Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

To be fair to the other reviewers I have only eaten lunch at this buffet. However, it is by far my favorite and the one I compare all others to. The selection is good and more Asian than American which I appreciate.

Absolutely horrible!!!! My husband and I have been going there for years. However, we went today for Father's day, because it used to be my husband's favorite place, not today. The food was beyond terrible!! Could swear it was made 3 days ago and has been sitting out since early morning. Not to mention we went around 12:30...there was hardly any food! And of course the server sat staring out the window and had to ask her for refills. Absolutely ridiculous! Yup, we left no tip. My husband is a server so you need to earn his tip!

The staff seemed nice...there's the positive. We broke cardinal rule of buffets, never go if it is not busy. All food must have been sitting for a while; sushi dry, egg rolls overcooked, rice dry. Even food they did replace was not good. Don't go here. I just hope my family and I won't be peeing from our butts tonight.

The restaurant not very clean, sushi is very plain and most of the food on the buffet is usually empty or does not taste very good. The price for lunch is really cheap, but unfortunately it does not make up for the bad food. I would recommend spending a couple more dollars at another buffet.

Told us that they ran out of sushi rice, so couldn't make anymore sushi for the buffet. Moments later, we see them making sushi for delivery/to-go orders. I saw plenty of rice in their cooker. Liars! Their pickled ginger was going bed, so we told them about it. The waiter's answer was that there are two different pickled gingers for sushi, and that theirs was the bitter type. BS! Just don't even try them.

I gave a star..because I had to. Went away hungry. Sushi was dry and plain. Food dried , over cooked or empty containers on buffet. .place dirty and carpet falling apart on floor. Won't be back.

The only thing great about this place is the staff. They're friendly and accommodating. The food leaves much to be desired, though you'll be hard-pressed to find much of it in the middle of the afternoon. If you think you'll find comfort in their beverages, you're out of luck. The soda tastes like the lines haven't been cleaned out since the place was built, and it's flatter than the tires on a 1972 Buick left on the side of the road. Dessert is a mediocre array of toddler favorites, including: generic chocolate pudding, jell-o cubes, and butter cookies. The chicken dishes are made with sub-standard chicken substances, and require lots of chewing. Half my General Tso's had no chicken in it whatsoever. Someone needs to hire the chefs down the street in my old neighborhood in Brooklyn. They wouldn't be able to keep the wait times for tables below an hour. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

Good food. Quick service, can't beat price which includes beverage. They let the sushi run out before making more. They really need to keep up with it to make the experience better.
