Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Ok...I can't let this happen. Ignore the previous reviews. Nonsense. This place is legit. I have travelled the country and have not found a Chinese resteraunt that I would pick over this. The eggrolls envoke those "What about Bob?" moments that we all strive for when eating out. If you don't know what I am talking about, trust me. The food is amazing. My favorite Chinese place ever. Bottem line. End of story. Enough with the ridiculous 1 and 2 star reviews. This place is crazy good and anyone who doesn't get that is off their rocker. Thank you for your amazing food guys!!!

Tony eng's egg rolls are the best! North south east west - he could open a drive thru for his egg rolls alone! The best Chinese food and service- a family favorite for years. I always order the sweet and sour chicken and sides of egg rolls. Delicious!!

I have eaten at New China many times, mostly as part of a regular lunchtime gathering of friends and coworkers. The service has always been very good and I really like the food. The portions are huge (I always get two meals out of whatever I order), reasonably priced and the menu is pretty expansive. I realize there are some who live in large metropolitan areas who will scoff at the authenticity of a Chinese restaurant in northern Wisconsin and they are certainly entitled to their opinion. I admit I do not have a lot to compare this to as my Chinese food experiences have been limited to restaurants located in the rural Midwest, but I would recommend New China to all of my friends and to guests visiting our area.

Blech. To be fair, I've only ordered from here once (delivery), but I wasn't impressed. Not at all.

If the service was attentive it would have got three stars. Nothing bad here but nothing to write home about either.

This was my first Chinese restaurant ever.. At first I though the place was pretty good. We didn't really eat here all that often, but for the most part, I thought it was good. After moving, and being able to try many, many Asian style restaurants, I now take back that statement. I've had a lot of great Chinese food, and this restaurant, is just OK now. At the time, I enjoyed, they have a pretty big menu with traditional menu items with some American items, like cheeseburgers and french fries. The size of your entrees are pretty decent, you get what you pay for.. Overall, I would probably give this place another try. It's been a while, maybe they changed and got better!
