were cold. The stems of the broccoli were black. Sent it back and complained of black spots on broccoli. New broccoli still had black spots on stems. Manager stated they could open a new bag to see if that broccoli didn't have black spots. We passed. We got the bill and I asked for an adjustment. Manager initially discounted the meal $8 which was half. I advised her that was not very satisfying. She asked what I wanted and asked the entire meal be removed especially since we were served broccoli with black spots a 2nd time. She did that without hesitating.

Service is horrible. We were stared at (mixed couple). The server took everyone else's order besides ours and we were seated first n we tried to flag them down and they ignored us. I wanted to leave but by the time we packed up they immediately came and took our order. Highly irritated at this point will never return!

I know your not suppose to go to a franchise restaurant and think anything is good but I love the Fajitas here. My Mexican food experience is not vast but I know what I like to eat and this place is good for me. My family really like the Shrimp Tacos. This place is great for a fast meal even late night. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Surprisingly good ribs for Americana chain. Opted out of one of our favorites, Bonefish Grill, for a simple two for twenty date night. Came in around 7:30pm. She got chili-mango talapia, which was a bit soft, but sauce was nice. My half rack of Memphis dry rub ribs was great. Side of BBQ sauce included, but no need. Meat fell off the bone and was plenty moist. Full rack is only $12.99 on Wednesdays. Salsa was better than usual. Sarcasm: its chili's, you know there will be kids, and such. Beware: those with corn allergies; guacamole has grilled corn as filler. (Not a bad addition)

We went here on Sunday night for dinner and while our food was ok, our server was awful. She acted like every rquest was a trial for her! We didnt ask for anything out of the ordinary, mustard for burgers, glass of water, you would have thought we asked for a pint of her blood. A lot of sighing and eye rolling on her part, we actually didnt even want to ask her for anything more because she was so rude. Broughty our check and didnt even ask us if we wanted to order desert(we wanted to) . her tip reflected the poor service she gave. I dont like Chilis enough to risk returning here to get more poor service so we will probably not return.

This is a Chili's, so what more do you want, right? We came here on a Saturday at 6 something, so we knew there would be a wait. We were told it would be 45 minutes (ouch) but it turned out to be more like 15-20. Our server was sub-par: he seemed to be hard of hearing and was a bit over-zealous when it came to checking up on us. We were told he had been "double-sat", which I assume means he'd been given two tables to wait on at once, so maybe he was trying too hard? Either way, mediocre food though it seemed to be presented more nicely than at some other Chili's restaurants I've been to. Average. We got in, we got out.

I don't expect much from chain restaurants and the restaurant met my expectations. I ordered the grilled Shrimp taco, sounded great and was expecting something like the picture with big slices of avocados ah not just tiny slivers, the grilled shrimp had no grill marks looked and tasted steamed. Lots of better places in the area so skip the Chili.

We got there and had to wait a good hour for our seats even though they told us 20 minutes! Food was okay, typical for this place, not absolutely great though.
