Really enjoy BWW for a casual evening, food has always been good. Servers should remind customers about the happy hour.

This is your average Buffalo Wild Wings. If I could, I'd give it 3.5 stars. Biggest complaint was that we called ahead to get our game turned on and it still took about 20 minutes once we got there to have our game turned on. Other than that, the service was quite good. Amy was our server and she was very attentive. Food: boneless wings and sauce is hard to go wrong. It came quick and tasted delightful. Beer list: I'm always amazed that they can have a tap beer for 6.00 on special in Green Bay! Whoa is that ever a lot to pay for a beer anywhere, especially in Green Bay. Strange. But you're paying extra to get to watch obscure games, so no complaints. They must be doing something right. This place is packed!!! As we were leaving the lobby was packed. Kudos to Amy, we never felt pressured to leave.

sorry others have had bad service here at times because this is was our go-to place when we lived in Green Bay. Always great service - never got halfway done with a soda before another was at my table. Just visited the BWW in my new town and it was ridiculous how bad the service was. Miss my GB BWW.

I used to think these wings were good. They are not...objectively. Sry. I walked away from this restaurant feeling like I had a layer of greasy, sliminess coated onto my hands. I probably shouldn't have been playing with those disgusting trivia game controllers, but whatever. Place just never seems clean.

Wings are great but the price has gotten outta control. 15 buck for 12 wings. That's mor then a dollar a wing. It use to be cheaper.

Was in yesterday afternoon, and service was good. Food wasn't as hot as expected, but still one of my favorites nonetheless.

As far as BW3's go, this is one of the best I've ever been to. Post Packers game the place was filled to overflowing, and our waiter, Ricardo, brought waters and beers to our table (which we were sharing) within five minutes. His phenomenal service continued throughout the next two hours. Food was delivered quickly and was fresh out of the kitchen. Go Pack!

First: there are great people working here. However, I have to point out the worst is the manager who engages people really well, but only does it to turn conversations into his liking. Now, that can't be that bad, right? How about a guy who is so insecure or in to himself, that he has to constantly "one up" you on people he knows, sports figures he's met, overall sports IQ, etc. Puke! I've been here twice in the last month. The first time he engaged me, I was polite. But he's the type that you can't break out of the conversation because he's in your space. Hey dude, I can't watch my game while I eat and drink my beer. I don't want to hear about you and your while trophy case display of who you know and where you've been. I spend my money in your establishment. You should be putting me and the other guests on pedestal, not yourself. I have no personal vendetta against this person, but it has made me very uncomfortable to frequent the restaurant. So much, that this week he came around the bar and I responded to him while he engaged me, but was very short and made sure I focused on the baseball game I was watching. He then approached the guy next to me - poor guy. He couldn't shake him. He got sucked right in. Oh he knows so many famous people, sports figures he's played golf with or conversed with at a gala event. Buyers beware.

Utterly Deplorable Service. As someone who managed a hotel and knows first hand how inaccurate (and unfair) these reviews can be by a slanted guest, I regret to say that this review is not one of them. I love BWW. Honey BBQ Boneless wings are a special treat from above. However, when two friends and I dined at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Green Bay, we could not have been more disappointed. While the food was on par with all other BWW, the service here was deplorable. Given we were one of only four tables for lunch, with a staff scheduled for a Packer's game...our waitress was so short with us and clearly annoyed to be inconvenienced by working, that I was immediately taken aback. She hurriedly asked us if we were ready to order while she wrote down our drink orders. We said we needed a bit of time politely and she walked away without a word. Our sodas came about 20 minutes later. We ordered. I felt uncomfortable by how abrupt she was with us and hurried us along ordering, I was almost afraid of asking any questions. When my order came- 12 boneless wings, it was in a paper basket that was the size of a small McDonalds French fry, while my friends had huge plate for less food. I asked if I may have a plate to cut the wings up with, that the wings were topping over the paper basket I was given. Without a word (but with an eyeroll), I was handed another paper basket that was slightly larger. Are plates that hard to come by in empty restaurant? I felt singled out and embarrassed. She came back, only saying something conversational to us as we were signing our checks. She got 15% because I have manners, but next time, she'd be wise to check hers. Everyone has bad days at work. But the place was dead, overstaffed, and we were exceptionally friendly guests. Would a smile have been so hard? Or a plate? Take my review with a grain of salt. Everyone else was very polite, and I think this was just a fluke- seems like others have had good experiences. But at least for me, I will not be back under any circumstances. I've had better service at gas stations. I don't expect much, but I do expect SOMETHING.

Horrible service. Felt like I was in a scene from the movie Waiting. Both my Father and I ate the wings and got sick an hour later. Thanks for ruining my Sunday.

It is a standard BW3s. We went before a Packer Game for a beer. Bartenders got our order wrong and about all the other customers orders wrong after and when questioned just said "oh, well that's how the shot came out" We noticed not one Favre Jersey anywhere but yet there was Bears paraphernalia up.....Hmmm....? :)

Terrible service. Waited 25 minutes to receive the bill. Waited 10 minutes at the bar to pay, and another 10 minutes at the front counter. We will not be going there again unless it is for takeout. With their prices, however, that is unlikely.
