Every dish tasted good and there was a decent selection. My only complaint is one table was kind of cool so the food was not as hot as it should be. However, I enjoyed every item I tried. Probably the best Hot & Sour soup in any buffet style restaurant. It was actually hot and spicy. It was worth the drive from the Dells for a noce lunch.

WOW! Brought the kids to The Dells last weekend and we were craving for some seafood. We were going to try Crabby's but after reading all the bad reviews and then seeing that they were closed for the season we had to search around online to find an inexpensive place to bring the family. Chula Vista offered an all you can eat buffet for $29.99 but that didn't include crab legs ($17 on top of the $29.99). So we looked for mom and pop places and Peking Buffet pulled up. We then called and asked all the necessary questions and decided to stop on in. It's about a 10-15 min drive outside of Wisconsin Dells, but totally worth it! There's a new highway that's been built so it won't show up on your gps. Peking is in a very small shopping strip in a very small town but it was perfect for us! Clean, food was fresh and delicious and best it was $11.99, I believe, for adults and a couple dollars less for the kids (I forgot, sorry). But we definitely got our money's worth here and the service on top of that was great! Ming was our server and she was wonderful with the kids and she even brought out a whole fresh pan of crab legs and brought it directly to our table! How nice! We will most definitely be coming back here in the future and we will be telling everyone about this place! It was worth it to venture away from the resorts and get raped with those high prices. Love Peking Buffet and the people there!

The staff was very friendly but the food was disappointing. There was small amounts of everything and the food was barely warm. For a Saturday night the place was very quiet, only 3 customers. The selection was fair but not impressive. The cake for desert was dry because it sat out uncovered. The best thing I had was the small salad bar, but I did not go to have salad. It was the first time I ever ended up eating mostly salad at a Chinese buffet because I didn't like the selection.I heard from someplace that this place was great. Not for me, and I have been to many Chinese buffets. Its not the worst I had, but I wont be going back.

I hadn't been to the Peking Buffet for a couple of years but always liked it in the past, so stopped in last night. Wow, has it gone downhill! Half of the trays in the steam tables were empty and not refilled during the half-hour we were there. (this was 6:00 pm on a Saturday night.). There was salad dressing but no salad. There was no sweet and sour sauce or hot mustard. There was no sushi. The dumplings were like rubber. About half the tables were filled so it wasn't overly busy. Don't know what was going on that caused things to be so sub-par but we left very disappointed.

The Good: The food is good and there's enough variety for me and my kids. The owner and staff are friendly. The price seems to be fair. The Bad: Mark your cup to ensure you get yours back from a multi-person refill. Root beer and coke look the same, but don't taste the same. The Ugly: Twice, I've found a piece of a metal scrub brush so look before you eat.

Never going back again!!! One of the employees started to mop the floor right next to our table 10 min to close with bleach water that smelled awful all over the restaurant , so I asked the owner to have a small box to take our leftovers with us, because we couldn't take the bleach smell, he said "no" and advised me and family to move to other side of the restaurant to finish our food, as soon as we switched tables same guy that was moping came to mop right next to us with that stinky bleach water, I couldn't believe it!!!! So I got up and asked owner what's going on? He told me that he can give me to go box Now if I'm unhappy lol , then turned to his wife :" hey you know I don't speak Chinese, couldn't you tell him to stop moping? " anyway the owner charged us full price, never sincerely apologized !!! Never going back !!!

No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions.
