Many days I hit the drive thru window for my latte and they are quick even when the line seems long. Inside I take advantage of their free wifi and relax in a comfy chair while enjoying my drink. Good place to meet a friend and spend an hour or two chatting :)

The guy who took my order hand-poured me their "featured" roast that they had stopped serving earlier in the day. I didn't even know they had stopped serving it. Great service on this occasion.

EXPLOIT THE DRIVE THRU IN BELOIT. A friendly drive thru employee gave me my coffee for FREE. I ordered a short Pike Place roast and she said it took too long so it was on the house. It didn't take long at all but I didn't complain. TIPS: If headed West on Highway 81 this is the last Starbucks for many, many miles. Large outdoor seating area and a Jimmy John's next door.

After fueling up the car, fueling up Neal's stomach, it was time for the piece de resistance - fueling Neal's brain - with that Oh so important, life giving substance: caffeine. Not to mention I had many hours of driving yet ahead of me and it was important to stay well caffeinated! This Sbux has a Drive Thru - which I did not use. Went in, ordered a triple espresso machiatto. Strong, delicious, hit the spot.

I stop by this Starbucks on my way to Madison. It is easy to get to off the highway, has a parking lot, and free wifi like all other Starbucks locations. The place is never too crowded. It has always been clean and they always get my order correct so I have zero complaints. I have not used the drive thru but it is located next to a Jimmy Johns which is a plus. I will continue to stop at this location for my latte every time I head to Madison which is quite frequently by the amount of check ins I have.

Hit this starbucks a couple times aweek. Always had good , friendly service and great coffee. It's a great way to start the day.

I usually come here a few times month on my way to and from Rockford, always through the drive thru and never had a problem. Today though I ordered a tall mocha and then had to sit in the drive thru line for close to 15 minutes for the 3 cars ahead of me. When I paid it took the girl a few minutes to get my drink. She handed me my drink saying "here's your tall mocha". After I started to drive away I looked at my cup and noticed she gave me a grande latte. I tested it hoping the label was wrong. Nope. I quickly ran into the store to explain what had happened and asked if they could remake it. They wouldn't because I didn't have a receipt. The drive thru girl then said, "no I know I gave you the right drink, sorry." Not wanting to pay for a new drink or argue I just threw it out and left. Needless to say I think I will be hitting up a different Starbucks when I am on my way to Rockford after that.

Quick and speedy service. Everything any coffee fanatic loves and it has easy access to the interstate which is even better, gives me an easy way to fuel up on coffee before I hit the road, after already having 2 cups at home. You can never have too much coffee

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. The baristas made snide remarks while not knowing how to make standard drinks on their menu. They refused to take separate orders because they were in their "lunch rush hour" even though only four customers were in the store and drive thru combined. The final kicker was the fact that they were sold out of scones at 11 AM on two separate days. Avoid this location if you can.
